Wow, great place. Super nice guy and very upfront. He did great work, and you dont need to worry about getting scammed or anything. He wont charge you for more than he has to. I thought my phone was toast, (bent and bad display) but it looks brand new. Phone repairs are still expensive, but it was a bargain compared to a new one.

Just found this to change my display for iPhone7. I thought my screen was cracked but it was just a tempered glass. They guy who was working was very helpful. Totally recommended!

This guy is well versed and skilled. His prices are reasonable and Ive never had reason to complain. One time, there was a problem with the speaker used for the ringout; I broght my phone back and in minutes, the issue was resolved.

Not one to leave reviews, but I got my phone screen replaced here a couple months ago and not even days later my phone tipped over and the screen cracked. When I called the store they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Today I went to another store to get my phone screen replaced, and they told me my previous screen wasn’t even glued onto my phone. Don’t go here they suck.

Giving this place a 1 star is being extremely generous. This is the worst, most unprofessional business in the state. Employees are rude. They don’t stand behind their work. Drive a little farther and get better service

My Samsung A20 stopped working and was giving an overheating notification when it wasnt even warm. I took it to Cell Phone fix and Ukeh (Im sure I butchered the spelling) looked at it and fixed it within 15 minutes. Very helpful, very friendly, and very affordable! 10 out of 10 would recommend. You will not be overcharged.

These guys were fast and efficient. The price was great and my screen is like brand new! I pretty much shattered my screen and they were able to fix it the same day I took it in. It took about an hour and a half to two hours but only because the guy had a bunch of dropped off phones before me. He even apologized that it was going to take longer than normal. They were honest from the get go so I knew what to expect.

Got the part and fixed it right away

My iPhone X started to have an issue where the phone would green-screen then go completely black. A hard reset worked several times, until recently, when my phone went dead into “the void”. I took it to the Sprint store on NW 24th, and they told me they couldn’t fix it and that I’d need to buy a new iPhone. $999.00 + tax. My phone was only 1.5 years old.I decided to get a second opinion and took my iPhone to Cell Phone Fix. I was greeted upon entry by Uhkeh (sp?) and told him my story . He told me it was likely the screen LED going bad, and said he’d look at it and see what he could do. Uhkeh told me to give him a few hours. I asked him for a receipt for the iPhone, to which he replied that he didn’t have those. Now that made me a bit hesitant - but I figured since they had many positive Google reviews that it should be ok.Uhkeh called my wife’s phone 90 minutes later and told me that he thought it was the screen, and that he should be able to fix it. After giving my okay to proceed with the repair, he said “give me about an hour”.I went to the store a little over an hour later, and Uhkeh handed my iPhone X back to me (along with the old screen, which he told me to keep in case the repair didn’t last. I paid via card and he DID give me a receipt for that) and told me that it was warrantied for a time, but that if it were to fail again that it would be within a few hours of use.Here it is more than 24 hours (and several hours of use) later, and my iPhone X is working like new - for a fraction of the cost of the Shady Sprint Store.I highly recommend this business to everyone!!

Very friendly and honest about the price and service. I needed to unlock a refurbished iPhone 6 I bought online. I went there because I was suspicious of the seller and wanted to know if it was a paid up model or I was sold a phone that was already on contract. He said he would try unlock it, but would return my money if the process doesnt go through.However, I ended up buying a phone from him as I could trust his service better than a seller online. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to get my phone screen fixed and they did it for the lowest price ($60) I found in Norman. They even provided a discounted OtterBox case. As stated, great customer service. The man I dealt with is a hustler--the shop closes at 7 pm, but someone walked in at 6:57 and was greeted with a smile. 5 stars!

These guys are AMAZING! If you need a repair to your phone they can fix it! They are very skilled in phone ablets repair..if they cant fix it, it cant be fixed! Apple WILL NOT repair, only $300+ replace..Apple should be ashamed for the cost and trouble caused by their own hardware..people put most of their lives on these things and the iCloud without purchasing more space isnt even close to backing up all your stuff! They will not fix your phone if its dead they will replace it! The pictures are obviously more important than the phone! Sorry Apple Im done with your Apple certified shops..the first shop tried to repair and left the battery loose, the 2nd just looked at me and said replace the phone is my only option! Not true Cell Phone Fix in Norman CAN FIX IT, again if not THEN BUY a new phone..give em chance! My phone has been repaired to full capacity! I took my Note 3 to the Sprint store. They told me they couldnt fix it and that I would either have to have my phone replaced(150 w/ insurance) or get a new phone and renew my contract. I like my phone so I tried Cell Phone fix. For 50 dollars he replaced my charging port and now it works great. So I get to keep my phone and I paid less money. It was also done very fast. If you need your phone fixed stop by.

I took my phone there after the screen shattered. They did a repair that quickly deteriorated. Thankfully, I looked in the phone myself. 13 of the 21 screws had not been replaced, the rubber connector protectors had not been replaced, the speaker grids and some other pieces fell out of my phone. The back and front had mostly detached from what looks like a lack of appropriate adhesive. Essentially, they gave me back an expensive brick.Even worse, I was getting my phone repaired because I was leaving the country. I emphasized this, yet my phone broke while I was there.Dont waste your money on these people.

Bait and Switch. After calling in by phone to find a price to repair my screen on a Samsung, giving all information they asked, I was quoted a price. After arriving at the store the price jumped up almost $50! His explanation was that he wasnt aware of the model, which we clearly talked about on the phone. If smart, avoid this trap.

Do u have a Samsung Note 4 dinosaur screen? They did AND was ready in 1 hr. How bought a 2017 IPAD PRO LCD/Screen? Yep. Hmm, the same IPADS charging port? Yep, in stock. They close at 4 on Sun, but stayed til 5:45 to finish mine & another customers repair.. My daughters Galaxy S screen? Yep -Same day repair.THEIR PRICES MUST BE HIGHER: Shockingly No. For instance, my Note 4 repair wouldve been $55 more at a certain Moore chain store. PLUS Idve waited 3-4 days for the part to ship PLUS they only offered NEXT DAY🚫SAME DAY repair. Even the 3-4 day ship time was approximate, so..THEIR WORK: My iPad repair was done over a year ago and I have had zero issues that you hear about after the screens are repaired (Ghosting, black outside, etc..) A+++++

Got my screen fixed here, but the new screen does not change brightness nor does it always detect my finger. New screen also consumes way more battery power than original screen. Yes, their service was cheapest in town, but Im skeptical of the quality of replacement parts they use.

HORRIBLE!! This process has been a complete nightmare, went into this store over 5 different times and my phone still barley works. All this guy cares about is getting his money and getting you in and out as fast as possible. After my phone was apparently fixed I still was unable to hear phone calls and the guy here stated that was apparently extra just all around horrible, my phone is worse off than it was at the start.

Store hours are wrong. Store actually closes at 4pm on sundays, not 7 as its posted. Obviously there is a communication error between management at this store and metropcs corporate, bc customer service rep I talked to said it was open until 7pm as well. Yet I showed up at 615 pm yesterday and see the store hours posted on the door....... I was highly upset.

I took a broke phone here. The individual charged me but did not fix my phone. I purchased a new phone from him. He said he would refund me the charge for the screen he put in. I called and waited a few days, but he always said he was busy. I reported it to my creditcard company. They requested that I send them an itemized statement. I dont have that. Ill call today and get my broken phone. This has been going on since 9-17-17 today is 10-6-17. He didnt know how to repair the antenna that speaks with the network. This is a conditional review. I will update again after I go to the store. They refunded everything. I will use again everytime!!!

Took my Phone all over Norman and OKC trying to get it fixed and this was the only place that got the job done. Great service, great price.

Quality of the phone screens and service is terrible. Went on a Sunday to get my screen repaired and was charged $120. Came back on Wednesday because the screen had already broken again (without dropping it). They attempted to charge me $140 on this visit. All the while the person ahead of me with the same issue was charged $75. It is now 4 days later and I have another cracked phone (once again without dropping it). I called to see if I could get some type of deal and was turned away. Overall, the replacement screens are incredibly weak glass and they are terribly inconsistent with their pricing.
