Not helpful at all. Terrible customer service. The woman with red hair barely helped me. She sat on her phone most of the time while putting me on the phone with customer and when asked about purchasing a newer phone basically just said it’s online and offered no further help or guidance and the same response was given when I asked about receiving/setting up my military discount for my account.
Went in with my son so he could get a new iPhone and everyone was so very helpful. We was in and out very quickly and everything was explained so we knew what to expect on our first bill and everything. We are very happy with the experience

Slow to no service. Had to wait an hour to be served. Employee waiting on me was borderline rude. Five customers behind me had to wait longer. Some left in frustration. Place is great if you dont mind being treated like a child. I didnt care for being lectured.
Russell was extremely helpful and over-the-top patient with me. I had multiple issues and, unable to log in to get answers, frustration was overwhelming me. Russell answered every question in simple language and guided me through each obstacle until I felt comfortable with each one. You need more staff members like him! Thank you!

Just switched from Verizon to AT&T after being a Verizon customer for over 12 years. I went in to try to save some money on my bill. The young man told me he could switch me to unlimited data, it wouldn’t save me money but I would be paying “about the same” but get more. I was ok with that. Until I got my next bill. My bill went up by $45. I tried to figure out why and got the run around. “It’s because you used a credit card instead of bank card. For auto pay” “it’s because you switched to unlimited” “ it’s because you are able to use one phone as a hot spot”. I did get all of those things but was told my payment wouldn’t go up. What a joke. When I called to ask them to change my plan, I was told the would, they didn’t. Today, I switched from Verizon to AT&T and saved over $100 per month, got unlimited data, can use both phones as hot spots, free year of HBO Max, insurance. Bye, Bye Verizon.

Jarvis the manager there is highly rude! Went for help right at 6 closing time and he wouldnt even open the door and show me how to fix my phone cause I cant use it at all to run my business. Horrible and rude! Would definitely choose another location. He is all about himself and wouldnt lift a finger and made me talk through the glass. Too bad there are zero stars cause it was awful.
We went into the store to check on switching from AT&T to Verizon and the service that we got from Evan was amazing! He was kind, very knowledgeable, and helpful! If you can ask for him! The store is well lit and very comfortable and they get to you very quickly and they were really busy on a Sunday afternoon. We were no there for any equipment, but they seemed to have the latest gadgets of all kinds and decent prices. We were able to get a bigger plan than what we have with AT&T and added an unlimited plan for our tablet for the same price that we were paying for just two phones! So we ported in our numbers and transferred our phones to Verizon. When we drove home we had great service and that is something that we havent had with AT&T for a long time! So we are thrilled with our new service and will update if we need to, but I doubt that we will need to.

I have been a Verizon customer since back in THE day... Like 2000-ish. Verizon and I have had our differences over the DECADES (cant believe I am even saying that) but no matter what its always been all good in the end. But this particular store, particularly their sales associate Ryan has 100% of the time gone above and beyond in every situation every time. Give this man a raise and a promotion.

I was in Oklahoma City for business and stopped to get a new sim card for my phone. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and all 3 team members were fantastic, I would highly recommend this location. Great customer service.
My experience at this store cannot be summed up by a mere 5 star review. I went in with an issue concerning my smartphone, and the staff was so polite, friendly, and professional. When I left, they resolved my issue far better than I had expected. The staff is very understanding and the service that they exhibit here is exceptional.
My son from Kansas came down and bought me a new phone. The young lady who helped us was great!! There was a limited choice of covers for the phone I was getting. I told my son that they might have more behind the counter. Oh no, he said, this is it. When the young lady came back, her hands were full of covers. She told him they keep more in the back, just so much room. I gave her a high five. Told my son, told you so, lol!! Definitely go there for all my phone needs!

On July 18th, 2020 just before 10am Dennis was extremely dismissive, unwelcoming, and literally didn’t want to assist me at all. I was told by a online rep to go to the store to return a device. So I meet Dennis, which he told me that they can’t take devices back at the store. Ok that’s not his fault. I understand because of Covid... Im extremely frustrated and explain I’m not upset at all at Dennis, I’m just needing help and I asked if he could please help me with an issue I’ve been trying to resolve with Verizon for a week now. I had two unauthorized numbers on my account and a device mailed to me I didn’t order and I needed to return it. Dennis kept trying to dismiss me and tell me he needed to free up his time of other important customer issues. He explained I can print a return label online or from MyVerizon. I ask him if he can walk me through where to find the return label for me to go print it later as I couldn’t find it. He flat out refused saying he needed to be available for other needs to customers even though there was no one lined up waiting for his stellar customer service. I thought he misunderstood what I was asking, So I was trying to clarify if he could just verbally tell me where to find it in my app It would be so helpful in sending it back because I was double billed AFTER I paid outright for my device. I also asked if we could stand in the shade so I could see my screen so he could walk me through it. He refuses again putting his hands up in the air in a stopping motion as if he doesn’t want me to ask for help again and doesn’t want me to walk up to the sidewalk behind him. Finally I simply ask, can I please just speak to the manager? He said yes and walks inside. Instead of just going and getting the manager I see him in there mildly animated trying to give his side of the story before the manager comes and speaks to me. I get tired of waiting because the windows and doors are well... GLASS and I can see them clearly standing there (There is a sign on the door that says any customer that enters the store must have a mask on— which I did). So I open the door, with no plans to walk in I start to just ask the manager Joe if I could please speak to him. Dennis rushes over to the door and raises his voice at me and says I’m not allowed to come in and yanks the door out of my hand hard and stands there holding the door shut on me for a matter of time. His manager Joe says nothing and is just looking at it happening. I step back thinking ‘did he really just do that?’ And Dennis walks away to finish his story he’s telling Joe his manager. I open the door again and Dennis tries to rush back over to me and I say, “I’m not coming in, I just would like to speak to the manager out here.” Dennis is still approaching me and Joe says something to Dennis and he stops. Joe comes outside, I explain my situation involving unauthorized lines on my account and duplicate orders and that my account doesn’t reflect my daughters device but the device I had already cancelled once and somehow a second order placed... Joe was nice, helpful, actually fixed a part of the issue with my daughters account so it was reflecting the correct device. He even emailed me the link to find the return shipping label. I was appreciative of it... however placing the complaint with him regarding Dennis’s behavior, he stared at me blank like and simply said he’d take care of it. Though he listened, judging by the behavior Dennis displayed in front of him for a matter of minutes BEFORE he even intervened was not very promising that he would even appropriately handle and document the situation. The behavior Dennis displayed was not only unprofessional but extremely threatening and aggressive. That goes beyond a verbal counseling, it should be taken up to a district manager or corporate and it warrants a formal reprimand. If corporate reads this, roll back your video surveillance and investigate. To clarify this is NOT a positive shout out for Dennis, so please don’t reply with unprofessional snide gratitude like you did on other reviews.
A little eye contact and acknowledgement, even when busy goes a long way. Staff are knowledgeable, but consistently in customer service is lacking. I have had nothing but trouble upgrading my phone over this past week and the lack of communication has been frustrating, to say the least. Spend the extra time to drive North to the Moore location!
There customer service is stellar. An employee will address you when you walk through the door. They are courteous and profession. Each person is very knowledgeable about the products. They will even share their own experience. However, the service they provide, mobile services, has been on the decline. Their cloud was down for several months and they have outsourced many services that Verizon the company used to take pride in managing. Many of the products in the Verizon store can be purchased elsewhere for a more reasonable price. This particular Verizon is a true Verizon store, there is another Verizon store on Main Street in Norman, but it is not authentic.

They have consistently provided outstanding customer service, saved me money on my monthly bill, and took time and related their own personal experience in order to ensure that the phones we purchased were what my family needed-- not just the latest iPhone upgrade.
Blake was a super amazing sales rep! Extremely knowledgeable about every question we had and was more than happy to help us get in and out. Wasnt pushy at all and was just genuinely a nice dude. Will definitely be going back for anything Verizon related and will be going with Blake everytime!

Walked into the store no one said anything. There were only 2 worker both were with customers but at least they could of said something to me that they would be with me in just a minute. Stay for a good 3 minutes still nothing so I walked out. How do except to get business when your workers have no customer service skills.

The store here in Norman wont work with you on in regards to a better deal. I have to get my phones online to get a better deal and the online service is way better. At least they put out some effort to help you. As far as reception, I work in downtown Norman an can barely get 3 bars. I will be eating in a restaurant and cant even get on line. Always dropping calls and 4g is basically non-existent. why are we paying for 4g service when you can never get it? If they are going to hold us accountable on our contracts, they should be held accountable with their service.
Stood in store for assistance and when sales rep became available, he walked to the back of the store and never came back out. No other customers waiting but us. Poor customer service! Deliberately went when store wasnt busy so we could ask a lot of questions about new prodicts and never got any hekp!!!!! Poor poor service

Most everytime my experiences here are a good example of great customer service... 5 stars goes to 3 after the last few visits because I was stuck with Dennis... I will admit he knows everything! Ask a simple question... Hell reply with a simple pompus expression and youll get that answer! Hopefully nobodys dumb enough to put this guy in a management position over people especially sales... He doesnt enjoy dealing with people idk how hes maintaining a sales position
Unfortunately what everyone is saying is true. The Norman store is rude and misleading. I was told that I didnt have to turn in my defective phone for an insurance claim. when the new phone came in, it came with the warning that if I didnt return the defective one, I would be charged full price. I told the salesman that luckily I didnt throw it away based on his knowledge and facts. fast forward a year or so and another insurance issue comes up. A phone that was replaced with the asurion insurance after breaking, (I work outside), was defective after a month or so. I went in to have it looked at for warranty and the salesman told me the warranty had expired. I told him that it should still be covered but he insisted that it wasnt. Then I was told to remove the battery and put it back in. (technical support at its finest). this voided the warranty that despite all the salesman tried to demand was still valid for over 30 more days. Now they are no longer honoring upgrades to unlimited customers. The salesman got short with me and told me I didnt understand what upgrade means. I went to the store on I 240 and the salesman there politely told me that in the past month or so policies had changed. He told me the truth. not that I was ignorant and that my past equipment upgrades were imagined. The store is consistent.

They have gone from being the greatest device retailer around to price gouging customers anyway they can. Every time we would call to get help reducing our bill, it just went up more. They forgot what built their reputation.

Wasnt greeted and had to wait forever. I was finally helped by a smug employee who wanted to tell me Im wrong about the quality of the products that I pay out the nose for. Im irritated. The employee was wrong after convincing me that a speaker wasnt broken, but...of course the warranty just ran out. The manager said hed pay half the cost if I upgraded to a newer product. Im irritated, they try to upsell me. Now Im more irritated. I pay $230/month, plus much, much more in store, and this is their service? About time to try out another provider.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff this is the second time Ive visited them and went out of my way and will continue to make time for it since Im only in town once a year. They utilized all of their tools available to assist me with my phone transfer.
Even though my experience with corporate Verizon as a whole has been less than desirable, the employees at this store have been wonderful to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure that corrections to my service have been made and I am satisfied.

Worst costumer service ever ! wanted to return the hum the day after I purshased it ! They wanted to charge a $35 restocking fee it wasnt opened and we spoke with the manager about it and was willing to Negotiate and Verizon was still going to charge a monthly fee even tho we returned the device! They did not offer to cancel the service ... so we called when we got home and spoke with another manager and he returned to hum without the restocking fee and took the monthly fee off ! Why couldnt all this been done the 1st time we was in the store !?! But no I have to waste my time and drive to the store again cause they had a change of heart ! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND BLOOD PRESSURE AMD GO TO ANOTHER Retailer !

Me and my Fiancée went to this store on September 23 and it was the best experience Ive had with Verizon. As soon as we got in the door the store Manager JJ greeted us and immediately began helping us with what we wanted. He was more then nice and helpful. When we got in the system to be helped it took less then 10 mins. Brian was our sales person and he was absolutely wonderful. He was considerate and joked around with us that made us feel wanted there. He helped us get an awesome deal on some new fit bit watches that would work with the new phones we were getting. They treated us with respect and didnt assume anything. Needless to say i am still happy about my experience the very next day. They helped us trade in our old galaxy s5 to put towards our new purchase and even helped to transfer our old phone Data & etc to our new note 7s. This store is down right AMAZING! If you need or want a new phone these guys are the place to go!
