Sarah was the person in office who I worked with on getting a quote and setting up the services. She was informative and very pleasant, easy to talk with. On moving day, we had Joe and Joe who were absolutely fantastic. They were both super efficient and personable guys. Upon arriving at our destination, they were unable to get the truck up the driveway because it is very steep and the truck was so long. They had to use the dolly or just walk/carry the items up said driveway…which, did I mention is very steep? Joe and Joe did not complain at all, were so nice about it, and were still very efficient. Would love to work with them in the future if needed. Also, the cost was reasonable and for sure worth it.

From the first step everyone I dealt with were courteous, helpful with all my questions and willing to change scheduling without any hesitation. The team arrived on time and were extremely friendly and worked efficiently. They were polite in their questions and did an outstanding job of caring for and moving all that I had. I arranged my move with Two Men and a Truck because people speak so highly of them. I was very disappointed with the movers and office staff. The movers were clearly in a hurry to get the move completed and did the job half right. They only wrapped some furniture pieces but not all and the way they left my storage unit was a disaster. They took the plastic wrapping off of things, left a heavy chair on top of a brand new couch, refused to wrap mattresses & box springs, and left a very valuable (and expensive) piece of furniture on its side. It took me 2 days of non-stop calls to finally speak to an operations manager. He was conveniently “on a phone call” or had “just stepped out of the office” every time I called. Eventually he instructed the secretary to tell me that if I wanted things corrected I would have to book and pay for a second move. I demanded to speak to him immediately and he finally got on the phone. He finally agreed to have movers come correct the problems. When movers came one of them was the original mover I had plus a different guy. It was obvious he was not happy about having to come back out to correct his mistakes. He was a bit snarky however his partner was friendly, kind, and apologetic. I don’t think I’ll be using this company again, they were extremely expensive and not worth the hassle.

My last move with Terminator truck was very good due to the two wonderful man that moved over my things. Some of my things were very heavy and very big and very old. The team was wonderful especially James, who was the manager of the team. It made my moving Day a good experience for which I am grateful.

I used Two Men and a Truck at the recommendation of a colleague. I moved from an apartment to a house, and I did not have a lot of furniture. It took longer than planned since one of the movers arrived with an injured hand. To make a long story short, the movers damaged my steps and screws were missing from my bed & dresser. In order to have the damages fixed they wanted a $100 deductible. I talked with colleagues who also used Two Men and a Truck, and we were all charged about $1,000. The job got done, but in the future, I will definitely use a different moving company.

This company does not like to admit fault when things are damaged. Was way over quoted on the move in price. They charged a ridiculous amount for what they offer. They don’t handle things with care. I came to this company because of the good reviews but it was a terrible experience. Ended up damaging furniture. They claim your covered by insurance that it’s included in the price you purchase. Ended up damaging a bookshelf that they decided to just take back with them. I wanted a simple refund back but they insisted on buying me a new bookshelf to replace it. Ignoring my request for a refund. They would not work with me on shipping the new bookshelf . Told me they couldn’t deliver it on the weekend because they were too busy with other moves. Over a month goes by and I finally receive it and it’s a smaller size bookshelf not the right one. I ended up emailing again and they finally agreed to refund me half the cost of what the bookshelf cost.

I was in a pinch when I needed to hire movers. This was a totally unexpected move! After reviewing several other companies, Two Men and a Truck had the best reviews. Even though it was a tad out of my price range, I felt confident they would do a great job; and let me say they really did. Not only was the office staff incredibly polite, but the movers themselves were polite too. They asked questions and didnt just assume something was being taken. I noticed throughout the entire process the office staff and movers were quite throurough. Also, once we arrived to the storage unit, they did a great job packing it! Overall the entire team was very professional, polite, and kind. Id definitely use this company in the future 😊

Two Men and a Truck made the move from Pittsburgh, PA across the state to Reading, PA a breeze. On the day of the move they showed up on time and took care to wrap all our furniture and pack as much as they could into the truck. I thought there was no way that everything would fit, but the movers made sure to pack everything as tightly but carefully as they could. They next day they showed up on time to the new location and efficiently moved everything in. It was raining that day so they even took care to cover the carpet with plastic wrap. I cant say how happy I am with the service I received. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving.

The move went fine; however, I was misquoted an estimate based on discussions on the phone. I couldve sent pictures to let the individual on the phone see all I had to move. I thought the way they quoted me a price was not good.Also, they movers were told I had 31 items to move, but when they discovered I had significantly more their attitude changed. I think my movers need to work on their customer service skills.

The office team was incredibly responsible, flexible and communicative. I appreciated their willingness to work with me as my plans changed a few times. My moving team also communicated when they were on their way, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. Chris, in particular, was very skillful in how he organized the movement of things out of the house and into the truck and he and his team worked a miracle in fitting my things into a storage unit that was probably not big enough. I am very grateful for their help.

Had to move furniture during Christmas within town and a friend recommended TMAAT! These guys are very professional. Wrapped, loaded, tied and drove perfectly. They not only unwrapped but assembled and placed my furniture as I needed. Both men (AJ are their names) are very friendly and helpful. I was billed exactly what was quoted. Highly recommend.

This company is great! We moved my mom into Independent Living - so she only had a few pieces to take with her. There was some issues with a move before ours, and when we ran out of time to get a large armoire to my mom, Two Men and a Truck contacted and said they wanted to be sure that they made good on what was originally to be moved They came back and moved that piece at their own expense. I moved with them back in October 2020. I hired them for pack up our home and hold/store it for a few days until we moved into our new home. When they unloaded the truck out in our new home, our wine cabinet was damaged and noticed a couple boxes was missing. The mover said not to worry as everything would be covered if we purchased insurance. Luckily I did purchase the insurance (paid additional) to cover up to 15k in loss and damages. A few days later, the Admin and Compliance Manager, Greg Higgins contacted me to help resolve the damaged cabinets. As we were unpacking the boxes, we realized a few boxes was missing.. Also that the movers did not properly reassemble our bed and left screws in wrapping paper behind all the boxes in our bedroom. 4 nights in, our bed collapsed on us. I immediately contacted Mr. Higgins to have all these issues resolved as well as we were covered. Mr. Higgins at first said no problem we can take care of all of that (verbally by phone call). The following day he sends me an email saying, too late we are not going to cover that and just cover the cabinet. The bed frame was $1,000 and we were missing over $1000 worth of stuff with the missing boxes which ALL fails within the 15k insurance. They are frauds and liars, their insurance is not worth it because they dont even cover anything. I have been trying to get it resolved for almost 4 months now and they have yet to agreed to compensate us for everything. I highly recommend you to look elsewhere for movers.In reply to owner response: a proper reimbursement amount was not agreed as Mr. Higgins refused to reopen the case as he closed it out before I signed or agreed to anything.

I would not recommend this company. They rushed while moving us into our new home and damaged our home multiple times, even putting a hole in our ceiling. They didnt stop rushing and did more damage even after we asked them to slow down and were clearly upset. The one mover was trying to watch his cell phone while carrying things up the stairs. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.. The company gave no compensation afterwards for our trouble and I was still charged full price.

Two Men and Truck did a great job! They were on time, quick and professional. We had a large sofa that they had trouble getting up our staircase. They hoisted it over the back porch which worked great! A few scratches and scuffs throughout our stairwell, but the office team got in touch right away and sent someone out to fix it. I would recommend them!

Used them a week ago and had Joe and Levi as my movers. The older of the two was clearly professional and had been doing this a long time. The younger of the two had just started and clearly does not like his job as even his fellow mover was calling him slow poke and complaining about getting paired with him. After a half hour, the young guy starts hanging out in the truck on his cell phone and is taking 15-20 minutes between coming back up to get another load of furniture. We were way behind schedule when we got to my moving destination and had to leave a significant amount of items for me to do later. I was shown my bedroom and daughters bedroom and everything looked fine. I gave them a nice tip and a couple pizzas to take home. Later I realize they only made my bed look like it was actually put together and it fell apart the second I touched it. I lifted the mattress to reveal not one screw had been put back in and the frame had been installed upside down. I now have to get new screws and have been sleeping on my couch for three days until the new screws I had to get arrive and I can put together the bed I paid them to put together. I submitted a survey a few days ago and have yet to hear anything back from their office.

They finished the job quicker than expected, were carefull with our furniture, and newly painted walls. They were also flexible with little hiccups that occurred due to our roof bring repaired at the same time. Excellent service overall.

Moving service was scheduled 1 month in advance and a $250 deposit was required. I requested the movers to bring wardrobe boxes to ease the move of cloths. Problem #1 I was not told that they warehouse did not have any wardrobe boxes until the drivers arrived the morning of the move. This caused an increase in time added to the hours specified for the move. I had indicated on scheduling that clothes were a great part of the move.Problem #2 the lead mover/driver charged me and did not deduct the deposit.Problem # 3 clock was damaged. I asked for the second hand to wall clock and never was returned. Called to file complaint and no response from operations manager.Problem #4 operations management has not returned call after complaint was filed. I am still waiting as it is required to report within 48 hours and I have not received a response from management to resolve and refund my money.Problem #5 email has to be sent to management from office team to get someone to call you back and they never do until you call corporate office in Michigan to file a formal complaint.

Were pretty shocked that a company with the slogan Movers who care, would have management that is so discourteous. Mistakes happen, but mistakes in allotting the appropriate size moving truck and team to a time-sensitive move cause a lot of distress to your customers. When management makes no move to resolve their own mistakes, makes no apology, and instead threatens to pull out a team of movers if an understandably distraught older woman does not stop crying--it becomes clear that this is far from a first rate company. I strongly recommend you save yourself the hassle and contract a company with respectful and empathetic management. Were supremely disappointed and we hope that this review will help save other people the trouble we went through.EDIT AND REPLY:Your response is appreciated. Presuming that you were not present at the time of the move, I am happy to give you the benefit of doubt here. Please allow me to make a few things clear. The woman that your team was moving is about 60 years old and weighs 100 pounds. She is not violent nor is she anything but well-mannered. I can assure you that--despite any reports from your team--nothing was banged on and there were absolutely no intimations of violence. A detailed and accurate catalogue of the contents of the house was shared ahead of time... It is professional of you to reply to a negative feedback, however, your We apologize, BUT approach again shows how little you and your company care for your customers. Not a single offer of consolation, monetary or simply verbal, was offered to your customer. This is the issue that continues here and is something that you and your higher-ups should take into account going forward. Something as small as an earnest and apologetic email or voicemail to your customer can really stand to emphasize your motto.

I used Two Men and a Truck for the first time based on a referal. Had an excellent call with the office (Cora) who quickly got us a quote and got a team together for an urgent, immediate move. The moving team of Tim and Omar were equally fantastic. They were friendly, polite, efficent and professional at the pickup and the move into the next site was above & beyond smooth. They managed to adjust to a tricky load in with ease and percision by making sure our items were kept safe. Simply put, from start to finish, everything was outstanding.

I heard this place was quick and good at moving people across the country and i like that. so when i moved to Renton, WA i told the movers to be careful with my streaming equipment by the way my twitch name isDarksydePhil that my job. we get to Renton, WA to the house when i told the movers to place my streaming equipment they drop half of it I was shocked one off the movers just laugh at the other mover. I told him he paying for that i he came up to me and threating me and my wife kat so i had to put into the ground and call the cops because that. when they got here they took the man away. so i called the manger up to let him know what happen he was said about what i told him apparently that gentleman was at that place for 15 years and he was about tp lose his job because of what he did. to me its sad for people to break people self without knowing the consequences.

She was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.My movers were Anthony Layre & Joseph Kelly. I could not have been more pleased. They were friendly, polite and nothing was too much for them. They did not waste any time packing up my house or emptying the truck. At one point, my new neighbor had to leave & the truck had to be moved. Anthony said No problem and it was a sincere response. From the time they arrived to the time they left, i was pleased. Moving from a three story home to a rancher was easy with these guys. I cannot say enough good things about Two Men and a Truck and the moving team I had in PA of Steve, Shawn, and Sharp. They arrived right on time (even a little early). They were very professional and moved everything so fast. We went from a house in Havertown, to storage unit in Willow Grove, to storage unit Warminster, to a house in Chalfont in 3.5 hours. Everything was wrapped, tied down and blankets were put on items to keep them safe during the move. Nothing was chipped or scratched. They put everything in the new house exactly the way I wanted it and even put a mirror on a my dresser for me using their own screws because I didnt have any. They were absolutely amazing and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

The men were prompt arriving around twenty minutes ahead of time. Were very efficient getting everything in the truck. We had extra boxes they were not aware of but they took care of them. They worked quickly and got everything in the me place just fine. Guys were cordial and would recommend them if you need to move.

Men arrived right on time and called 30 minutes before arrival. Shrink wrapped my furniture, loaded the truck very quickly. and they arrived at the destination 15 minutes after I had gotten there. They maneuvered my large sectional sofa very deftly without any damage to the sofa or the doorway into my condo. It was a very tight fit due to the building being 100 years old. They did a great job. I couldnt have asked for more than what they did and how quickly they got the whole job completed. Even my wife was happy.

Unbelievably sloppy - THEY FORGOT TO BRING SUPPLIES!Hired them for a full service move across the city. They were supposed to pack my things up into boxes, load them onto the truck, and haul them. All pretty standard moving company stuff. I got the move scheduled about two weeks in advance. And confirmed the details over the phone at least once. The day of the move comes along, and they dont have anything with them aside from the truck and a hand cart. No boxes, or tape, or any other packing supplies. You know, one of two things I needed them to bring (the other being the truck). And all they could offer was a whoops-- lets try again tomorrow. I dont usually write reviews, but they managed to mess up basically the one main thing I was hiring them to do. Customer service was nice about it at least, but like... How do you mess that up?? Horrible look for a national company in a big city

Two Men and a Truck did an in-town move for my elderly mother and I would NOT recommend. In particular, the front office customer service is terrible if you have any problems -- they pick up the phone, but when I needed to speak to a manager, he took several days to return calls/emails, despite assurances that he would respond they same day. And he never offered viable resolutions to my problems either, so we just swallowed the costs and did the extra work ourselves.My major issue with this company is that crew seems to lack training. They were kind and hard working, but did not label boxes or record an inventory while packing, which meant they had no idea what was in each box nor where it should go in the new house. The crew just dumped everything in the new house without consideration of setting furniture on the floor in a logical place, or even with drawers facing out. I expected that we would have to move a few things, but not unpack a jumble of things like some tetris puzzle, and I had to spend a few hours moving furniture around so my my mother could even walk into a room and start unpacking. Every other mover Ive used in the past has been much more organized and left the house in a live-able state, and but that was not nearly the case with this company. Their packing service was atrocious -- they just dumped stuff into boxes with no padding or anything, and wrapped things like blankets in layers and layers of cellophane rather than just putting them in a box. Two Men and a Truck was also 25% more expensive than a quote I got from another reputable mover, but that company couldnt fit me in their schedule.

My crew showed up on time and ready to go. They were blazing fast but still took care to blanket and wrap all of my items. Absolutely not a moment of time was wasted, but I would like to suggest that corporate spend more on streamlining the paperwork process. The moving crew shouldnt have to spend more than 5 minutes wrapping up a job because theres 20 pieces of paper to sort through.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was great. The office team kept me informed before the move and answered all of my questions. On moving day, the crew called to say they could arrive early which was great. The loaded everything carefully and quickly, taking great care and wrapping up items they thought might need extra protection. When we arrived at my new apartment I was surprised to find there were more stairs up to my unit than I expected. This was a big problem and made the move in extra hard but the crew were great. They kept positive attitude and got me moved in quickly and carefully. I would recommend them to anyone who understands the value of paying for quality service and I will definitely use them again. I couldnt have asked for a better moving company.The two men arrived promptly to my apartment in Center City Philadelphia, carefully maneuvering their 26-foot moving truck down the tricky alley streets, and got to work immediately. They were both professional and handled all my items with care and attention. Not only were the two men great, but the folks at the office were wonderful, too. They were very helpful in scheduling, and rescheduling, a convenient time for my move, answered all my questions, and I never left like I was being taken advantage of financially - all fees were up-front with no surprises. If your moving and considering getting a UHAUL yourself and moving your whole house, dont, hire 2Men and a Truck. It is totally worth it. The price was very reasonable and they moved fast. Very trustworthy team and a nice office staff to make everything easier. They put everything where it needed to go with care. Wish I went with the packers option as well, I spent 3 weeks of my time packing but hopefully this is my last move. Highly recomended. Ray, Neal, and Doug were great.

We were very pleased with our small move. There were really three movers and it seemed that was the best because we had a second floor move.They were all dressed nicely and gave a clean appearance. They were mannerly and polite and friendly.I would use them again.

I went through the Warrington division and all went smoothly. Great from start to finish. I highly recommend.

My moving team of three gentlemen for my Saturday March 2 move was the best team you could get. They were efficient and mindful to be very careful with pieces they were moving. I was extremely satisfy with the two gentlemen who performed my move from your company. They showed up as scheduled and both were very friendly and well-mannered. They explained each step in the process beforehand and performed in a very professional manner. They communicated with each other making the work run smoothly. It was nice to see these two men work in harmony without having to rearrange one piece of furniture once it was placed on their truck. They completed the move in a very timely manner with the truck well packed. After arriving at out new home they systematical place each item in the requested location in the home, removed all packing materials and assemble the furniture very quickly. I would recommend Steve and Dijon (hope that is spelled correctly) to anyone.

We had a snag with the original move date but they came up with a workable solution that ended up working out better. The 2 guys who moved us were outstanding. They were super nice, worked efficiently and packed the truck carefully so nothing was damaged. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience.....!! I just had a move completed this afternoon...it was seamless and FAST!! They movers were courteous, professional and very nice. They made my afternoon! Couldn’t be happier.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck, from the first phone call to the unloaded truck pulling out of my driveway, was terrific. The office team (Lisa) was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, ensuring that my scheduled services met all of my needs. The moving team arrived as scheduled and got right to work with a quickness and pleasant, professional attitude rarely seen these days. The team (led by Kareem) had me expertly moved out of my old place and into my new place in less than estimated time! A special comment regarding Kareem, he demonstrated superb team leadership, throughout the move he provided guidance and direction to his team members in a sincere, respectful manner. He is a wonderful mentor to his team members.​

We highly recommend the Philadelphia office. We used them to move a 1-bedroom apartment in Center City to the U-Pack facility on Richmond St. We worked with Tara and Sonya to set everything up. Both were extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. On moving day, Maroof and Noel arrived on time. They were efficient and careful loading the truck. At U-Pack, they managed to fit everything in the cube, making sure things were strapped tightly for transit. Would definitely use this group again and recommend them.

Absolutely terrible experience! The movers were not at all prepared:1. They did not bring any tools to disassemble my bed frame. Luckily I was able to borrow a tool kit from someone, but if not for that, they were going to try moving a fully assembled bed frame through narrow doorways.2. They did not bring enough wrapping material, so a lot of my furniture was inadequately packed.3. Worst of all, they didn’t fuel up the truck beforehand. I was only moving half a mile, and they took a 45 min detour to get gas when there is a gas station right outside my apartment! They didn’t even inform me they intended to stop, so I was waiting for them when I could have unpacked my car or finished packing up leftover items from my old apartment.To top it off, they left my tv at the loading dock, so I had to carry it up to my apartment myself. The entire move took way too long; I moved from a different state with more furniture last year and it took 2 hours less then!I was very displeased with the end-to-end service, and it was not at all worth the steep price. I called multiple times to share my experience with the corporate team and received no acknowledgement from them. In short, I will not be using Two Men and a Truck in the future, and I do not recommend this moving company to anyone else.**Update: they assembled my bed wrong 🙃

Best decision I ever made after looking at other moving companies, 2 Men and truck did an amazing job in getting all my furniture and boxed items safely and without any damaged to my new residence. All the furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and secured with shrink wrap. The team was very professional and always made me feel like the customer throughout the entire move! I would highly recommend using 2 Men in a Truck!

Used two men amd a truck for moving into my new house. They were significantly cheaper than anyone else. I added a protection plan that covered any incidentals. They were careful with all of our possessions and made the move a whole lot easier for us. I would definitely use their services again if ever decide to move to Phoenix.

Terrible customer service. They sent 3 guys and one spent the day talking on the phone and not helping. They were supposed to disassemble furniture and they didnt do any of it. I had to do it on the fly. Ive been trying to talk to the managers and they keep telling me theyll call back and they never do.Update,They did reach out after a few days and stepped up and resolved the issue.Thank you

I can’t blame anyone exactly the last time I moved in June 29 in 2019 on a Saturday, I had some cash stored under my Bed side drawers, Of course I remembered that couple of months later and try to figure out what happened to it and guess what the only one who could find it was the one who lift the drawers and found the cash in a plastic bag. It was $500. You guess if that is theft or not

I had needed movers in a hurry and I had called 2 places. One was less than courteous and scoffed at me for needing to hire movers in 48 hours. The other, Two Men and A Truck, were super accommodating and talked to me like we were old friends! Start to finish this experience has been one that has changed my mind about moving. I dont fear it anymore! The office employees were understanding of my situation and were trying their best to find a time to schedule the move. They heard me out on my concerns with certain items being moved and then eventually booked me for Friday the 15th. The crew of 3 arrived and introduced themselves. All were calm and laid back which helped my anxious situation! We went over the items to be moved and away we went! Soon enough everything was unloaded! EXCELLENT!

The name made be cute but the service from Two Men and a Truck is all you should ever need in a moving company.From initial pricing through my thank you to the three wonderful men who did the work, it could not have been a more stress-free afternoon.I had a co-worker not long ago who made a move using professionals for the first time and his comment the day after was, best money I ever spent.I dont know who his movers were but if you use Two Men and a Truck, Im betting youll feel the same way the next day.

I should have read these reviews before using two men and a truck. During our move 2 large painting disappeared. When this was realized my girlfriend was told that she had signed paperwork that everything was taken off the truck. Since then the company doesnt respond to phone calls from me, our lawyer or a police detective whom this was reported to. This wouldnt have gotten this far if the company had returned our phone call and attempted to make it right. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I cant say enough good things about our move with Two Men and a Truck. We were moving our parents into our home and the men who came to load and unload were wonderful. They were patient, very respectful and courteous. They handled every piece they packed both small and large with care. My parents were anxious about this move and the men worked in a way that was quick and efficient without appearing hurried. This is the second time we have used this company and we would definitely use again. From the office staff to the movers, we received professional service and clear communication. We would definitely use again!!!
