My cousin introduced me to this store and I’m happy he did. It is conveniently located and in a beautiful, historic building. Fanatics brought in a really great, friendly and helpful team with the best management I’ve ever heard of for a store of this type. Every time anyone I know of has needed assistance, the staff has helped promptly and politely. That excellence starts from the top with management that Fanatics and the store is very, very lucky to have. You won’t regret shopping here it’s a great experience.

I love this store. At other places I feel like I’m chasing my tail trying to find the right merchandise or get meaningful assistance from the staff, but not here. Everything is perfect. I love the hardwood floors and the building. Most importantly, I’ve personally met the manager before and he was very nice to me. These negative reviews seem like folks who are losing to a great Fanatics establishment and seeing their hopes go to the dogs, so I wouldn’t pay them any attention; they’re all bark and no bite.

A good friend of mine told me about the store. I love it and talk about it all the time, and he reminded me I hadn’t left a review. The selection and pricing are great. Preserving the historic building is something I really love to see in cities generally, and they have done an impressive job with it. The manager, Brandon, set everything up perfectly and it is a beautiful and easy-to-navigate store.My favorite thing about Sooner Shop on Boyd is that the staff and manager are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way for customers, and that seems to be an example they follow from their leadership.Even if you aren’t an OU fan but have friends or family who are, this is a must-visit in Norman.

This store is fantastic! Its the old Harolds Suit store. They have kept all the hardwood in the store so its really classy! The selection is great and the staff is outstanding! Dont pay attention to the 1 star ratings, as those are all by the competing University bookstore employees who just lost their job due to a contract change at the University.

Terrific store and very helpful, attentive staff! Ive bought several items here over the past few months. The selection is terrific, especially the Vineyard Vines section. Im not sure why there are less than 5 star-reviews. This place is great!!!

One of my best friends from school harassed me to go check this place out and I see why he was so excited about it now. There is a lot of really cool merch and the staff makes the shopping experience fun and easy. It is one of my favorite stores.

Our family loves this place so much. I used to do most of my shopping online, but the store has so many cool clothing options and it is worth going there to experience it in person. I had trouble deciding between several purchase options and not only did the staff help — the manager himself made me a priority. That is always a good feeling and it reflects not only on how well the business is run but also how decent the staff and manager are as people. Fanatics should be very proud.

I love this place and will keep shopping here until my girlfriend cuts off the funds for it. It’s a great store and I love chatting/joking with the manager and staff. They make the experience a lot of fun.

I played college basketball and have seen a lot of different collegiate stores, including ones run by Fanatics. My brother-in-law wouldn’t shut up about this particular store, though, and I have to say that he was right. The product selection is broad and high quality. The location and building are perfect. But what really sets it apart from other places I’ve seen around the country is the management and staff. They treat you like you are more important than just a transaction — they’re helpful, organized, and attentive. And the manager goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I absolutely love this place and can’t imagine going anywhere else in Norman (or the country for that matter) for OU gear.

This has quickly become our family’s favorite spot in Norman. We absolutely love it. Thank you again to the manager, Brandon, for taking the time to help me get exactly the shirts and hoodies I was looking for.

My husband, son and daughter went to this store when it first opened and were very impressed with not only the decor (which is the rich dark wood that the famous Harold’s store has installed originally) but the selection was presented well and very appealing. I went back a couple of weeks ago toPick out what I would buy when I received Christmas money. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I looked for my selections. I received my Christmas money and the only reason I didn’t spend it there today was because of the horrible downpour that lasted all day. I have my eye on three items and tomorrow I’ll be bringing them home! Thanks for giving Norman a first class store to get my OU gear!

Our entire family loves this store and we are all happy it is part of the Norman community now. I have never heard a negative word about the management or service. They are excellent and Fanatics is lucky to have them.

I was excited when this came to campus but definitely would not shop here again. They need to start over and try again. The location is awful. Pricing is bad. The store is terribly run. I would rather go to the campus bookstore or just shop online.

It felt like everyone who works there was hungover, high or incompetent. The merchandise is good but overpriced. The OU bookstore is much better run and I will keep shopping there. I would give it a half star but that is not an option.

I am traveling through on business and went out of my way to get here. I arrived at 510pm and Closed and hours online say open until 7 pm. So i tried calling the number published and out of service.You need to update google, you hours and phone number. Lost customer here and wont order online anymore.
