To be Honest I am sick of walking into every Verizon store in hopes to be helped with whatever is my need at the time. Every store makes me feel like I’m a bother are not of any importance because I’m not currently spending money. There is an arrogance to these customer service reps that makes me not want to return and it isn’t just this store several stores have this lack of enthusiasm to help.. each time I came to this store I was told to go online .. I went online to order my phone and service after visiting this location three times how does that make any sense when they are capable of ordering both in store I then returned to trade in a phone and I was again told to go online when it was offered in store to do a trade in ! Point is save yourself the trip go online you will be received with a pleasantness and you will actually accomplish something ! I Feel for those who have issue with navigating online ! I would just not recommend service with this company.

Went here this morning and the store was closed even though google says its open. Ive had this happen before in the afternoon when they are closed for lunch apparently, but this was first thing things the morning! I showed up early because any other time theres only one worker here and it takes over an hour to get help so I wanted to get here before he was busy. But no one was here! Ended up going to KOP and I really should have started there in the first place. 3 people working, got help fast, and they had what I wanted and didnt have to order it. Dont waste your time with the Egypt Rd store.

I had lost my phone the day before and needed to get a replacement. Scott got me completely setup and I walked out ready to use it. He was fantastic.

I am completely shocked to see such high reviews with Scott. My husband and I were literally just kicked out of the store for no reason and we are desperately trying to get ahold of management to make a complaint. We werent even through the door yet at 6:15, the Store closes at 7, And we were immediately told that we could not be helped and it went all down hill from there. He did not even know what we were there for yet we didnt even have a chance to both walk through the door yet. I need management to contact me back. We will also be returning back to this store tomorrow.

I am very impressed by the way the store manager Kevin took the fear out of upgrading my tablet. He explained to me what options I had and was very patient with me. He answered all my question and made sure I understood what options I had. Also, there was another staff member (Kyle I think) who helped me me looked at what available accessories I could use. Furthermore, they were informative on what promotions the store was running and ended up saving me money at the store and on our bill. Overall, is a great experience and I would recommend the store to friends.

Came in today to look over options, Joe greeted me upon walking in. I had no idea that they were a personal business hub. He took care of all my needs. Had a great experience here the other day. I stopped in just to get some help with an issue I was having with my phone and not only did they fix my issue but they found a way for me walk out with the tablet I wanted to get for my son without my monthly costs going up much at all! Great looking store and reps who really went above and beyond for me. I will continue to go to this location for all of my Verizon needs!!

Shamika Thomas was INCREDIBLE!! She helped me in my darkest hour after my phone was stolen. She was extremely passionate, patient, and kind. She stayed late, after her hours just so I could have another number set in place. I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone looking for help with their Verizon service! Go see her today! If youre looking for products for anything but the very latest generation of phones, youre out of luck. They only sell accessories for the newest releases. They also seem a bit understaffed. I was told there would be an hour plus wait for help when I walked in. Make sure youve got plenty of time to spare before you come.

Most privately owned stores tend to work with all customers to keep them coming back. Prices are high at this authorized dealer, for example a screen cover is roughly $50 to $60... you can get a better price from Amazon or even Home depot less than $15.00. I bought 2 galaxy9 from a Verizon dealer on Long island (NY) came with everything even a case for no additional charge, he even mailed the phones to me here in PA again no additional charges, guess Ill have to continue this long distance relationship if I want a good deal, cause Im not getting it in this neck of the woods.

This place is amazing. I work around the corner so I probably come here more than I should. But they are always so nice and helpful. fixing issues, switch phones. Also very courteous and just a pleasure to talk to.

I had a great experience. I went in to pick up my new iPhone that I ordered two days prior and the manager Joe made it a very quick and easy process helping me get acclimated to my new phone and setting everything up for me. Outstanding customer service and stress free!

We had another GREAT experience at this Verizon location today thanks to the wonderful service from Jake. We were all over the place with the questions that we had, and not only did he follow along with us, but he was able to help us with things we didnt even know we needed help with. We didnt feel pressured into anything we didnt want, and were given a lot of good information to make the most informed decision about how to move forward with our plan. We very much appreciated his straight forward, respectful, and FUNNY manner. He knew how to work well with our kind of crazy, and it was a great interaction. Matt was also very helpful, and we would totally go back when we need to upgrade and ask more random questions about our plan. We promise to know all our passwords when we come back! Thanks again!!

Everyone here is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to get in and out with all my questions answered, and still had time for lunch. A little out of my way but it was worth it!

Helped me with what I needed. That’s literally all you need to do to get 5 stars. This was my third Verizon store I visited in the past 5 days and it’s sad how low the bar is, nevertheless they are by far the best of the three.

When I walked in to switch over to my new phone, it was slightly busy, but the assistant manager asked us what we needed and quickly helped with the process. He was very nice to all customers and made sure that they didnt stand there constantly waiting. I was also given a free phone case that was left there by another customer for my brand new phone. :) it was a good, relaxed experience.

Came in to get a screen protector for my S7 Edge. It was the last one in stock and the service representative Jake told me he would set it aside for me. I show up, the screen protector was there, applied in minutes and we even had great conversation and shared some laughs. I had a wonderful experience at this Verizon store today! Usually my Verizon experiences are subpar, but today was a treat. Jake and Matt(ie) were the nicest people ever and didnt mind me sitting in the store talking with them for 30 minutes, while my new phone downloaded the updated software. Jake was extremely helpful in explaining to me my options for phones and accessories. I truly had a blast talking with these guys and I will be going back for further phone purchases/and or questions! Thank you for everything!

My phone was smashed to pieces and needed a replacement quickly. The software that the employee helping me was using to transfer my line to a different phone was janky and slow, but I could see that the gentleman was still making a hard effort to solve my issue. He was like a dog biting my phone troubles that would not let go until they were solved. Super helpful and got me back on my feet despite some computer troubles in store

This was the worst customer service experience that i have ever had in shopping at any verizon corporate or preferred retailer. The manager lied to me, and was then in turn saying that I was lying in my statements that he promised me a promotion that was currently active. Anyone that is looking to purchase a phone please take the extra time to just drive to a corporate store. The store is staffed by either liars or just incompetent people and if for any reason you try to contact their customer service they continue to tell you they will call you back in two days. Still waiting on a call back from them and its been 3 months.

I was driving back home to West Chester and I spotted a Verizon store on Egypt Road in Norristown, PA. I was in the area meeting college friends for lunch. My iphone 4 had been causing me problems for some time, so I decided to upgrade my phone right than and there.Well, the store employees (Gene, Kyle and Lee) could not have been more knowledgeable and friendly than these 3. My phone was upgraded to a 7 (woo hoo) and the time passed quickly.So....................................if you need assistance with your cell phone, I highly recommend this store and the best employees ever (Gene, Kyle and Lee). Also, there was some young boy in the store that was helpful, but I did not catch his name.Great music playing too.

This place had the most incompetent staff. I went into the store on a Monday to upgrade my phone and later realized that these people will lie to you and try to sell you anything and everything they can to make a buck. I was informed that my screen protector would be in the store by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest (later that same week) and would receive a phone call when the item came in. I then called in Thursday inquiring about my item that I purchased and they said they havent gotten it. So I went to the store the following Monday because I assumed that the screen protector would be there...nothing. After 7 weeks of following up numerous times and having dropped my phone and slightly damaging it, I was getting annoyed because it couldve been prevented if the ignorant employees did their jobs and provided me my screen protector. Long story short I tried to return the item and a plan I bought but was denied because it was after the 14 day reture policy. Everyone needs to know that they lied about being able to get the item. They did not have the ability to get the item until I yelled. I had to go to the Verizon Authorized Retailer / RW - Phoenixville, PA located off of Egypt Road behind the Wawa to get a small compensation. Please go to the Verizon store in Phoenixville. That store has honest people that will do anything to help you.I was also made aware that this store in Norristown sold someone a promo that was expired...shady lying people work at the Norristown store. DO NOT GO HERE!
