Recently opened a storage, whole experience was nice. They offer truck rental for your moving service to the storage area.From checking the unit, to signing up the lease, its month to month. Paperwork was fast and easy.Setting up recurring payments was easy too.You can use your home, apparment condo insurance as your storage area insurance this was you can save few tens of dollars per month, check with your renters insurance company before you go.

Place is nice. Dont let them charge you twice for a lock like they did me

Good facility but my rent was raised 20% after about three months. I dont like being gamed.

Great access space and dock for 74 foot tractor and trailer moving van for delivering HHG (House Hold Goods) and storage. The crooks and turns may be an issue dealing with construction. The traffic is none stop.

I called about storage. Machesse answered the phone and didn’t have a positive attitude and unable to help. I went to the office to speak to someone in person and machesse was in the office on his phone distracted and did not notice I was there until I addressed him. I then asked to see a unit and he seemed uninterested in showing what was available and directed me to what was displayed in the office. This is not what I would consider quality service.

The store manager was professional, nice, and very helpful.

Overall it was a good experience,although it started out a little rough. The BRAND NEW elevator that was nearest to my unit was not working properly. Which meant a very long walk through the labyrinth of cubicles. The place is lined with chrome diamond plate. Its like a house of mirrors! Anyway, they accommodated me by giving me a unit close to the working elevator and its working out great!

The prices are great, you get one month free and a free moving truck. The customer service is great and the general manager is very friendly.

Be careful. The date you reserve, if you try to pay ahead of time (to lock down the reservation) their website will populate a lease not with the date you reserved, but in the date you are paying. In my case, I reserved August 15 but when I went online to pay, the lease that populated had a date in the far upper right hand corner of August 1. Still waiting to hear if this will be straightened out.

Moved my belongings out to only discover that many of things were ruined by a leaking pipe above my unit. I also found rodent droppings on top of my furniture and boxes. Like another reviewer mentioned, I also found dead roaches in my unit as well. I can assure you that they did not come from my home and I have never had an issue with pests. There are rat traps peppered around the facility but clearly they are not working. I’m not going to bother putting an insurance claim in since rodent damage isn’t covered. The deductible is pretty high as well so in my case, it’s not worth the headache for a few hundred dollars worth of stuff lost. And CubeSmart, please don’t respond to this review requesting me to contact you unless you will actually do something like refund me. To future renters, I don’t recommend storing here unless you will be using heavy duty storage bins that keep out moisture and other things. I also don’t know how real many of the 5 star reviews are since they are written by accounts with no other reviews or account activity, so take their glowing recommendations with a grain of salt.

Let me first say, I usually don’t write reviews but, my experience there was beyond my expectations! Clean place, knowledgeable staff. At the service desk I was greeted by Brittany, she made the experience extremely easy and pleasurable. She knew the answer to every question I had and has a fantastic personality, it made the whole experience very easy. I will definitely recommend this facility and recommend they speak with Brittany!

Went to this Norristown location yesterday 2/16 and was entertained by Naquise Quinones the Manager. A very pleasant young man with a very friendly and professional demeanor. Came back today to finalize and he provided me with details of what I needed to know and showed me the direction twice to find my storage location. Office setting is very welcoming as well. I can highly recommend this location to anyone.

This location is very affordable and goes above and beyond to be fair and honest. Brittany was fantastic on move in and move out explaining the process and making me feel safe and secure about my belongings. I’d recommend this location for great customer service and an excellent building. They have two loading docks, is climate controlled, and have a good security system.

The service here is exceptional, thanks to Brittany and Sharia. Of course, the facility is clean and secure, but knowing my things are in the capable hands of these two ladies makes the difference. I feel like if Brittany caught someone trying to get into my unit she would use her sucker punch those trolls and sweetly escort them off property. Sharia would already have called the cops, and they both would have saved the day. My heroes!

I had Excellent service from Brittany Roberts! I sign a day early because i didnt want to miss her excellent care of me she wouldve been off if i waited until the next day so thank you so much Brittany for your patients and professionalism you are a great asset to the company

I won a storage locker at this facility today through an online auction because the owner didnt pay for it. The staff at the facility are nice, at least at first. However, upon opening the storage locker and trying to sort out its content, hundreds of roaches started moving around in the locker and on all the items in the locker. There was also a bunch of mouse droppings and shredded paper in the locker as well.I went up front to the woman at the counter and informed her of the issue. She told me that I could abandon the locker but I would lose what I paid for the locker plus the $100 security deposit they have you pay to make sure you clean it out. I told her that wasnt acceptable and that I wanted the owners phone number so that I could speak to them and that if this wasnt handled properly that I would take it to the media. She told me I cant give you the owners number so then I asked for the managers number. She then called the manager and told him about the situation. He had her go back with me to look at the locker where I had to disturb more of the items in the locker to show her the roaches which she got to see. She then called the manager back and she told him I wanted a full refund which he finally decided to give me.These storage facilities are supposed to be routinely treated for rodents and bugs but obviously this one isnt doing what it is supposed to do. If you dont mind mice and roaches in your stored belongings then this is the place for you.

I had the best experience with Brittany who just so happened to be the manager. My reservation transaction went smoothly and was read to go when I got there even tho she was off. She was also there to check me out, and after expressing my frustration about the billing she handled it. I would definitely come back here or recommend this place to my friends. Ask for Brittany.

Best price around for a small space. Of course I didnt know until I got there, Id have to lift my item up via a ladder to a second level. Workers thought item would not fit, but I measured it. Getting it in space was easier than we all thought.

I have been there on several occasions and I must say Juanita is the best. I seen her assisting other customers and she was very professional and courteous. The General Manager, Kathy (I believe thats her name) is not a very nice person. She is snappy and has a smart attitude and tone. I dont know if Cubesmart is aware of how she is as a manager but they need to look into this.

These guys get 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I came in right before closing time from another state and the Manager Donte got me squared away in less then 15 minutes with exactly what I needed at the time. The next day I changed my mind about the size of the unit I would have long term and Naquise was right there to help me look for what I was asking for. I was all set with my reservation for what I needed long term at the best possible price available. Gregory helped me close the one account I no longer needed and although he was brand new he did it in no time whatsoever. Now I go and make my on time payments on a monthly basis with no hassle and I am always received with a smile. The units are clean and spacious and this location does have a variety of sizes. Hope this helps you make the right choice and pick these guys.

I came in to price a storage unit and the prices were fare, but the information and assistance I received from the young lady working theyre was exceptional. I had my stuff in storage for exactly a year and just finished moving everything tonight. As we were unloading and putting our things inside my home from 2 plastics bins of mine came out 5 roaches. I am NOT a dirty person and with 3 kids at home I am IRRATE! I played 160 something a month for a year and expected my things to be taken care of but obviously not. So now at 11 at night Im spending my time putting all my stuff on my front porch until I can get things cleaned and inspected!! I Do Not Reccomend this location!

I was here last Saturday and was assisted by Brittany. She was able to answer all my questions and was incredibly patient. Brittany made what can sometimes be a grueling experience very pleasant.

I found this location to be very clean and the staff to be very friendly and informative. However, when I was showed the 7.5 ft x 10ft unit I had reserved and wanted to lease, I expressed that the unit did not appear to actually be 7.5 ft deep. I was assured that it was a 7.5 ft x 10 ft unit and I could measure the dimensions. Since I did not have a tape measurer and already had a truck full of my belongings, I opted to go ahead and load my things into the unit. When I returned the next day with another load of things I brought my tape measurer and found that the unit was actually 6ft x 10ft. I spoke with one of the managers and asked for a reduced rate since the unit is 20% smaller than advertised. They told me they are unable to offer me a reduced rate and that the dimensions of the unit are an approximation.I do not understand how a difference of 1.5 ft (20% size difference for the unit) from the advertised size and the actual size can be an approximation. Especially when all the other dimensions were accurate. I also do not understand how they cannot offer a reduced rate for a unit that is significantly smaller than what is advertised. Make sure you measure the unit you are looking at before signing anything. This is clearly false and misleading advertisement.

After 5 years being Cube Smart customer in NJ, I moved to King of Prussia.So I rented a storage in R 202., This was my biggest mistake. Store manager took me to the truck loading doc and told me you should take your goods from here. so I took 25 boxes without using ramp to the elevator. He did not tell me that there is a ramp in other side of the building. I am moving out. this is not a service that we expect from Cube Smart after being 5 years there costumer.this storage is messed up ( management and building )NOT RECOMMENDED

DO NOT USE!! Staff is ok except Donna, who is ignorant for the most part. I have a unit with another company. I have never had a problem. This place everything is a fee. I pay online for free at the other place, this place $4.95, over phone $4.95. Not user friendly at all. There are multiple places like this in Norristown. I encourage you to look before coming here.

The 2 guys that are there now are very disrespectful I asked them not to call me certain hours of the day they call anyway they dont know how to speak with people its a lack of communication and when I ask questions they cant answer I s speak with one of them and the other one calls me I say I spoke to the other guy already he acts like he has no clue of what Im talking about when I asked for a manager I couldnt speak to anyone so I asked for a higher up number and told them I wanted to complain about the service that they was providing me they looked at each other with a dumb look and told me it wasnt a number then my storage unit price is going up in feFebrua I unaware of the jump so when I asked about it I was told that the company sent out a letter & a email 3 months ago which I never received either one so I asked my sister to see if she had gotten one or if her unit went up she was just as clueless as me but when she checked her unit her price did not go up so Im so confused to why can someone please give me answer thank you

Ask for Dante Washington or Naquise quinones. they are very pleasant to deal with and very nice people to be around.

Long-term customer and all I get in return are rate increases and my stored items ruined by mice urine and feces. They tell me to file an insurance claim, all the while knowing that rodent damage isnt covered. They blame the damage on other customers possibly storing food, yet they accept no responsibility for it. The guy and girl that run the place are great, but seem to be hamstrung on what they can do for you from their corporate bosses. Selfish and greedy company that likes to portray themselves as customer service experts, but severely fail in delivering on that promise. This place is infested and will ruin your belongings. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.
