The guys working in the store today were not wearing masks as mandated by city ordinance and were rude. One guy in particular could not answer my question but rather than attempting to find the right answer or point me in the direction so I could find the answer he told me a complete story that made absolutely no sense. I will not be using this store any longer I would rather be told straight up that he didnt know the answer than to be given a run around now i still have no answers and Im aggravated by how rude they were.

Horribly condescending and rude when asked to follow the city mask mandate. I will never go back to this location. All three men in the store today should not be in customer service. The Lindsey location is so much better.

The young kid was rude an disrespectful was gonna buy a new phone not after that so i just walked out will never be back to this location an will not recommend any one to this store thinking of goin back to old service the cricket employees have not been a good help to me

I went here last night thinking I had to buy a new phone/service because the one I have through T-mobile locked me out and I couldnt get into my phone all day. Ash was extremely helpful and she actually got it working again. Right before coming here I went to T-mobile by Target and they didnt even try, they just printed out a paper on how to try to attempt to reset the lock code through a website. I will be switching to Cricket very soon!!!

Had to pay my bill in cash this month. So I went to the cricket store to pay in person. Turns out cricket charges you $4 just for paying inside the store...plus a separate cash fee.

Sometimes it takes a while to get in and out, but I think that it is a ploy to get you talking. There is always something new to discuss with these gentlemen, from cell phone features to current events.. Just have heart and before you know it everything is done and taken care of and you genuinely feel better. There are no gimmicks, upselling, or people pushing you into something that you dont want.. (Although, it is technology, so what is not to want?!). There is just a peaceful environment of communication, Although no where for us tall people to sit. I enjoy my every trip to this store. Thanks guys!

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Switched cell phone carriers because of price. Got four free phones, unlimited data, on four lines for a hundred dollars amonth. No hidden fees, $100 complete. Six months now, no problems.

I feel cricket is taking advantage of thier customers. Especially with charging us upgrade fees, on devices that arent being upgraded. I lost $25 today bc Cricket refuses to refund me a activation fee on a device I didnt even leave the store with . I asked to have the money put towards my bill. I was denied. The oy thing I was offered was Ro have my future activation fees wiaved on my next device purchase .Im not pleased with that bc who knows when that will be, meanwhile cricket charges me monhly on service but is holding my $25 untill I get a new device . Whatever happened to, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ? BRING BACK GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Employee by the name of Cody at this store doesnt care about customers. 2 2-day old phones developed bubbles under screen protector. Took back to have this fixed, was accused of causing damage to screen protector as their employees wouldnt ever install a screen protector improperly. $5 screen protector vs customer service, theyd rather have $5 screen protector.
