Kathy was great the first time we visited. Steven (Randy) was great the next. Very helpful, not pushy, worked hard to find us what we wanted at a great price. This can be difficult during the pandemic as a lot of items are back stocked. Will update when we have delivery.UPDATE: Mattresses were delivered today! Delivery was set within 2 hour window. Notified us by phone and email 45 minutes before delivery which was great. Delivery guys were courteous, fast, wore PPE and shoe coverings, and overall did a great job. Great experience, would recommend Mattress Firm Norman to anyone looking for new mattresses.

David is very very rude. First of all, he was worried about was how much money we was going to spend. We told him that we wasnt really sure until we looked at a few mattresses. Second of all, my husband had his mask on but not completely over his nose. David basically told him to put it on right... also, he told me I needed to put my drunk down so I didnt spill it on the mattresses. I will never do business there again. Its okay, we got a better deal at Ashleys furniture.

Went across the street to Mathis and got no help. Sharon, at this location, walked us through the mattress shopping. Layed on 4 beds and 15 mins later bought a mattress. Bonus points because we thought we would have to pick up the bed. Nope they deliver to my small town.

We just visited the store in Norman to possibly buy a new full size mattress And Springs. We were met by a salesman named chuck. He was very knowledgeable about their products. He answered all our questions. He never pushed us to purchase anything. We bought a full size mattress and springs from the store. Bought an ISERIES Hybrid 3000 mattress and ISERIES adjustable base in queen, today 11-21-20. Couldn’t have asked for better staff than the two ladies that helped me. Alright other than making a promise to Lance that I would write a review with 1) service 2) box spring, I am more than happy sharing my amazing experience. Beginning with entering the store Lance greeted my friend and I in the most genuine manner. I never felt forced or convinced on what I needed to get (e.g. box spring). He worked with me as I poorly described my current mattress and what I needed to support it. I never even felt rushed on making my decision, heck I even laid on the mattresses and felt 0 judgment from the staff. If anything I got to physically relax as I eased into making the best decision ever (thanks to Lances help of course). I purchased the box spring (which is actually a sturdier frame that substitutes box springs - more affordable AND sturdy). After my purchase, I picked up the box spring from their warehouse and easily assembled the box spring (as Lance promised) into my bed frame.Its almost been a week since my purchase and I can tell you all that the service was excellent. The box spring I purchased is already supporting and easing me into the best sleep Ive ever had AND Lances reassurance that the product would 1) fit into my car 2) easily assemble and 3) fit into my frame all came true!So happy I went here :D

Sold us a mattress they didnt even have. Never called to tell us. We waited a week for delivery, went back to the store to ask Matt the salesperson about the delivery that was to occur the next day only to be informed it was no longer in stock. After downsizing to a queen and telling us he would have it delivered the next day, we call to check on deliver and low and behold! It wont be delivered till Monday! We are on our was to Mathis Brothers to see what they can do before cancelling this order with Mattress Fraud.

Went out tonight with intend to just look around for the best option, went to the Moore store found a bed I was interested in. Decided to check out the Norman store, lucky for us, Isaac was working. He is very nice person, definitely had a blast coming in. He got us a great deal on a mattress which convinced us to buy right away. He even stayed after hours to take care of us. Definitely would recommend coming here first.

Feb 8th 2019 we ordered two queen sized Hush beds. 2-4 days later we called and spoke with Gerald; who was also our Sales rep from the 8th, to tell him we were supposed to receive two free adjustable bases. We then received those items days later. Well, we had an issue with the leasing terms through Progressive Leasing and let them know about it and they did not have a problem with it. So we contacted the store in Norman, and told them the situation and they stated they could take the mattresses back but not the adjustable bases due to OKLAHOMA law. So the apparently contacted the Area Manager and he was to get back to us, it has been over 24 hours and absolutely no reply. So called and spoke with Gerald again, and he stated that our original receipts states that under no circumstances with the adjustable bases be returned, and the receipt does not back that up. It states upon pick up from delivery drivers inspection IF there is damage THEN they will not take the bases/mattresses back. I am seriously about to get a lawyer against this store! I will NEVER recommend Mattress Firm to anyone, nor will I EVER use them again! I will not be lied to nor bullied when it comes to your own paperwork not backing you up!

I shopped Mattress Firm because I have done business with them before, and was VERY pleased with the product and the customer service. I went in this year (2019) during their 4th of July Sale, and was assisted by MARK CRON. Mark was VERY helpful. He assisted me in finding a mattress which was suited to my sleep-style. He was friendly, professional, easy-going and NOT pushy or high-pressure at all. I took advantage of the, free adjustable-base offer, and the sales process went very smoothly. There was a back-order issue with the adjustable base (due to the popularity of the 4th of July Sale), and Mark provided me with a complimentary support and frame so I could enjoy my new mattress while waiting for the adjustable base to become available. Due to a health issue, I must sleep with my upper body slightly elevated, and I was accomplishing that with pillows, etc while waiting on my adjustable base. I called Mark a few weeks after the sale to check on the base, and mentioned my health issue. Mark went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I expected to make sure he provided me with an adjustable base, and he did so within 2 days of my call! The service he provided me was SPECTACULAR, and I am so happy to be able to brag on him a little. Do yourself a favor.... GO SEE MARK and you will not regret it! By the way, I am not related to Mark.... nor do I have any association with Mattress Firm. I am, however, a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Great job, Mark. I look forward to doing business with you again.

My wife and I went mattress shopping yesterday. After doing much research online we felt we knew what we were looking for. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Robert Miller, a very friendly, personable and knowledgeable salesman. He was very courteous and listened intently to our complaints about aches and pains and what we wanted. Bob walked us through several options. It was truly a pleasure to do business with him. After settling on the mattress, a big plus was the offer of same day delivery, although we were unable to take advantage.
