Its cheap, its convenient for little odds n ends, and I noticed that they always go big when it comes to the holidays of any kind. Dollar general is actually where I discovered AWESOME cleaner. I swear by it! Itll clean virtually anything! And I think they sell it for like $1You cant beat that!

Dollar Tree, by its name, has items for $1 each. This acknowledgment of lower income needs is both a boon and a bane: creates jobs that are not retirement-worthy, that are reserved for the least among you, namely those who can no longer do the job they trained to do, and have no other income but within the service industry. Those of us living on other peoples couches greatly appreciate the opportunity to buy a tube of toothpaste for $1. Its just bizarre that there is an industry that employs under- or unemployed workers, who in turn sell to their fellow poor people, who cannot afford $4 for a big tube of toothpaste. So I give them five stars because they offer two of three things that I need: cheap items, the potential for employment. I shake my fist at them for their capitalist leanings. They should pay their employees more. If everyones labor were valued equally, everyone could live comfortably without fear of winding up on the sidewalk.

Where else can you find tuna, saltines, toothpaste, aspirin, mop, and gift bags for $1 each? Quality and quantity may not always be what youre used to for every product but there are definitely bargains here.

I found what I came for. About 11:30 Monday 9/16/21But while I was in line, a man came in, bumped a couple people, got something from the shelves and walked right out the front door. The cashier said that he comes in regularly. But she didnt know he was stealing.Thats just wrong for him to be so brazen.

One of the better dollar stores, it was clean. I found a lot of stuff. They had really nice employees, and they were very helpful.

I love coming to this place even if you only have a couple bucks in your pocket you can always get something to eat or get a cute toy for a little kid Its great

Today was pretty unstocked and the service is never very friendly with sometimes encountering a random fight around the cashiers area. Found some things and it was quiet so today they get a 3.

Another reviewers description of post-apocalyptic is very fitting. If I was the store manager I would be ashamed. I know its a discount store, but you have to have some standards, right?

They have a cold drink section and not all of them have them but most do and this one does.

Dollar Tree was great, but the homeless guy camped in front of the former Golds Gym space was a real buzzkill.

The store is great, the employees have always been great, until today.. the manager is a distasteful woman. Speaking ill of children, talking bad of parents, and how $9 isnt worth all the stuff she deals with.

This store has a ton of options and their staff for the most part is polite, I just wish it was a bit more organization and it didnt always look so hectic

I’m from out of town and first come in and it’s a huge store and I was impressed but, as time passes by, a mouse ran right in front of my feet! It was disgusting and I can understand why a mouse would show up because some places are not organized and kept cleaned. Amber was super nice about it when I showed her a video of it roaming around the aisle felt bad for the employee being her first day there.

My daughter should not need makeup for months. Thanks to dollar tree.Best place to find cheap makeup.

The place smells bad. I smelled it through a mask. The employees do NOT wear their masks properly. One employee had a sucker in his mouth and his mask pulled down ro his chin. I only come here for things I only need for a dollar but I hate walking around because of how dirty the place looks

They advertise on windows everything is $1.00 but not all items are. Bought a mug that was with a bunch of other mugs. Three of them wrang up at a $1.00 this one rang up at $5.00

I love going to Dollar tree, you can find so many things that you use in your day to day life for a $, but some locations are under staffed and when you have 4 to 5 people deep in a line and your trying to practice safe distancing and your hiting the endcap isle and other people are trying to find the end of the line its not good, they need help please.

I love my hood dollar store. So fun. Full of beautiful things and essentials. I could not survive without it. There used to b a mean ol lady here. but i think she is gone

SLOW checkout and empty shelves seem to be the norm.

They are trying. Not enough store personnel. But for the ones they do have they go all out.

The older woman who I assume is the 2nd shift manager here is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She wasnt rude to me personally, but every time I have seen her interact with a customer she was downright hateful.

This is probably the best Dollar Tree in Norman. They have a nice variety of snacks at this location. The main issue I have is the rude employees. They definitely need to be retrained and learn to greet customers. Update: Not much has changed.

Great price. Most generic brands taste good. Some of the products are poor quality. Employees park in the spots directly in front of the store, that should be for customers.

A lot of the items are cheaper quality, but its $1. This is a great place to start for home organizing. This is also a good place to take the kids for a treat as anything they pick out will be $1. Sometimes you can find a good book to read and there is a selection of work books for younger kids for either homeschooling or keeping the children busy during the summer without falling behind in school.

Good low end store. Has quite a few basics. I like the greeting Cards and helium balloons for a dollar. . Chronically understaffed so dont expect a lot of service. Seems to be the best of the dollar stores to me

Dollar Tree is great for cards for any occasion. Why spend $3-6 on a card that will probably get tossed anyway. Plus, flowers....I always get flowers for the cemetery. They last longer & since they either get thrown away by the maintenance crew or blown away by the wind, why spend more money than necessary. Some of the locations even have refrigerated & frozen sections along with a variety of other food stuffs. You could make a meal for a family for $5! I love Dollar Tree!

Nice. politeness. Advice on a product; that I wasnt able to find. That was not on the shelf. That the truck would be at the first of the week. I think that was very thankful.

I go to this dollar tree probably a few times a month. You can find a lot of interesting items here. I always have a good experience with the employees. The store is not so organized. Keeping the store clean is obviously not a top priority. The restroom are very dirty! Like really dirty. I will go back though, I just wish the store was cleaner.

Nov 3 2019 Walked in store to buy a pair of glasses and this horrible older woman employee long dark hair kind of chubby, followed me closesly and got in my face staring the whole time i was there. Treating me like a shoplifter. Yet i have not ever stolen anything. Anyway i bought less stuff because she made me so uncomfortable. I have also applied for a job there several times and cannot get hired even tho i have a college degree

I love this store! Yes sometimes they run out of what I wanted or needed but really that is only because I procrastinate. So if you see it, like it, needed it,or want it dont hesitate. The cashiers for the most part are nice.

Nice place, but it had a lot of empty of darkened shelving units and corners. Felt a little post-apocalyptic in the way things were set up, no matter which day of the week/time I went there.

If you see something you need at a great price ($1) you better get it now. Because it will be gone when you come back for it.

The location on Nth 24th St, Norman, OK has consistantly not been able to provide what I need. This store is small due to its location and cost to operate, Im sure.I would suggest checking if this location is able to carry what you need and perhaps use it for short list shopping.The Dollartree located on the east side of Norman at Alameda and NE 12th St is by far the best location in Norman! This is Dollartrees 1st store in Norman (I believe) and is the largest of all their Norman locations with the largest refrigeration/frozen food section available.I never leave this store unhappy. I can locate and purchase just abt everything I need w/little exception. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If your looking for something in particular, they will often walk you over to the item you need.My Service Dog, Marley, is always welcome as is my grandson (age 9) and we truly enjoy shopping here. Its definately a boost to budgeting. I do our nearly all primary shopping here.I wld advise parents n all adults to NOT let children (of any age) run freely thru the store. Dollartree carries a large selection of glass items, medicine, chemicals, tools and potentially dangerous items if they fell into little hands. Children shld be monitored at all times.Ill close with saying this Dollartree location is well worth the drive from anywhere in the Norman vacinity and merits a number10 rating!My 2nd choice would be Dollartrees location on Lindsey and McGee which is their mid-sized store here in Norman and offers a smaller sized refrigerated/frozen food section.We consistantly drive frm West Norman to shop here, usually several times weekly. Try this location and I feel sure you wont be disappointed. 👍☺PS: Fresh bread, of all types, are delivered on Tues n Fri and this alone will save you tons of money if you fix lunches for school age children!
