Friendly and very helpful staff. Easy to park, get in and out of store quickly. Had checked 3 other stores that did not have items I wanted. This store had items so I doubled my purchase.

If youve been to a Big Lots,then you already know... I went in to kill some time with no intention of getting anything,n of course that didnt happen.. LOL 🤣The only downfall is that usually this place is the spot to get killer deals... I personally thought it was more expensive than ones Ive been in before... Otherwise, good stuff!

Im addicted to their rewards program. #1 its free. I basically get all the stuff I normally got at Walmart for way cheaper with all the coupons, I love their clearance sections. I love this store.

Great place to go to get low prices on the items that you need. The staff is not the most friendly or quick, but they get the job done. The store could be cleaner, but it isnt horrible. They usually have a good selection of the things that I need. I dont go in often, but never had a problem when I do. If you need something at a low price would recommend.

If youve never been to a Big Lots store you should stop in and take a look. They have a WIDE variety of things to choose from. They sell just about everything you need for stocking your home from dishware, pots and pans, bedding, furniture, decorations, picture frames, toiletries, food, pet supplies, and seasonal products. They have discounted products so you wont break the bank and they also have a frequent shopper program that offers discounts and sale notices.

When I go into Big Lots, I have to slowly walk down each aisle, I dont want to miss anything. I especially like going at Christmas time because I find neat and different products for stocking stuffers. I like looking in the housewares and bedding aisles.

Worst Customer service Ive ever experienced. I asked the manager who was a white male about 62 with a grey goatee(can remember his name) for help finding an item twice. He never told me where i might find the item and continued to point vaguely around the store as he walked away from me twice. really big Donkeys butt cheeks.

I Like Big Lots but being disabled I cant walk it. They have wheelchairs but they really need motorized carts.

Very slow. Ordered a couch that was promised for today and when we went to pick it up we spent 30 minutes to find out it may be a month.

Bought a recliner there 8 months ago, recliner broke a few days ago. Went tonight and they replaced it, no questions asked. Im very pleased with the service after the sale.

You can usually find a bargain of some sort at Big Lots. I like to go here to find home organization and surprisingly workout gear on occasion.

Big lots has some excellent deals on home items and pet supplies. Getting on their email list will get you $5 off, then they send exclusive coupons to email customers only. like 20% off your entire purchase, and free fitness water. Its much easier to get in and out of than some big box stores.

Have lots of interesting STUFF!!! Furniture has a normal price, but sitting or reclining and they feel cheap. They should have a cheap price to match the quality. Found some fruit chips, didnt say anything except type of fruit and NO sugar, mustve been dried fruit from the zero weight of the bag...but for $6.50, no way. I really wanted to try them but not at that price!!! Bag wasnt that big and there was no chance of some hidden grand prize...so forget that one!!! Had some unique Halloween decor, right next to the Christmas aisle...O.M.Goodness!!!

One of my favs. But if you see it and want it get it or it might not be there when you return. Recently got a recliner which I love. It is a special recliner that puts you to sleep upon reclining. Very special indeed. Love the international foods offered. The different Halloween and Christmas decorations one might not see elsewhere. Clean tidy store jammed packed with bargains and I love Jam.

The gentleman in the furniture department was very helpful. He took his time with me and pleasant to talk too..also very good attitude. Overall I say excellent :)

One of the best places to shop for furniture and such. I found out that some of their storage bins are cheaper than Walmart! So of course I went crazy buying them, because I had a mouse infestation and needed something to protect my things!

I almost always buy more than what I intended to get when I come here. Not a bad thing!! Clean, organized, and friendly staff. Huge variety in items. Great place for dog treats, toys, and food if youre a dog parent.

We mostly browse at Big Lots, but there are a lot of good deals. They have a decent Hispanic and Asian food selection, especially for a discount store (Norman has a poor Hispanic and Asian food selection in general). This is where I buy all of my notecard for school because they have large packs for decently cheap.

Prices are fairly ridiculous for closeout items. You can find all of the items, newer and for much cheaper just about anywhere else. Their staff isnt very knowledgeable either. They used to have closeout prices, but I havent seen that in a few years.

Good cheaper products and some good quality items! Just watch out for those cheap washing towels the dyes take at least 4 times of washing them before somewhat safe to wash with other towels without bleeding through on other towels.

It was to be a quick trip to purchase a cord as I had seen it available on a video(You Tube). No such luck! Actually there were very few cords other than standard USB. Lesson learned CALL the store. They tend to have individuality when it comes to stock. Store was clean Employees were nice friendly and personable .e
