I had a very positive experience at Michelle Wireless. I needed to get a replacement flip phone for an elderly woman who can’t use smart phones and the clerk was very helpful getting us set up with a new flip phone and new service plan. He did all of the grunt work of calling the service company and getting her account number & other info needed to switch her current phone number to the new phone/plan. He was very polite and friendly, and it only took about twenty minutes. It felt so much easier and simpler than if I’d gone to a store of a big company (especially since many don’t even sell flip phones anymore!)

Tony aka Tech Support is my Go To Guy for phones ...Great customer service . Hes very knowledgable and doesnt try to rip you off .He answers any ?s you may have about the phones, and ensures that the phone is up and running.He makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase when you leave his store I definatly recommend this place

He can get any phone turned on. This guy has been here for years. So polite and helpful😩 I don’t go anywhere but to him!
