It was one of the best office visit I had in a long time. The technician took the time to show me the inner workings of my ear and what he would be testing for. He also explained the test in detail and the form he was using to diagram the results. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and would provide a good explanation of the results and he did. Based on my results he made some recommendations and did not pressured me into any decision or product. Overall a very good visit.

Ron was the person my husband and I worked with at BELTONE....he is terrific at his job. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great lesson in the parts of the inner ear and what happens when your hearing is compromised. The hearing aids were extremely efficient. It was unbelievable how well they worked. We are not in a position to invest in them at this point but possibly in the future. Thank you Dave and Jen Martinez

Very friendly I was very comfortable when trying on hearing aides Bob the practitioner was very nice and explained everything very patient with all the questions I was very impressed if you need hearing aides it would be worth you time going there you would be very pleased.

I went to the beltone hearing aid center while I was there I learned alot about hearing and a breakdown of the concept of how every thing works. With the hearing aid that I tried out worked better than I could ever imagine and I have a pretty wild and crazy imagination but it was one of those deals where you think I could actually take 2 words out of my vocabulary, HUH and WHAT, until I got saddled with the price of $10,000, oh im sure its worth it, but Im just going to have to keep my favorite words in tact, HUH and WHAT, cause Im as poor as last years crop and so broke I cant afford to pay attention much less hear . Im not saying anything negative about Beltone they are great and the people at the hearing center are great at what they do and very fine people, so if you are tired of saying HUH and WHAT go and see these people.This is bill scoggins and I saySee ya but cant hear ya so asThey say where Im fromHAVE A NICE DAY

Beltone, was clean, atmosphere friendly the receptionist very nice in her directions of their location I took my dad also for testing the computer monitor makes testing such an improvement the end results was explained with a graph form which helped to make it clear if you are needing hearing assistance.

Very professional staff, Bob Herbert explained so much to me that I was shocked that my audiologist, she, didnt explain to me (in depth) why I should have 2 hearing aids. She said it was okay to do one (on the worse ear). Well I found out from Bob that because of only wearing one for 9 years that the hearing in my good ear has diminished.

About ten years ago, all of a sudden without any ear problems, I totally lost all of my hearing in my left ear. I went to the best doctors and had all the tests done. My diagnosis was “Sudden Hearing Loss Syndrome”. Which means the inner ear died. So now I’m totally deaf in this ear. As the years have passed, I and my husband have noticed that I have not been hearing as well. We were talking about hearing aids and he said he knew of a place. Great, so here we go. Well, we arrived and they were gone. I am guessing they were out of business. We started back home and my husband thought he had seen a hearing aid business in the area and sure enough he did. This is my journey of how I got to Beltone. I know it was long but I thought a history of someone that is deaf in just one ear might encourage someone to try a hearing aid for their good ear if they seem to be hearing not quite as well as they used to.Now, I would like to tell you a little bit about the individuals who have helped me. Macinna is most professional. She greets you with a smile and makes you feel so welcome. She also takes your information in record time. (Not like other places where you fill out paperwork for lifetime) Macinna is very efficient and pleasant. She always calls you the day before your next appointment to remind you, which is so helpful to me! OK, Mr. Bob Herbert, the Man. What can I say? He and Beltone has literally changed my life. I can hear so much better and Bob says that I will get more hearing because I am not at my full capacity yet. It is really hard to put into words the difference in the way I used to hear and the way I hear now. It is amazing.
