I have used this place for years and have always been happy. They have always been quick with reasonable prices and nice people. The reason for 4 stars is because of one gentleman who has been rude on a couple occassions. I suggest this place to everyone!

The guy who works there is an awesome! He is very nice and he does a great job with lower price than any other places. We always go there to fix iPad and iPhone. I highly recommend!!!

Read great reviews, I always want to support a local business. He replaced my battery and repaired my camera; an IPhone defect on my model, all for $70+. Prior to repair he said he would have to order the camera part. When I picked up the phone, I asked for the old part he replaced. He refused. Why? Did he even replace the part or just make an adjustment? Anyway, shady and weird. I won’t go back to a business I don’t trust.

Great experience getting me screen replaced, and the price beat everyone around. Apparently there is a problem replacing the Samsung A11 (AT&T) screen. The replacement (ordered twice!) didnt fit! The tech tried to grind it down but it didnt work. He had to special order a refurbished screen to get it done.Very nice, polite service, fast repair.

Chris did an amazing job fixing the screen on my iPhone XS Max. He was better priced than anyone else in Norman at under $150 before tax. I will be back soon for him to fix the back glass. I highly recommend him!

Chris at Phone Fix LLC was a great help, professional and had the best prices for what we needed done.The back glass of my wifes LG G7 ThinQ needed replacing, and the screen of my LG G7 ThinQ needed replacing, too. Chris had the best price by about $50 and was super fast with the work -- it took him about an hour!Its good to know hes local and well go to Chris at Phone Fix LLC for any future repair work!

Good service(fast and customer oriented). Simple and humble. I will recommend anyone to go here for good service and reasonably priced. He even replaced a screen protector for free, counts a lot for a mother of 3 little ones who’s hands always trying to get my phone and scratches or cracks the screen.

So I needed a simple data transfer, something anyone can do but I dont have a computer to do it myself. Every other place I called wanted $30 or more for something that simple.. but then I called Phone Fix! The owner was so nice, got my data transferred for $15, and worked with me on what exactly I wanted transferred! Theyre absolutely amazing! Dont bother anywhere else, this place should be your first stop!

I have two small children and they love to smash the screen on my phone and my wifes phone. Ive taken the phones to Phone Fix on multiple occasions for repair. The staff is super friendly and quick to get our phones fixed. Fair price and locally owned. Would definitely recommend.

Please spare yourself the time and money with this business. First off the product is horrible. The quality of the glass almost feels plastic. I cracked my screen and proceeded to take it in and get it fixed. It took about an hour like they said. In the next half hour I realized the touch calibration was completely off. I took it back the next day, and they happily replaced it. This process has happened 3 times. The screen is never correctly put on and doesnt even feel like proper glass at all. I urge you to spend the extra $15-20 somewhere else and get your phone fixed for good. The way they can be so much cheaper than other places is the absolutely horrendous quality of glass that they put on. STAY AWAY. 0/5 Stars.

I broke the back plate of my S8+ when hopping out of the car one day despite having it in a protective case. I looked around for a bit trying to find somewhere to get my phone repaired and ended up at Phone Fix. The owner was extremely professional and friendly. My phone was fixed in a timely manner, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. I will be back when I inevitably break this phone again, or my next phone.

Phone Fix does quality work at an affordable price. Most of us could not even imagine being without our phones for very long and thank goodness Phone Fix there to help when we drop it in water (guilty) and when screens get broken (again..guilty!) I recommend them to anyone needing their phone fixed by a trusted, courteous and reliable business!

Great experience. I needed to repair damage caused by another iPhone repair store. It was completed quickly, and returned the product to its original condition. Also, The prices are very reasonable. Will use again, if needed.

Took my phone in on 2/5 to have the screen replaced. The guy checked stock and said they had the screen. An hour later he called to say the didnt have a white screen, but could put a black one on. I was completely fine with that(and he gave me a 10% discount).Got home, took the screen protector off, and there was a small crack in the new screen. The phone hasnt even been used yet! Obviously it was defective.Took the phone in on 2/8 (I had military duty all week end and this was the first chance I had), and explained to the salesman what had happened.Nothing. Im just SOL with a defective cracked screen that I paid $100 for to have them replace it.

This shop is amazing. Between grand babies and arthritis, Ive seen these guys 3 times this year. They have always returned my item, in the time frame, they say - usually less than an hour. They never make me feel stupid. They won my business, for life, when the young man spent 3 days trying, everything, to fix a phone that my grandson decided needed to go swimming. It was in a water proof case-just not swim proof, I guess. The young man dried it out, ordered parts and tested out new insides and wouldnt take a cent when it wasnt fixable. These young men know what theyre doing. Ive even taken an ancient iPod touch, to them; and they gave it new life.

This place is awesome! I fixed my phone screen about a month ago at another store and it cost me $150. I recently dropped it with a lifeproof case on it and the screen had the whole vertical line thing going on with it. I emailed another phone store in the area cause I couldnt afford another $150 payment and they said it would be $135. I drove into Phone Fix and they fixed it for $80 in about an hour. Great service! The staff at Phone Fix is great! My son dropped my wifes Iphone and cracked the screen. She went in to Phone Fix and had the screen replaced in minutes. I have sent several of my friends there since and they have all been impressed with the work.

Called 4-5 stores around town for a phone screen replacement. This store was the cheapest but also the fastest (next-day shipping for the part instead of 3-7 days at other places). Work was done well. No issues in the month since.

Took our family Ipad with a broken screen in to Phone Fix for repair. Was met at the counter quickly by the owner and was informed that the repair could be ready as early as that afternoon! They fixed my phone in a matter of seconds and didnt even charge me! I will ALWAYS take my phone to them for repairs from now on, though I do expect I will be charged most of the time, lol. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and how well they know what they are doing...when you are messing with peoples contacts and ability to stay in communication, it is important you can trust that they will repair your phone right and in a timely manner - you can trust Phone Fix to do just that!

It is impossible to emphasize how strongly I urge you to take your screen elsewhere to be repaired.TLDR: Very rude employee, terrible product, owner that doesnt care (no call to discuss my dissatisfaction), overall horrible experience, and throwing $136 in the trash.At the beginning of the month I dropped my girlfriends iPhone 6 and shattered the screen. After searching for repair shops, and finding this one had predominately perfect reviews, I figured it was the place to go. I was severely mistaken. The first employee to help us was great and the phone was initially fixed in just an hour. The $136 price hurt, but was worth it if the phone was indeed repaired. Just 3 days later, however, the screen cracked from no more than literally normally setting the phone down. On the receipt, I noticed a 30 day warranty for malfunctions. Even though it was no fault of our own, this was not considered a malfunction. Upon discussing this with a different employee a couple days later, we were treated extremely rudely. I provided my phone number so I could be contacted by the store owner, but the call never came. I switched the screens myself this past weekend with a stock screen from Apple, and upon comparing the two, the screen given from phone fix was cheap and sketchy to say the least. Apples full repair (not even DIY) costs the same or less, only without the convenience of same-day-repair (which isnt worth it at all for a piece of crap product). I could not be more disappointed with this place and really hope you take your business elsewhere so the same doesnt happen to you.

Didnt have parts for my phone screen (galaxy s6) and when I asked how long it would take to get them in they said they didnt know and that they didnt know how to install it anyways. I was really disappointed.

Horrible company. The first time they fixed my phone they caused more problems than they fixed. They were without the screen to fix my iPhone on 3 separate occasions. Their warranty is full of loopholes. Now after paying to have my phone fixed twice, and repaired three times, I have a phone with a screen that barely registers touch. I would strongly recommend another company.
