Great service, needed to email, copy, sign and return a document! I’m technically challenged and old.... “SAM” walked me through the process, start to finish, in about 12 minutes! She was very pleasant and happy to help! You have a “jewel” there! TY!
Once upon a time, There was a business on this site that made copies, faxed things for customers, and offered other office type services and supplies. They were nice and they were always open. They almost always made a mistake, but so does FedEx, and theyre not nice. They treat the customers as though the customers should be grateful the employee is talking to them. They have two fax machines, neither of which ever work. Theyre copying machines leave something to be desired to say the least. Ive had originals destroyed because unless youre having 10,000 or so copies made, they expect you to do it yourself. See, you could walk into Kinkos, and them however many sheets of paper you happen to have in your hand and say would you copy this for me please? And they would smile and say certainly! But theyre gone, and FedEx is here. Everything falls apart.
If you order something but don’t actually want to receive it, these guys are the way to go! Your package will be labeled as delivered online, but in reality it could be anywhere in the world, except on your doorstep! Bonus: FedEx will not accept any responsibility for their inept drivers and will tell you to contact the sender. Why bother with actual customer service and solutions when you can instead blame someone else.
I placed a duplicate printing order of invitations. I needed more of the exact original order. I did everything the same, but the product did not come out right. I even called immediately after placing the order to review the size, but the order was still incorrect. My mother picked it up and mentioned it was wrong, but was ignored. The envelopes were even left out of the order. I returned to the store to sort out the issue and was told there was nothing that could be done about the incorrect order. I was just out the money. I had to pay to place another order and there was no sale anymore, so I had to pay full price. I had to pay for Kinkos mistake. I will never return to this location.
Go to another location!! You will be waiting forever! I went in today to drop off a package. I already had the label printed and taped on. Just needed to drop it off. That’s all. Didn’t need a receipt or anything. Literally a 2 second transaction: I waited and waited. 3 employees behind the counter. All made eye contact with me and saw me holding a big package. Not one of them spoke to me, told me they would be right with me or even nicer just quickly took my package from me. It would have taken 2 seconds. There was another person in line behind me. The workers behind the counter need to learn to multi task. You can be waiting for the printer to print and grab someone’s package at the same time. I won’t go here again.
I have been to this place on several different occasions and it is always been very professional and the service has been excellent. The employees are very nice and helpful.
Vers slow service with the added bonus of employees standing around!
DO NOT USE THIS FEDEX FOR PRINTING! I went into this FedEx to print a simple 2 sided 8.5x11 card. At another FedEx location it took the employee 5 minutes to understand what I wanted and print it out perfectly. My experience at the Norman location on the other hand was far from this. It took the employee over an hour to print my extremely simple file, she clearly had no idea what she was doing. She admitted she was confused on how to print it and advised that I returned the next morning so that one of her colleagues with more experience could help me. When I returned to FedEx the next morning the printing employee told me they were not accepting orders at that time, although I was promised they would the night before. If you need anything printed with ease and kind employees to help, King Kopy or Corner Copy are the places to go, NOT the Norman FedEx.
I dropped off a package with a prepaid fedex shipping label last week. This package contained an expensive item that Im due a refund for in the area of several hundred dollars. When I checked the tracking the next day, I saw that the employee Id handed it off to at the store had corrected the address. What?! Its a PREPAID LABEL from the company the package is going to, its already correct! I had a bad feeling this was going to cause a big annoying problem and sure enough- the package has now been stuck at a shipping center in the destination state since Monday due to an issue with the address.I called fedex who said the package would be sent back to me and to wait 24hrs for a tracking update. 24hrs later(today) there are no updates so I called them back. This time they told me that *I* placed a restriction on the package(I definitely did NOT) and they couldnt send it back now, but they would transfer me to the shipping center to figure it out. They put me on hold for few mins then came back and told me the shipping center wont talk to me and Id have to contact the recipient company so they can contact fedex to open an investigation. Good lord. So I called the recipient company who said they see this happen a lot with fedex. They assured me Ill still get my refund no matter what but they do have to investigate which may take another week. Such a mess, all because a single fedex store employee did something stupid instead of just scanning the label and dropping it in a bin like she was supposed to. I never have these problems with UPS.
Total negligence on all of my orders at this location. I had them cut a few of my books to spiral bind them, and this FedEx has cut all of my books to close to the spine, thus cutting off text. Other FedEx stores have not done this. So, when they punched holes in my books, the holes are only half on the page, causing the pages to come out of the binding. My biggest issue is when I brought in a book to be cut and bound, with the covers being laminated. When I dropped it off, I was very explicit with my directions, even offering to leave a finished product as an example. They politely declined. When I went to go pick up the book, it was nothing like I asked. I told them I needed a border around the covers of lamination, and they left 1 side of the covers with a border, and it wasnt even the same side on the front and back covers! Since they cut the three other sides too short, there was no way to fix this. In addition, on the same visit, I had them spiral bind some computer pages and asked for two clear covers. Instead, I got 1 clear and 1 black. Total disregard for what I asked. So, I called the corporate office and asked what could be done for my book that they ruined. The office told me the shop could refund me the price that I paid for my book. So I went back to the print shop where the manager ARGUED with me, trying to tell me the book wasnt ruined. It was my book, and for my proposes it was ruined, who is he to tell me other wise. He was then very rude when he finally accepted. Finally, I didnt even get the full refund back, about $6 short because it is over the max amount we can give back. I had to go back 3 times for all of this. Negligence and rudeness are all the staff has to offer. This is only a few of the examples of the quality I receive every time I go there. It is a shame, because other FedEx locations I have visited are much better than this.
Came in to have notecards printed on my own non-standard size card stock. Apparently all FedEx stores are not allowed to print anything smaller than letter size because it voids the warranty on the printer/copier. I can print letter sized at home. I wonder why a copier warranty doesn’t cover use of the bypass tray? I thought we mastered that technology in the 1980s.
Do not use this store. I called my order in on Wednesday morning and was told it would be done by Thursday night and that I would receive a call when they were done. No call Thursday, I called up Friday morning and was told that they were not finished but would be given a call in a few hours when they were done. Saturday morning and still no call, I call up and they cannot find my order. I was told I would get a call once they came across my order. Four hours later I decided to call up and a guy from SHIPPING tells me my order has never been started. Congrats fedex your only good employee is in shipping. Go ahead and fire the manager of this store and promote the shipping guy.
The staff, specifically Tina and Armine, helped me out so much with my wedding invitations. They were also very fast! Thank you ladies!!
On 2/14/19, I called this locations to find out if they could accommodate printing and formatting for a Valentines Day card that I designed. I spoke to Michelle R. who asked me to send the file to her by email and to come in when I could. I arrived about and hour later and explained to the first employee who approached me why I was there. They directed me to the correct line and there I waited for the customer in front of me to finish their transaction. This took a few minutes but I was checked on again by a second staff member to be sure I didnt need something that they could handle in the meantime. Once I made it to the service computer, I met Michelle R. in person and we got to work.I needed three pages formatted and printed, then planed to glue them together. We began with paper selection and her professionalism was immediately clear. We narrowed it down and she talked about how each papers weight would respond to folds and creases, and how the printers laid down ink. Next we moved on to the page layouts. As I gave her the best description of my vision as I could, her expertise was on full display. She clicked, imported, rescaled and cropped, and navigated my project through at least two programs to create the effect I needed. Michelle and I made easy conversation as we went along and we printed the test pages to make sure everything fit together as planned. This is where it became clear that Michelle possessed that extra-special, intangible, customer service magic - my three page, poorly-but-lovingly crafted VDay card project meant just as much to her as it did to me. We took a little more time to perfect the details and to add the finishing touches. The card was beautiful and the price was more than fair. What really made the experience special was Michelle R. I cant emphasize enough how rare and valuable that level of service really is. Ill absolutely recommend this location, far and wide, in the hopes that others might have the same uplifting experience.
I went today to make a copy of invitations i needed. I was told by the lady who was working there i couldnt print my invitations because it had Winnie the Pooh. The bear on my invitations Is NOT the actually Disney Winnie the Pooh. The bear on my invitations does not have a red shirt. Just because it has a honey pot next to it doesnt make it Winnie the Pooh. There shouldnt be any copy right issues. I would have understood if it were the Disney Winnie the Pooh, but it wasnt. I think you should train your employees to distinguish the difference between the actual Winnie the Pooh and a bear. I live right close to Kinkos and would have preferred to get my printing done there. But instead i had to go to a different company that had no problem printing my job. Hopefully this wont happened again to someone else.
I came in for a spiral binding service for a planner I had spent three days designing and crafting (handmade pockets and covers, custom layouts, the works). I tried to be explicit that I wanted it very carefully done, but almost as soon as I said spiral binding the worker whisked it to the back and started punching holes in it. She was very friendly and the service was quick, but when she brought it back to me the holes were off-center and there was a series of half-holes across the bottom. Its functional but it looks very sloppy. Perhaps I expected too much from an office store. FedEx is fine if youre looking for purely functional work, but if you expect attention to detail or care about craftsmanship look elsewhere. Ill be re-making my planner and investing in binding equipment for myself so I know that this time itll be done right.
Self service printing is absolute nightmare. In theory this is an amazing service, but I have been using it for about a year off and on between multiple locations and it only works about half the time. here is a typical experience: walk in, send your order to print (but printer isnt working) get a refund, go to another machine it prints but wrong size paper, go to another machine printer is not connected to network. This turns a simple black and white print job that should take about 3 minutes into a 30 minute back and forth ordeal. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the system simple does not work.
The line is usually long during lunch and before closing but the staff is accommodating. Dennis is super cool and is helpful. Four stars because their online ordering needs improvement.
I had a great experience at this store. I was shipping Christmas presents and have never had faster, friendlier service. Wanda helped me and she was amazingly nice. Especially considering the Christmas season.
Disappointed that Fedex does not hire people that speak better English. Communication was difficult due to a thick accent.
The staff have always been very helpful and if they are busy they always acknowledge you to let you know they will be with you asap. Very satisfied with their service.
Most of the computers dont have USB ports, so you cant plug in a thumb drive to print something. I feel uneasy about emailing things to myself, due to the security implications of entering my credentials on a public computer.
Lots of different office supplies notebooks and such to choose from along with other items great Store Friendly workers but outrageous prices on using their computers
Most of FedEx hours have been changed. Plz call before visit.
The employees are not very nice or accommodating. They tend to talk down to their customers and aren’t very good at explaining their pricing. Once when they didn’t know my name (and didn’t ask) they just put me down as “Lady.” Update (8/17/17): the worst employee is Michelle. Shes the one who deliberately made my prints incorrectly and does not listen to instructions. She has made very insensitive comments not appropriate in everyday conversation and definitely not appropriate in the work place with a customer. She continues to deliberately make prints incorrectly and incomplete and is sarcastic in nature when approached about her mistakes.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced, but as slow as humanly possible. Not only did the misprint my baby shower invitations, they charged me an extra $16 to fix them. Then today, after waiting 30 minutes to be helped, they told me that because I use a Mac, they could not print my item due to the file being damaged. Yet, they managed to do this 72 hours ago when they messed up my invitations! I will NEVER go back. The word sorry does not make up for ignorance.
Dont bring in boxes on a rainy day as they will deny shipping the boxes and insist that you buy new boxes. In the end I ended up taking the boxes back out to the car getting them and myself further wet. Poor understanding and policies definitely need to be changed.
I am always traveling and using FedEx office to ship and print. I find myself very pleased to work with the folks at this office. They are always quick, kind, courteous and very helpful. Thanks FedEx office in Norman!
Im standing here with my baby waiting on this woman who is running around like a headless chicken trying to help all of the customers by herself. I would be mad at her if it werent entirely the companies fault for consistently and constantly short staffing this location. Im on a timed schedule and Ive been here for nearly forty minutes now! Good job Catherine, but Im sorry your job must suck. Thumbs down for fedex for mistreating its employees. Nobodies job should be like that and she handles it way better than I ever could!!!
The staff was very friendly and acknowledged everyone as they came in.Andreea helped me, she was AWESOME & had me out of there in like 2 minutes.
It should really not be so difficult to print and ship something! I just gave up and left. What a joke.Edit: I came back a week later and was actually helped, very well. Maybe it was just one bad experience.
Dont ever trust these people to ship your stuff. Had a very small, flatscreen 9 lb monitor and needed the slowest shipping option. They quoted me $65 just to box it up and ship it!!! They love ripping people off and the manager is the worst of them all
Thanks to Jared for the great customer service and patience! Ill be back. This young man is polite and so patient!!
The store is nice enough, clean and all. But every time I go in, I am one of several people waiting on one worker. I dont know if they are understaffed or I just go while everyone is one break. The location is very handy for running errands, I just wished it would save some time.
Fedex usually calls asking for driving directions then make some excuse for not delivering on time, then they often ask if they can leave the package at another residence on some other day. ups never calls with excuses or driving directions. ups delivers, fedex makes excuses for not delivering
The staff here is always extremely friendly, and the service is quick! Great place to get in person assistance with anything FedEx related.
Avoid this place if you expect to be waited on. I just needed to buy a greeting card. Waited at the register while an employee finished up with another guest, then watched her walk over to another employee (who was on the phone) and started joking and laughing about something!! I waited for a couple of minutes, thinking she would finally come over to help me. I left my card on the counter and walked out. This place is awful!!!
Had no problems. Waited on right away, courteous staff, and in and out in less than 3 minutes.
Terrific staff! Very friendly and helpful. I was in and out!
Everything is smooth and easy. Great service!
Clean business, well mannered employees, and got my packages shipped without any problems.
Delivers checks to my work. Checks that are late often as not. Use ups instead.
Printer malfunctioned and didnt make all copies needed. Andrew was not helpful and rude. I reprinted my items, I was then being helped by Jeff when checking out and receiving a refund for prints. He was a little more friendly, until he told me he couldnt refund me for the time I paid for on computer only copies. Will not be returning to this location or any fed ex kinkos. My 10 minute errand turned into a 30 minute experience with awful customer service!
Very nice people! They made it so easy for me to send my package to my home country!!
Horrible company with bad customer service.
Great staff good environment and very quick
All positive and friendly vibes here when I visited here to fax some papers...
I received a box of $200 worth of candy for our daughters wedding. The delivery guy rang the doorbell and I watched him get in his truck as I stood at the door. There were packing peanuts all across my lawn and as I lifted the box, 3 pounds of peanuts fell out of the box and the bottom fell out. I called Fed EX Norman, OK and got a royal runaround of it not being their fault, as she waited simultaneously on someone else in the store. Avoid this place.
Wonderful facility and staff!!! Kelli was amazing!!!
Is not authorized to ship flammable items out of their location. Will send you all the way to one particular location in Oklahoma City which apparently is the only one in the metro authorized to do so. Useless.
Color printer wouldnt print & staff not much help. Cant use PC and copier at same time. Frustrating!!!
Service was pretty quick but the cost for overnight has really gone up lately.
I had a great experience with the store.
Very helpful, slow but helpful.
EXTREMELY kind, courteous, helpful and efficient.
Helpful staff
Excellent service
Good place
Dirtiest keyboard ever.
