This is THE T-Mobile store to shop with. EVERY employee has been a pleasure to work with. Joel, the manager, is clearly intent on making each customer feel cared for beyond the norm. I worked most closely and gratefully with Jarred (Jared?), Joel, Kate, and Tessa—to the degree that I consider them friends 🌟🌟🌟 AWESOME store. Thank you guys ❤️

Tessa is simply the best key holder you guys have. We recommend that if anyone has received dreadful service at any T-Mobile locale, visit Tessa, in N. Augusta, she will give you on point treatment. She will make you feel like sheer utter royalty. We were getting ready to leave T-Mobile b/c of their customer service in stores and via telephone. She is so kind and sweet. Came into T-Mobile to see what they could do for me. Verizon was charging me way to much for three lines. I talked to Katelyn and she was amazing. She got me a free line so I’m paying less than half I was paying with Verizon. She got me into my Verizon app and was able to port over my numbers from Verizon. She explained everything to me and set the right expectation for me. I highly recommend T-Mobile in North Augusta and my girl Kate!

I am switching from Sprint to T Mobile and let me just say, its not exactly painless right now. HOWEVER the store manager, Joel, demonstrated the best customer service I have seen, possibly anywhere. Most certainly in a cellphone store. We are still working out the details of adding lines to a merged account but Joel has made me feel comfortable as a new customer with T Mobile. Thanks also to Tessa, who works as a sales associate there. I appreciate both of you and your commitment to assisting us in our purchases today! Strongly recommend this location!

Me and my nephew came in to see about switching from Verizon. We came just looking at pricing and everything and Kate hooked us up. She got us our third line free. She went above and beyond for us. She was about to get into our verizon app so we could get the information we needed to port our numbers over from Verizon to t-mobile. Lupe also hooked us up with some chargers for our phones. I recommend t-mobile in North Augusta, they are so nice and knowledgeable. Go see Kate and Lupe

We switched from Sprint since T-Mobile merged. Tessa is the representative who worked with us and gave the BEST service we’ve ever received from a phone company. There were a few obstacles from Sprint and Tessa made everything smooth and had an amazing attitude the whole time. She was a pleasure to work with and I’m not dreading the next time I have to go to the phone store

I have had to go to this location a couple of times in the last week. The level of customer service at this location was amazing. Tessa and Jared were both amazing. I came in with my boyfriend and had no intention of purchasing a phone or ending a 20 year subscription with AT&T, but that is exactly what happened. Katelyn was very knowledgeable and persuasive and got me to switch to Tmobile with a brand new phone and Tvision. She is excellent!

Just recently switched to T-Mobile from another service. Joel helped us switch over with ease and answered all of the questions we had. Since switching we’ve seen a huge difference in our service and any questions that we have Joel answers promptly!

Everyone one was very polite and helpful music was upbeat. Store was packed but it was lunchtime. I cant recall if 4 or 5 employees behind counter. Biy the guy no clue what his name. Im assuming manager. He is good he never stopped teaching or being helpful. Polite entire time. Everything was based on everyone learning. And thats important . I dreaded going inside, seriously !!!! but it was cool to watch the employees at T-Mobile in North August be happy and helpful !!

Horrible experience. Went into store to get a new phone. Representative- seem like she was just there. Not to assist with selecting phone or anything. Just there. Didnt go over options, so I just selected the closest phone that would satisfy my needs. She went to the back and got a phone. Did explain the features of the phone- just got phone and I figured she was activating the phone. Had to pry things out of her about basic features. Just a very cold and unwelcoming feature. No suggestions on protecting the phone. Just rung up the phone and I just needed a phone. Considered it mediocre service. Until I got it home and tried to make a call. Didnt work.Went back in the store and store manager said it was a $50 fee to return the phone. Was just in store and pretty sure he remember me because it wasnt busy and receipt has time I purchase the phone. Manager was very condescending and was over talking me. For example I inquire about the activation fee that was never mention during the purchase of phone, instead of being empathy or apologies- he chose to talk down on me. Replying that activation fees been going on for years and their cheaper then competitors. I said since the phone wasnt activated and I had to come back can it be waived. He was like no.So overall very poor service in my opinion. Original representative that was very unhelpful and not able to do her job. Store manager that was very condescending and never even acknowledged that the error was on their part.Glad its no contract. Will be looking for another mobile phone provider soon. 15 years customer been to store several time. Great experience everytime. But this time was so horrible that I would highly suggest you seek anyone but them.

Best Tmobile store

Always friendly and fun to go in, they were out of the glass type screen protector for my phone but installed a peel and stick for temporary protection until they get some more in stock. Associate said he will call when he gets some in stock...we will see but for now 5 stars.

Watch out what they sale you on. I go in to save money from another provider and all I end up doing was having to oh my way out of that provider. I guess after I pay this big bill to the other provider after about a year I may start seeing some savings. I think I’ll do business at another location for now on.

Never got my Promotional sale on my accessories. Two credits but not what I’m supposed to be receiving. I don’t want the credits I want the discounts so I can pay my bill accordingly. Total rip off !!! I’ve been by several times called customer care team and spoke to several agents. I’m paying a bill that should have never occurred! If not for the representatives promoting the sales I would have never gotten all those things. Shame on YOU!

The only problem I have is we need a tower out here near Moore road and Sweetwater road. Still have phone problems all these years. Please we need it. There are times I have no signal on phone or tablet. Its not fair. I have been very patient all these years. Other countries in remote places have better service than we do.

I have been a tmobile customer for over 12 years and have never had any problems with customer service until I went into this location on 6/23. My husband and bought me a phone, it wasnt exactly what I wanted so I went into the store and they told me about getting a Samsung Galaxy S9 - buy one get one free, so we said yes to that! Then as they were processing the returned phone, THEN they told us the bogo was for a new line only...that i had to add a line. Why would you tell me that NOW? Should have mentioned that to begin with. So no, I dont need a new line. So I said for now I just want to return the phone and get out of there. They charged me a $50 restocking fee...but that only applies to OPENED phones, my box was unopened and still sealed. The rep didnt understand, and I had a hard time understanding him..he had a horrible lisp due to his tongue piercing. We got right in the car and called Tmobile customer service and they credited my account $50. THANK YOU Tmobile, but this location.....NO THANKS!

The worse experience ever. Went in to get a new Apple iPad and instead of being asked how can I help they asked was I here for T-Mobile Tuesday... And what’s sad they really weren’t interested in helping. As employee of T-Mobile myself no customer should ever feel like they are a burden. I’ll never go back to that store.
