I came this place for my broken screen of IPad. The owner of this place perfectly fixed that broken screen with very reasonable and cheap price compared to the price that I got from Apple shop. Literally impressed on how fast it took. Pretty much less than 15 minutes to have the back of my phone replaced. And was the cheapest out of the eight cell phone repair shops in Norman.

I replaced the screen of my phone and needed a new screen protector the he didnt have in stock at that time he gave me a temporary protector and ordered me a new one then called me when it arrived, then I came in and got my new screen protector. He is such a gentleman.

Pieces of the back glass of my XR broke after a drop. I didnt have AppleCare, so I wanted to find a cheaper option than $399 on Apples website. This man said hed do it for $100, what a deal! He got it done the same day I brought it in, and used genuine Apple parts! Value for this repair was great! Would recommend

Took my iPhone 11 in to have the back glass replaced, after 7 hours my phone was fixed but it wasnt. The glass was already coming off of the back right after i picked it up, one of the rings was missing from around one of the cameras, and to top it off he completely ruined my phone. It now reboots every 3 minutes while it is unlocked. He messed something up internally and now i cant even backup the phone to save all of my stuff before I have to buy a new phone. I would avoid this place at all cost if you want your devices to work properly after repair

The man that “repaired” my phone asked if I would like to pay extra for the better LCD replacement; I said yes. Despite buying the “premium” LCD my phone presses stuff on its own and quits working all together very often. I have to turn my screen off and back on to fix it, which only lasts a brief time. Would not recommend.

A week ago I decided to get my phone screen repaired here despite a few bad reviews, DONT!My Huawei P30 was repaired quickly (considering the screen had to be ordered online) and for a decent price. However, the repair is shoddy, with the screen uneven and peeling up and glue all over (owner replied by saying thats fine, just use a case). The phone also has new hardware issues that were not previously present. Im very unsatisfied with the quality of work at Dash Cell Phone Repair.

He made me aware of any concerns he had through the process while i waited, including the fact that my screen was already cracked and that the pressure he needed to put on the back of the phone to remove the battery might crack the screen more. He decided to heat the phone more as a precaution, which is part of the processes, and he was successful!!I will be going to this man in the future for ALL my cell phone needs!!

Do not ever shop here!! my phone was stolen from the Walgreens across the street and was sold to this location, the cashier did not have the person unlock the phone or do anything to prove it was not a stolen phone. Once I called, they told me I would then have to buy my phone back from them even with video surveillance of my phone being stolen and taken to there shop.

Took my i phone 11 for screen fix top right was popped out he said it was fine tried to sell me a cover. Then I find my back glass is missing on back of phone. Terrible business

I took an iPad broken screen repaired hereI was charged $220 here and the screen was not really aligned on the iPad specifically the home button. I checked and came back again day after and not still fixed. The fellow working told me this is how they look like when fixed...I had to finally buy new IPad since it was very uncomfortable. Definitely I don’t rate this place more than 2 star even though the fellow working was doing his best to help out. It is just not the very skilled in screen repair ....

UPDATE: I had to go back today and KD changed the whole energy of my day. So thankful he was able to help me even with the weather a disaster, i was in and out in 30 minutes.I had the best experience! KD was so nice and very fast, I was only in the store for 30 minutes! I’ll be back for sure!

I took my droid turbo 2 to get the lcd replaced along with the battery. whoever fixed my phone left 24 screws (holding the phone together) loose like they didnt have the tool for it i thought it was just glue so i took my phone back up there and he tells me its been to many days since hes worked on it he can no longer help me DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PHONE FIXED FIXED

Works extremely quick and does amazing work!!

I came in with a completely destroyed iPhone X that got caught in my electric recliner. I didnt notice until I heard the crunch when trying to recline. The screen was just lines, back glass cracked to smithereens and the frame was bent all out of shape at the bottom. Let me just tell you, this guy is a miracle worker. My phone is basically back to 100% functionality. He was able to fix it to where it looks new cosmetically, and any internal issues I had after I picked it up (volume buttons didnt work, vibration didnt work and Face ID didnt work) he had no problem taking the phone back and fixing everything as best he could. In only an hour!! Hes a miracle worker! I will recommend him to anyone I know that doesnt want to pay the nearly $600 at Apple to have it fixed! Half the price for amazing work! Also hes open during the pandemic and Apple isnt 👀

After calling around Norman, I chose Dash Cell Phone Repair to replace my iPhone 7 battery. The service was amazingly fast—I was out in 20 minutes! And, they contacted me the next day to ensure that my phone was in good working condition. You dont get service like that much anymore. Im happy to recommend them and will use them for my phone repair going forward!

The screen on my wife’s IPhone XR has cracked from a drop last summer and she was afraid it would take days to repair. I called Dash and he quoted me a price and said he would have it done in 45min. I was able to get her a better case for her phone as well. The price and time for the repairs were accurate. I would definitely use Dash again for my cellphone repairs.

Shop owner did not have correct screen replacement so he used a different brand, the phone is bowed and 30% of screen is not responsive. He is not in the shop on monday even though he emailed me he would be in. Over charged by $50, make sure you check your receipt. plenty of other places to check out.

Kamlesh is a great person and phone repairer and I have been his customer for years since he used to be in sooner mall. His work is top notch and very reliable. He has great customer care to the extent that one day he gave me brown sugar from his country India and my wife and I loved it! He is simply the BEST phone repairer in Norman OK!!!

Went in an hour before closing not expecting to have my phone’s screen fixed on the same day. Not only did my phone get fixed in minutes BUT the price to fix it was incredibly fair! Will be coming back anytime I need another repair!

I wish I could give less than one star. I paid $240 for my watch to get fixed and he had for a month. I get it back and the screen lifts up on me. I take it back and he has it for another couple of weeks. I get back and have it for a month, my whole screen falls off. Now I can’t send it to Apple because they already messed with it. He then asked me to go to another expert at another shop for me to get it fixed, and I said no. He keeps trying to get the freaking screen back like I didn’t pay for it. I’ll never take cheaper option again.

Went in for a charging port that wouldn’t work on my iPhone.. $40 to fix, ok... left and nobody could hear me talk through my phone (said it sounded like I was under water) I had to use speakerphone for 2 weeks.. I took it back and he tore it apart and fixed the problem “for free” but now my battery goes dead every hour and a half. I don’t like hating, but I believe he mix/matches/flips/exchanges parts at his convenience. He did fix the original problem, but brought on another one each time. I won’t be back.
