Annie at the front desk was very friendly and helpul in my check out process. I have used this facitlity to store my belongings for more than 1 and half year and my stuff was all there when I moved out. Security is very good and also the facility was kept very clean and they followed all Covid related standards.

This was such a good experience for us. The representative took so much time with us to show us sample units, give advice on the proper unit to take, and walked us all the way through the closing process. Once we gained access to the unit we took, we were so pleased we made the choice. The management of the place is so good, and it shows throughout. We will keep the unit for several months, and are so happy we made this choice.

Annie and Gladys were so helpful and so nice. I was having problems with my payments and they both went over and beyond to help me get this rectified. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to store in a clean well kept facility with Very nice management! Thank You ☺️

I came in the other day to get pricing on some units. I was greeted by Samantha. She was a great help to me with giving me prices as well as showing me some of the units. Tho I have decided I am not ready to store at the moment she was still a great help with everything and answering all of my questions. If you need help with any storage I highly recommend that you have Samantha help you with anything she was an excellent help with all of my questions.

I had come into Public Storage and was Greeted by Samantha. I was just coming into get pricing on some units. I am not looking to store at the moment but I wanted to get an idea on sizing and prices. Location Mgr was very helpful.He showed us a few units and we decided on the one best for our needs. Fast, efficient and clear.Whole process took about an hour.They also have the other items you need for storage, boxes, bubble wrap and a lock if you need one.Very good experience.

I have been a Public Storage Customer, with 4units in Voorhees NJ since the fall of 2015 & Amy is a Rock Star at Her management duties, but since I decided to move back to Pennsylvania, after 35 yrs, I rented a smaller unit here & James was fantastic with His help & personality!! I was helping my friend move out her unit & was looking to get a storage unit for myself. Went to the office spoke to Crystal who is very amusing & has a very vibrant personality. I was inquiring about rates also the process on renting a space she was very knowledgeable & funny. The property was also well kept & clean I was surprised how my friends stuff was clean, dry & dust free.

The minute I arrived at this location, after being sent over from another excellent location (see separate review) I was thrilled to be there. The facility was clean, absolutely met my needs, with an indoor, climate controlled unit. The best part of this experience was the gentleman I met there, who helped me tremendously. His name was Kelvin. His calm demeanor, helpfulness and job knowledge made this very stressful time in my life, extremely better. He was friendly, provided all the information I needed in a clear and concise manner, showed me the unit, explained everything. He is an asset to your company. Just prior to my last minute arrival to his location, he was working with someone who was moving there belongings out. Meaning they were no longer a customer. He was as absolutely professional, courteous and helpful with her as he was with me, a new customer. This speaks volumes to his abilities, professionalism and personality. This man is a keeper!!!!!

Kelvin was the employee who both sold me the storage and checked me out when I moved out. Very professional. He treated me like a VIP every time I saw him. Courteous. Friendly. And quick to answer my questions.The storage unit itself was clean and well maintained. Best price in the area for the indoor unit I had.

Clean well maintained facility. Not the cheapest option.Be aware of additional cost like mandatory insurance. My rate went up by 60% over the course of 16 months. Needles to say I’m not one of their customers anymore.

My unit is underground. The area is hugh, you could get lost. I use the app to open gate and doors, works well. Very clean and well managed.

I been with Public Storage for over 2 years & today Kelvin the property manager took my payment but he pointed out that my rent was going to increase next month. He said that he would try to help me with this issue & hopefully I wont have that increase for next month. Kelvin is one of few good persons that truly cares about people in these hard times!! Public Storage is blessed to have him work for their company!!

Kelvin was great with an easy check out. The indoor storage space we had was very clean. Had our storage there for two years and everything was perfect when we emptied our unit. Would recommend for your storage needs.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and received exceptional customer service from Chris. He took the time to show me various units, explained all the intricate details and asked several questions to ensure I rented the most affordable unit with adequate space. Recently, the door to my unit was stuck and would not lift up all the way after trying several times. I walked to the office to inform Chris about the situation and he did not hesitate to accompany me to my unit to see if he could help. He got on the floor and squeezed his body through the very small opening to assess the situation and figured out what was preventing the door from lifting up. Exceptional customer service every time. Chris has always been very polite, professional, helpful and friendly.

Just moved out, but the place was always clean and lit, no problems.

It is a very clean and well managed place because I did not see any mouse or pest even in summer. Customer service was excellent. Chris provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions and concerns. If I had not moved to bigger apartment I would have kept my storage place. I would use this storage space in future if I ever need it again.

The facility is clean inside and out. There is signage regarding mask wearing and limiting elevator occupants due to covid. There is parking. The lights inside shut off after several mintues and sometimes wont come back on even if you move around to try and trigger them. I dont like how they charge you for a full months rent even if you move out in the first week of the month especially when they rent out the space to a new occupant. The one lady in the office is not friendly but the rest if the staff are friendly and helpful.

The property manager Chris was very kind, informative, and helpful throughout the initial setup of our unit. He helped us decide which unit would be best for us as we never rented a unit before. We checked out a few other local companies and none were as courteous as Chris. Thanks!

I recently moved back up to the northeast after a few years living in other parts of the country, and I need storage for some belongings for the time being. I checked out Public Storage on the recommendation of a friend who had used them in the past. We have used Public Storage for years. The place is kept in good order with lights and gates working. It is a little expensive, but they do the maintenance.

Well maintained facility, clean, feels appropriately secure, and the staff member on duty, CHRIS, was super helpful the day I went to obtain my unit. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had- some even before I asked them! Be sure to look for online deals.

The guy at the desk was great. No issues of rodents or bugs. Be sure to buy your lock from Walmart or so before coming in or that would be an automatic $20 for a padlock.

Ive been a renter for a year now. Chris the manager is a great guy and is always lending a helping hand. Only negative aspect of my time here is the recent rise in monthly rent. Doesnt seem to want to keep people with this recent hike, paying 240 a month for a 10x10 and most of 240 is fees rather than space.

Review update- the staff here still is great but the corporate policy around pricing is brutal. I rented a unit for a planned year- during this time my rate has increased 3 time.
