I dropped my phone in my dogs water dish. Att said I needed to purchase a new phone. I took it to CPR in Norman OK and after doing a free diagnostic check Glenn said it only needed a new screen. He did a great job repairing it quickly and now it’s as good as new. I am grateful he saved me a lot of $. He also answered my many questions showing me on my phone as he explained. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I would Definitely recommend CPR for any cell phone repairs you have. They’ll do a great job!

Quick and easy. My name is Dechavious and I came in earlier this morning to get my phone fixed. They were very nice to me and were very professional. Even sparked up a mini conversation with em. It was such a nice young man who helped me! I need an iPhone 11 Pro glass screen protector, but they were out of them. Just 2 days later he called me and told me that the screen protector I needed came in; I went to their store and he had it installed in 5 minutes. It was a very good experience! I highly recommend them!

Oh my gosh! I’ve taken my phone to them several times (I’m a klutz) for phone repair. I broke my screen and finally broke down and decided to pay the $200 to have it fixed. The employee took one look and said I’d only broken the screen protector. It only cost me $40. Seriously, these folks are honest and you can trust them.

I took my phone in because I thought my charging port was loose. The gentleman who helped me simply cleaned it out did not recommend using canned air they have a special tool to clean it out of dust and things of that nature, and it works! They didn’t even charge me for the service this makes me feel good about going back anytime I have an issue with my phone because of the honesty.

Eh, overall disappointed I spoke with someone who I was told is the operations manager named Thaddeus. When we spoke on the phone he said they could order the part to fix my Motorola razr 5G I just had to come in and have the phone inspected, then he quoted me a rough ballpark price range for repair. I got there and the phone was physically inspected then they realized they couldnt repair it or order the part. Definitely disappointing. I guess if I had a boring IPhone like everyone else I wouldnt have this problem 🤷

Went in earlier this year and got a quote, they cleaned my charge port for free. Came back in to get the screen repaired and had to prepay and order it, suppose thats normal. I didnt get the phone back in for three days and they did not have the frame? I left the phone there all day and got it back in the evening, but the rear cover cracked. :( But it works great.

I called up to see if they could clean the ports in my phone and they said they could and it was complimentary. I came over and they took care of me and are extremely nice, efficient and quick. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend! My husband took my daughters iPad to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Norman because there was a problem with the charging port. The person who serviced the iPad quickly removed whatever was obstructing the port and did not charge him. The service at this store is friendly, quick, and fair. We will definitely be using them again for any electronic repairs we may need.

I took my iPhone X in for a screen replacement. They destroyed my facial recognition when the took the old screen off incorrectly. They put the new screen on, but facial recognition didn’t work anymore. They told me that I would have to take it to the apple store to fix the facial recognition. Of course, apple won’t do that, so all you can do is turn the old phone in for a new one at a prorated price.

This is the only place I take my electronics. They are super fast and knowledgeable !

I couldnt recommend this place more! The two associates I met were Glenn and Anthony and they were absolute rockstars. Glenn did a great job with the fix, I had to get my front glass of my Samsung Note9 and its seamless. When I came to pick it up is when I had met with Anthony and he was amazing. Both him and Glenn really made me feel like they were there to help me and to make sure that the fix was done right the first time. Would give more stars if I could!

Anthony fixed my ipad with a charger broken off in the port. I was to the point I was going to buy a new charging port but Anthony, who is by the way super friendly and professional, fixed it with no sweat. Give this guy a raise.

These guys give the best customer service and go out of their way to accommodate a customers needs, even when those needs are a bit difficult. They did an amazing job fixing my sons Nintendo Switch and gave me additional time to pick ot up due to our extensive distance from their location. It was more than worth the 2 hour drive!

I stopped by CPA, Cell Phone Repair, to see if they could retrieve all my contacts, photos, apps, etc. from my old broken phone.(I tried Verizon first, but they were no help. I couldnt even get my old phone to power on.)Glen saved all my stuff and transferred it to my new phone.I was very satisfied with their service and price. Ill go there first, next time I have an issue with my phone.If you dont have insurance on your phone, go there before you order a new one, and check your options.

I cracked the screen on my Motorola G7 power 1 year ago. I finally took it to get replaced. Its repaired but I didnt notice the back wasnt sealed properly. Guess Im not taking this phone in the bathroom with me. These fellas are friendly and Im not complaining. I should have checked before I went home.

I had taken a phone in for a water damage repair in June. All was well....was informed that they would damage screen in order to complete repair and that I would have to replace screen. I then agreed to pricing of screen and asked that they order it. I was once again in the store to purchase a liquid screen protector for my new phone and checked on the progress of phone being repaired and was told they where still awaiting a screen replacement. Went by this evening to inquire since itd been several months and was informed that phone was damaged beyond repair and they couldnt fix it. That should have been the initial conversation and not dragging this out 5 months. The clerk also looked in the computer and said that the store had called me on several occasions to let me know status and that statement is 100% false. My phone is a critical tool to my business and is answered when called or calls are returned if missed. You fell short on service described then dropped the ball on communication. I have referred several people to your business and hope they dont receive the same end results.

Purchased a phone from them, I questioned if the new device would be ok considering it was lesser memory than my current device. Employee said it would be ok so I completed my purchase, then tried to set it up later and it wouldn’t transfer, I asked for a refund but was told all sales final. They then offered me to upgrade to a larger memory and I pay the extra money to do so, and it would be in 3-5 days to exchange. I later returned to the store and was told they couldn’t get another device and refunded my money, and said the store manager would reach out. No phone call from him after days to resolve the issue. Do not purchase anything from this company, poor, poor, poor customer service.

Technicians were slow to communicate with me over email, but their service was impeccable and at a fair price. I had a water damaged phone that two other shops deemed unsalvageable. I decided to try one more shop and am incredibly happy I chose CPR! They did what others couldnt and saved my precious data in the process. Im very satisfied with their service and would recommend this shop over any other in Norman.

Took in yesterday afternoon after we discovered on of our kids couldn’t complete their assignments due to dead areas of the screen. Had it back to us within 24 hours working perfect!

Initially had issues when we went in to get a phone screen fixed. Due to miscommunication with employees they didn’t know that with an issue like this, they were able to stay after hours to fix it. The company had just been bought over and the new owner contacted us saying how it was in unacceptable and got us back in at our earliest convenience to make the situation right even though the store was closed. I had initially given one star because of the issue but wanted to come back because they did work hard to make the situation right. The initial employee also apologized informing us that at the time he was unaware of this new policy instilled by the new owner and that something like this would not happen again. Very pleased with how the situation was handled and fixed and even with the initial mess up we still plan to come back.

Customer BEWARE!!!! They do not honor their warrantees! I am seriously disgusted with the level of customer service and professionalism. I spoke to the actual owner of this specific location and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly does not understand the concept of true customer service. To be clear the phone is my daughters but owned by me, paid for by me, insurance coverage by me, repair cost paid for by me, but she dropped off the phone for me. The owner decided to cut me out of the conversation because my daughter is legally considered an adult. She tried to bully my daughter and intimidate her into saying something to incriminate her. I quickly proceeded to cut off the bullying tactics and explained we would be sending out reviews to warn the public. We have also called the insurance company to warn them about referring clients to this location. BEWARE!!!!!!

They never have good stock of screen protectors and always get bubbles in the screen of my watch and they won’t replace at their cost and internet and window hours say different from what they actually work

He told me that my phone would be finished in 30-45 minutes, and I responded that I would wait in the store because I wouldn’t know how to get anywhere without it. While helping other customers as well, he finished my phone without 15-20 minutes. He helped find what I needed so that cell phone repair is not something that I would need in the near future and I appreciate his help.
