The people at rent a center in norristown are so unprofessional! ANGEL is beyond rude & does not try to help you at all! Every time I call he literally rushes me off of the phone! He told me the mattress I got was one price when I came into the store & now I come to find out that it is way more than what I was told! I would never again give them my money ever again!! & I’m going to reach out to corporate!!

I havent rented anything from them. I came in to bury my father who has died last month, didnt know he had a tenant living downstairs let alone that his tenant had rented anything from them. They show up on my dads doorstep and this woman accuses me of lying. I dont know who she was but she was RUDE AS HELL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You can find better literally anywhere else!

I ordered a bedroom set that was to be delivered at 4:30p.m today it’s now almost 7p.m and no furniture yet I had to call to see where was first time, then guy calls me and hour later to say they would be here by 6p.m and still nothing. No call nothing then informed they’ll just be dropping it off won’t even put together until next day!!! At this point I’m ready to cancel my order and go with another company I’ve never experienced this with Rent-a-Center. They shouldn’t agree to times if not going to delivery at that time. Just not professional or acceptable they close at 7, yet can’t even get someone on phone. I’m not impressed at all. I shouldn’t had to call about my furniture have the curtesy to keep me up to date.

Horrible customer service! Walked in to look for new furniture and beds to furnish our new apartment and all the employee had to say was “your best bet is to look online”, “we aren’t going to be able to rent everything in one shot?” Then threw a few made up figures for a monthly payment basically assuming I couldnt afford a $450 monthly payment without asking me for my income information and not showing me any of there products. I walked out!

Id actually give them lower if I could! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Staff obviously doesnt communicate with one another. Because they all say different things. Been renting for years, paid off multiple accounts and think they need MASSIVE training on customer service!!

Worst customer service ever experienced. Had been promised delivery since before Christmas. Its now 3 days after. Every day the lady on the phone said it was the last delivery of the day. Even went as fast as lying multiple times saying it was loaded on truck amd headed your way. Waited amd waited amd waited some more and never even showed up!! Whoever this manager woman was she was the most ignorant person I had ever talked to. Contacting Corporate so she cant do the same to other unsuspecting people. Going to pick upyself tomorrow amd raise hell lol its not right

Rent A Center Sucks! Do not rent from them. They harass you weekly. Now, apparently, they show up at your house. I owe them for a phone, and I pay biweekly, $57.00, What a joke they are worst than loan sharks. How Annoying they are. I would not recommend you leasing from them. Go with Sears or Kmart. You get new equipment and no HARASSMENT FROM THE RENT A CENTER CREW!!!!THEY ARE A -0 STARS, BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM ONE. STINK!

Worst customer service i have ever seen. They will harrass you everyday calling you and your place of employment, show up at your house, and place of employment for one missed payment demanding their products back. In addition their staff are rude, and inpatient. I would strongly suggest any alternative such big lots, lowes, or even the facebook marketplace.

I had a wonderful women her name is Jaisa Plaza, she was so helpful she took the time out and made sure, i had the furniture i needed she was so professional and has great customer service skills i will recommend this location to anyone and ask for her she is really great thank u so much for all your help .....................
