This was the biggest Super Center Wal-Mart Ive seen. The prices were moderate to very high.I spent $300 and never made more then a third of the store.It offered everything.See pictures of other businesses inside Wal-Mart.The parking lot was full of cars, nearly no place 2 park. Overall, this store is worth shopping.

Everytime Ive used pick up, all of the staff have been wonderful. Engaging, quick an careful.

Everything was easy to reach and they was putting more up. I enjoyed it.

Need more checkers around closing time. They never have things stocked, and you cant even get to the freezers that have frozen chicken or other meats because they have all the stuff that needs to be stocked sitting in front of the freezers on crates that are too heavy to move. Seems to be out of everything, all the time. Wish they would fix this problem, then Id give them a 5 star.

It might be nice if someone posted the pharmacy lunch hours so youre not stuck waiting an hour for them to open back up. Itd also be great if a $12 container of formula werent under lock and key with an escort to the front like there isnt way more expensive stuff sitting out in the open. Cigarettes get their own check-out line up front. If your kid is hungry you have to track someone down to unlock the cage and not need anything else before checking out. Its nonsense.

I forgot to pack a few items, so we drove to the nearest Walmart. We were able to find what we needed and was able to get, In & Out!👍🏾 We didnt talk to many Staff, since we found what we needed. The few that we interacted with, were Friendly though.....👌🏾

Walmart is my go to for so many things. Its just the best place to shop because of the vast array of products, food, pharmacy, clothes, sports, garden, auto, camping and so much more. I love their app. I can make sure a product is in stock before I get there and where it is located. Pretty darn cool!

Great tacos and friendly service. Im an old Taco Tico fan from a neighboring state who loved the Taco Tico next to my job in the late 1980s. Did not disappoint.

I called this store six different time. I got through to someone once and when they transferred me to the correct department, it rang forever and finally the call dropped. They don’t even have a hold system so it’s just ringing and ringing with no answer.

I go to Walmart quite often. I am especially happy about this Walmart yesterday. I went at 5:30 buy some groceries and ask for $20 extra which I walked off and left in the the register. I came back three hours later cuz I realized I had left it. A lady by the name of Alvain the $20 bill hanging out of the machine. Chocolate chip customer care and they had it for me when I got there think you so much

It was very busy but it is the first of the month so it was good.

I went to this Walmart in norman off i35. It was crowded but pickup was not crowded. They answer phones quickly and resolved my issue excellent. I ordered a vaccume which was order canceled. I was pretty upset. But the person handling the issue was kind, prompt, polite, professional and explained in real life terms. Seriously appreciate the truth.

I can rely on them to have my hard to find feminine products in stock whereas thats not the case with other retailers.

Had a Grocery pick-up here that was an awful experience. Got home and realized they forgot 3 gallons of milk, so the next day we had to make another trip back to get it. Once there, they took nearly 30 minutes to get the milk out to me.The next morning, I realized they never gave us the eggs or coffee creamer we ordered as well. Its like whomever is in charge of gathering the groceries completely skipped the dairy section. Will not be using this store for a pick up ever again.

That one noone ever knows where anything is at. If you are looking for something I recommend a different Walmart. Otherwise organized and clean

Clean and organized as usual...... I like going during mid week and late afternoon. Its usually not crowded and a lot easier to shop. But the greeters are friendly and if you have a question they always try to find you the answer or show you where to go, to find your items. Walmart off I35 is really stepping up their game. Employees are friendlier, the bathrooms are cleaner. The kids clothes are cuter, etc

This is one of the better Walmarts. Large, well stocked, and fairly clean.

I like their baked bread. It is surprisingly good and cheap. I like their bakery desserts as well. Their great value and equate brands are usually good and cheap also.

In Norman there are 2 super wal‐marts, one the east side and the other on the west. This is a rating fit the east side wal-mart. They had everything we wanted adjust in the store, plenty of employees who were capable and ready to answer questions one may have. They keep a clean store and have knowledgeable workers.

One of the better Walmarts. Employees filling online orders are not as polite as they used to be--cutting front of you or nearly blocking aisles with their carts. Customers block aisles too.

We went to this Walmart tonight for the first time since moving here. I was not impressed. We had to stand in a line for over 30 minutes due to only 2 lines being open. Yes, there were multiple self checkouts open, but they do not accept tax exempt. There were several employees standing around doing nothing but chatting with other employees. Once we finally got checked out and walked to the car, we were cut off by an employee collecting carts. There was not an “excuse me” or an “I’m sorry”, there were only looks of contempt coming from him. For the sake of us all — Walmart please fix yourself and educate your employees to do better.

Knew what i wanted and where it was. Got the last one. In and out, sweet.

I found it a bit strange that there was not 1 of any type of beef steak on the shelf??? I dont know why. Are people hoarding steak now instead of toilet paper? Lol! Seriously...WHERESTHE BEEF???🤔😉

Love this store! Its huge and they have so much more stuff than my home town store. I was there mid-morning and it wasnt very busy.

On 3/17/2021, I had gone to the customer service desk to return an item, which was clearly held in my hand. There was only one other customer there at the time and she was at the counter being waited on. Two other service counter employees saw me standing there but simply ignored me and continued talking, laughing and joking around. I had been waited for about three to five minutes when another gentleman came in behind me. One of the two standing around doing nothing motioned for him to come forward so she could help him!!!! I was shocked!!! I called out to the man and said Excuse me, I sorry but I am next in line. He rushed past me and said, Well she told me to come up. BOTH of these women continued ignoring me and approached a register to help this new arrival. I moved quickly in front of the gentleman to the cash register they approached! To my shock BOTH of these two women moved to the register where the other girl was just finishing with her customer and called him over! I was in total shock! I just stood there with my mouth hanging open watching in disbelief as they all crowded tightly around this one register! As Im staring in disbelief, one of the the women (whom appeared to be the one in charge) looked over and glared at me for several seconds like I was the one doing something wrong! Needless to say I am still standing there at the abandoned register staring in shocked silence with my mouth hanging open. Finally after a few very intense moments one of the two begrudgingly moved back to the register and completed my return. I asked her what the name of the other one was because I wanted to file a complaint. I have no idea why it surprised me that this girl gave a derisive snort when she answered my question. The girl mumbled very low under her breath the name McKenzie. I asked what the last name was and she said she didnt know. I then asked if this McKenzie was a supervisor and again the girl mumbled under her breath yes. Thank heavens these service areas have security cameras so this entire event will be recorded. Hopefully this young lady will be asked to complete a refresher course in customer assistance.

Almost never disappoints. Walkways were clear and associates were busy stocking shelves. My MarketFresh salad was fresh and, most importantly; available.

I had a great experience in the cosmetics department but left frustrated from the garden department. I couldn’t find anyone to help me. I did however return the next day and was assisted by Austin who was one step ahead of me and knew my needs before I did. He helped me through out my time in the garden department and my purchases.

Reasonably stocked and staffed Walmart. Layout is completely different than most but employees were good at helping locate products.

I found what I wanted. Traffic is a nightmare around this location. I recommend if you havent been here to come into the parking lot from 24th and Hemphill.

I saw the most disturbing thing in this store. The baby formula is locked up. Giant glass cabinets with locks. So sad. If someone has to steal to feed their baby, give it to them. Dont lock it up. Walmart is notorious for underpaying their staff. So much so, that majority if their employees are eligible for government assistance. And they lock up baby formula? I dont agree with theft. But I agree that babies need to be fed. Shame on you, Walmart! I wasnt a fan before, but now... #disgusted #feedthebabies #justwrong

I came in to purchase an item in the makeup department today around 4:45, and had a horrible interaction with the elderly male cashier. He was SCOWLING at me as soon as I walked in, as he does any person with tattoos I’ve noticed over my visits. When I went to check out he literally threw my item in the bag and just stood in silence, until I had to ask him what I owed. Thinking maybe he was having a bad day I asked him how his day was, too which he replied “I’d rather not comment and get myself in trouble.” Followed by another glare. I’ve never been so blatantly disrespected for no reason like this before. The rest of the conversation was me telling him I hope he has a better day. If you don’t like certain people or how they look, don’t work customer service. Absolutely awful.

Love Tri-City Walmart

Had a pretty negative experience due to inattentive staff. I had came in close to closing time, but I was unaware of this. Instead of any type of warning from the staff (no intercom or anything) I was left to browse for a quick dinner until management comes up to me saying “sir we are closed” essentially kicking me out before I even bought anything. I know it was my fault for staying until close, but this was definitely not the way to handle it. I felt like I was simply holding these guys up from clocking out, which is exactly how they treated me.

This walmart loves to carry expired baby food and formula! Checked all the cans and for the past 2 WEEKS the exact same expired cans are being sold on their shelves. After talking to management about this they argued that it is ok for them to sell 30 day old expired formula. This is unacceptable do better Wal-Mart! These are babies we are feeding how would u like to eat 30 day old expired milk!

They are out of stock in most stuff that college students need. If you are looking for stuff that you think you might need for college, go to Texas to get it.

The money center is never open and then they tell you to go to customer service desk and then customer service tells you they cant run money orders. The front end services of this location is a JOKE. Teddy upfront is 100% USELESS.

I called looking for a PlayStation 4 the lady I spoke to told me they had 1 left in stock. I asked the lady is there any way to hold it for me? The lady in electronics said yeah Sure. When I get here there is another person looking to buy it. As I Walk up they are about to take it out of the cage and I say excuse me but I called half an hour ago and was supposed to have that on hold for me. So we sit and wait for the manager she comes and said she is not supposed to hold anything for people. I wait an she gets on the phone and walls off comes back with another manager he said he is not going to let me have it cause they dont hold Items. I wouldnt be upset but they lied to me. If they would have just said there is one but we cant hold it I would not have been mad at them. It wouldnt have been there fault Im mad cause they lied I dont recommend spending your time and money for a place that ther is ran buy lieing management I really hate dishonest people.

Walmart has literally everything you could ever possibly want in your home at at low prices that everyone can afford.

This walmart is amazing, but I want to give recognition to one accociate, hes handsome young man that always dresses up and his name is nate . Whenever I come in to the store to shop for stuff he is always working hard and being nice and friendly to everyone including me. But keep up the good work young man if you guys get helped by him be glad he is awesome. And he needs more recognition more people should be like him he is one of a kind I remember asking him why some of the employees are rude and hes nice and he said nobody can be just like me everyone has there own personalitys and mine is being kind to people.

We had a giant amount of items, 2 baskets full! But as always, Wal Mart had very reasonable prices. Perishable food was very fresh, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Always are. Love this store!

Visitor from Out of Town - Coming from Florida, it was immediately evident that I did not live around the corner. I found the employees to be very polite and helpful, no one followed me around, and when I asked for assistance in locating an item, the stock boy showed me exactly where it was with a smile. I was looking to relocate here to Norman and have to say this visit put a check in the Yes box. Beautiful OK sky picture attached.

Had a nail in my tire. I went in and they didnt try to sell me a new tire. They fixed it and were very nice and friendly. Picked up a few items and when I asked several employees a question they were very pleasant and helpful. The store was very clean.

Anytime my husband needs to use the handicap bathroom . There is an employee in there . You know they are on there phone hiding . My husband is in a wheelchair and needs to use that bath room . We have said something before but they dont care. There is a reason they have a handicap bathroom.

We were checking ourselves out at the scan and go self checkout and our toddler dropped a few things. The employee overseeing this area stood at the end of our spot and watched us like a hawk. She stared at us as if we were going to try and steal something. She didnt bother to help at all or even greet us. She just stood and watched us. I asked my daughter to get us a second cart and the employee made a comment to my daughter about not leaving with any unpaid merchandise. We spent 250.00. We usually spend a lot of money because we have 4 children. When we were leaving she made a dumb comment about us surviving the shopping trip. Ill never shop at Walmart again. I am never treated like a criminal at Target. They will be getting my business from now on.

Looking for good items for my employees and manager for Easter. They have a pretty good selection and some reasonable priced baskets!
