Staff at this UPS Store go out of their way to give great customer service! I highly recommend them. You can walk in with the raw item and they will suggest ways to make it the best yet cost effective way to package up and ship. Use USPS its cheaper and faster with actual guaranteed delivery and insurance literally better in everyway P.S. this location has tons of electronics stolen from customers something that WOULD be covered by USPS not by unfortunate parcel shiverce, also look at the store owners responses to customers I wouldnt be surprised if he was orchestrating his employees to steal with him.

This UPS Store and their staff are absolutely amazing! I have to ship things out a few times a week and during all those trips I have been amazed to never have a problem! The staff is so kind here also, they have always helped me out to make sure my items are correctly shipped. Recently I found out they do printing also and its SUPER affordable!! I got my business cards done here and I will never go back to ordering online! Cant praise this place enough! Thanks guys!

Charged $10 for a used box when I had already payed shipping cost. Wanted an extra 17 to put my one item in the box and tape it up with no additional packing needed. Not sure if this is standard practice but either way it doesn’t look good.

People there are exceptionally helpful. Rohee, Ronnie, Mike and Ryan are all on top of their game. They know their stuff and they get things done. I have moved from Louisiana to Norman and this place is way better than what we had over there. Police, patriotic and smart people.

Fast and efficient. Very hard working people here. Wearing a mask all day long and taking on a large work load. This place is always busy and the employees there really go above and beyond. This is a hard time for everyone. Be grateful for essential employees. Theyre doing a job many others would not or could not handle.

Had a pleasant experience shipping out 6 heavy packages. The guy and the girl teamed up and got my job done in less than 5 minutes. They wore masks and cared about public safety. Incredibly polite and customer oriented. Kudos to the team and teamwork.

Be Aware.......I had to drop my amazon return and I didnt realize that I needed to print out the return label. The cashier told me that I should have printed return label but it was already too late . so I asked her if she can print the label for me. I was told that it would cost couple of bucks. I told her thats fine . I emailed the label to given email address. she got the print out and told me that I owe around $3.00. I paid it and asked for receipt. they charged me $2.50 for computer use ?. I never used their computer at all, Also, who charge $3.00 just to print the label?they charged me $.12 for each copy . Total highway robbery.....if you use them. please be careful.....

Super expensive. I went in to ship my school book back to Amazon (which I already had a shipping label for) and they charged me $20 to ship it.I also needed to ship 2 pairs of lightweight sweatpants and that also cost $20 for some reason. He couldnt explain it. Just packing costs, and shipping costs.I will not be returning.

We met when he used to work in New Castle opposite walmart near braums and I was so impressed by him I had him in contacts. If you check my reviews, this is my first 1-star review. I usually chalk up bad service to it just being a bad day for that person and move on. I’ve visited this store a dozen times and maybe half of the time I’ve left disappointed with the service I received. My last visit was so egregious, I felt the need to report it. I have taken all of my business to the UPS store in Moore and it really has made my life easier. I recommend you do the same.

Dont go to this store for anything Amazon related. They dont want to help you they dont enjoy Amazon at all they were badmouthing Amazon while I was in the store. They are not friendly at all.This includes the sales people and the management.

Had a UPS package erroneously delivered to my address. I took it to the UPS store and told them the package isnt mine. They told me they do not accept packages or ship from this store. They were very rude. Told me I needed to call UPS and schedule a pick up. Sounds to me like a UPS associate should be able to call UPS and have the package picked up from the UPS store. Just my thought. I left the package there, so hopefully whoever is supposed to get it, will.And also, I just checked their local website and it says they pack, ship, deliver, etc

This store is insanely expensive and charges at least 3X what other UPS stores offer to ship packages. Example: Shipped a 15lb package from X to Norman for $37 but shipped a 1-2lb package from Norman to X for $120. You will throw money away here.

The worst! Needed a document notarized but because my name was not typed on the document he refused to notarize my signature. He doesn’t even understand the rules of being a notary. Went to an bank after and notarized no problem. UPS needs employees who understand their job. Not recommended and don’t use.

Ive rented a mailbox from this UPS Store since 1-2013 and have been very pleased with my service. There have been no stolen packages by porch-pirates now that I use my UPS address. The staff has been of tremendous help to me - they made a custom box to ship a saddle to lower my shipping rates; saved mail for 3 months while out-of-town; EVEN LOANED ME A CAR AFTER I LOCKED MYSELF OUT OF MINE IN ORDER TO PICK UP EXTRA SET OF KEYS!!!! The store is in a busy location but it is convenient and I truly enjoy doing business with them.

Mike at UPS in Norman was absolutelyMore helpful than I could imagine. I am a senior citizen and needed help to copy years of records. He not only found the information, he did so patiently and with a upbeat attitude. He is an example of how to treat a customer.

I have been coming to this store to pick up UPS deliveries since November shortly after our house fire. The entire staff has also been excellent and very professional. Miranda knows me by name and always says hi with a smile. This is the best UPS I have dealt with in picking up packages and sending packages.

The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable on product and prices. All my questions were answered before asking so I knew exactly what to expect to pay. Would definitely use their services again since they are one of a few places that actually notorize papers at a competitive price.

Tried to ship a graphics card today that weighs less than a pound. After listening to the up sell on their sturdier box I was informed the shipping cost for my graphics card that fits in their standard size box would be $120+ from Norman, Oklahoma to California. After haggling through all the cheapest options it was still $82 to ship it. No thanks. Was also told it would be more expensive at USPS. Not sure how they got the $30 I spent there confused with their $130 quote.

This review applies to this location and more importantly to Ryan at this UPS store. In the past, UPS has been reliable and I have used this store repeatedly for 5 years. I was encouraged by Amazons customer service to go down to the UPS store with a package I had received, that was missing some of the necessary components, and have the UPS store scan a return label bar-code from my phone to initiate the return. The UPS clerk, Ryan, told me that he couldnt scan my phone, but that I could email the store with the attached label and he would print it and take care of the return for me. He left to do so and finally returned about 10 minutes later with a sheet of paper that had my label on it. He taped everything up to go and then told me it would be a $2.67 charge. I insisted that he hadnt told me there would be a charge for this service and if he had done so I wouldnt have minded paying the charge. He insisted again that he had told me about the charge and that I had given him my consent and that basically I was lying. I filed a complaint on UPS website but considering how hard it was to make that happen I dont expect anything in return.

Had a package sent to NC that was damaged in shipping. Instead of the NC UPS store taking care of the claim as they were supposed to, they shipped it back to the Norman store saying it was their responsibility. Ram filed the claim on my behalf and worked with UPS for a couple of weeks to insure I got my money back for the items and shipping cost. He and everyone I encountered at this store were incredibly friendly and professional. Have used them many times, this was only time there was an issue and they made it right! Definitely will use them again!

While they are great for your shipping needs, the customer service is not the best. I was in a pinch and could not print the shipping label that I got from Amazon for a return and to print one page for me was going to cost me over three dollars!!! So needless to say I went elsewhere to print that page and returned to drop off my package! The gentleman that was there for this experience was not very kind, understanding, or professional. Customer service is definitely not their forte!

Mike and Ryan were so very helpful today. It was late in their shift-the challenge was to care for three returns of equipment to Direct TV /AT&T. They were calm-Mike hung in -he was kind and stayed after his closing time due to such a very slow response of the person on the phone trying her best to assist in a very sad concern. As my dad has died -I had equipment in my name to return -equpiment he used for his only vice at 95 years of age-his sports programs!!! Thank you sooo much for the assistance-the compassion and certainly for the efficiency of taking care! This is a great store!!! Lin stern

I have only used this store a couple of tines.. But the last two times the packages were lost. I have called the corporate number to UPS and they were useless.. They told me to call the store that i used to ship the packages.. Since the store is closed on Sundays i will take care of this tomorrow.. I gave it 1 star because they dont offer anything less than 1 star.. I am giving my opinion on my total UPS experience.. But my experience with this store and the employees have been positive.. I just dont understand how two different packages have been lost.. The first package cost me about $150.00 but it has since been taking care of.. But the second package is costing me over $600.00.. And im not sure what is going on with electronics going missing.. And i dont want to accuse anyone for the missing items.. But my experience with UPS right now is not very good.. I will update my review after i talk to the store tomorrow..

Yeah i have to agree with the previous reviews. It seems that it is under new management. Although I am glad that their hours has extended during weekend, but i noticed that they try to rip you off when it comes to packaging. They tend to ask you to buy their boxes or envelopes claiming that the one you provided isnt good enough. So watch out.

I had to ship a computer to sell to a third party and was super nervous about it getting there okay! Ram went above and beyond to make sure that that happened. I will admit, sticker shock set in for the peace of mind but it was well worth it to make sure everything arrived the way it should! :)

Get ready... they have a $25 late fee on mail boxes after the 5th. No notice, no explanation, just pay it or move on ( which is what I did). Had a box there for years and they could care less.What do you not get ... I came in on Monday the 6th because you were closed Sunday the 5th.Just a new attempt to squeeze extra funds from what are now ex-loyal customers.

I write for a living and I literally cannot describe how terrible ups is. Seriously, carrier pigeon are a better way to transport packages. Actually, strapping the package to the back of a stay cat would be at least as reliable and would save you some money.

Price I estimated on UPS website was $17. But as a result they charged me $27. They put unwanted warranty and even charged me for using their computer without telling me there is a fee for that. Kindly suggesting optional service without telling the customer how much does it cost is not a service. Scam. I won’t use this store again.

Shipped a suitcase in the morning, charged me 70 bucks. In the afternoon, I got a call from a guy told me I had to pay another 20 bucks for the package. So I applied refund, shipped it in post office much cheaper and got better service from a young lady.

Needed to have some documents notarized for my new employer. The notary stayed that his boss does not let them notarize I-9 forms. He was not able to explain why but just said his boss doesn’t allow it.

Dont go here! I tried shipping to two hrs away that had to get there within 3 days. Normally send from the Moore location and its $10 and ALWAYS gets there the next day. Norman told me it would be 10 days before getting there so had me pay $33 to have it there in time! I spoke with the Moore store and they told me its NEVER been that backed up and they have found out from multiple people the Norman store is lying to hit numbers and make people pay more!!! This is total crap! Wont be going back! Will be sending everything from Moore !

Worst customer service!servic I have ever experienced at a UPS store!!! Went in to print and after 15 minutes of waiting, I was told the printer was not working. the employee at that time tells me I dont know what you want me to do, the printer is not working. I suggested forwarding them the email so they can print it and he replied sure. Then the employee went back to print my email without even asking what attachments and how many copies I needed printed. Turns out the problem with the printer was that it was OFF. Lol. Asked the manager for owners info and wouldnt provided it .

Long wait time to be helped. A line of customers with no support staff, an employee came out of the backroom but just smiled at everyone in line and went back into the office.I was charged for extra prints that I didnt need because the lobby computer was connected to a printer in a backroom so I was unable to tell if I had even printed copies at all. Fedex has a notification on their computer for how many prints were processed. This UPS stores computer does not.Also, their Adobe has a backlog of all previously viewed documents and I was unable to clear my history from it, so my copy and other peoples Adobe documents are viewable on the program.When he charged me for the extra copies, he said there was nothing he could do and simply charged me for all of them, some were even on green paper he threw away. It was obvious that the printer was set up for employee use and not customer.I would suggest to everyone to use the FedEx location that is right on the other side of Sams next to this UPS location. You will know how much you will be charged, there are several machines, and plenty of help.

Although my initial experience in dealing with the store manager was less than pleasant, the owner seems like an admirable man who is trying to correct the issues within his store.

Had to drop off a prepaid return so I was not able to experience the overcharges like many reviewers. Employees were polite, quick to help, and gave me a tracking number to ensure my package would be on schedule.

I just left this location to drop off a pre-paid package from Amazon. The box was rather large and an awkward shape. Upon entering a customer-less store, I find myself staring directly at 5 employees who had just stood there and watched me struggle to open the door and carry the box inside the store, non of which helped with the door or the box. AWFUL customer service!!!

Red head Julia is horrible. I needed 1 page printed and asked her about it she told me to email it to them. She then went and messed around on a different computer for a while and prompted me over. Saying she doesn’t usually work in this store and how much easier it would be if I logged on and printed it out myself. This 2 min tops printing job is already getting long so I agree trying to help her out. I go to pay and she charges me for 15 mins of computer use! A computer that she asked me to use to make her job easier after I already emailed it to them.
