Doing exchange didnt work but they always nice cause i love my games.....

The last time I went to Gamestop sale associates seemed uninterested in my presence or needs. This time it was very pleasant experience and I appreciate it that for sure. Sales associate helped me get a Nintendo switch together for the boyfriend for Fathers day. He was kind of young so I dont he cared too much. Lol. But he got it done.

This is one of my favorite GameStops in all of the CSRA. The staff is absolutely phenomenal.

Went in to return my ps4 copy of cyberspunk 2077 as it was unplayable and was met by an impeccable she-ogre who had the lovely aroma of onions, while marveling at her beauty i happened to overhear some hooligans making demeaning remarks on this fat goddesses form, to which I promptly swept in and gave both fiends a verbal lashing for their discriminatory behaviors. These heroic acts were noted by the cashier and I was rewarded with a full refund and a 5% off coupon.

Tired of spending tons on collectors editions to be the last one to get it on releases. Was supposed to get The Last Of Us 2 at midnight and it was canceled. Was told they werent allowed to do midnight releases but called a couple other gamestops and theyre doing one. Cant get a refund to get it elsewhere. Spent $300 to get it later than everyone else? Makes sense. Never again will I waste time with this store.

I came here the other day to exchange my elite controller. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and staff was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Keep up the great work!

My boys love it game stop is awesome NA, SC hands down depends on whos working some are awesome!! others act like their game gods experts. NO your store clerks that tend to do extra over step boundaries a bit and I dont think they get paid for that. Just know what you looking for before you go your good only the right person will respectfully assist you without sarcasm, rudeness

I bought NBA 2K18 and got a warranty on it for only two bucks, my brother decided he didnt want it so I got a full refund and got AC Rogue instead for myself. The disc had spots on it so I called and she said they had another disc that looked much cleaner and I could keep my warranty. they had it ready for me right as I walked in the door. Basically the customer service is great!

I went into the store today to get a game to play with my kids. The lady at the register started yelling and swearing at the kids as soon as they walked in. I confronted her about it and said if I didnt leave she would call the police. Worst experience in my life. I recommend avoiding this store at all cost.

I use to love game stop but now its a no stop for me...their trade in prices are so disrespectful..like crack head pay outs...and they dont support PC which they used to...idk I think doing business beyond getting a console or a cheap trincket is just not worth it..and even the console prices are higher than some other places so in reality theyre one of my last stops...

Great selection of new and used games. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative thing is the trade-in credit you get is pretty sorry. Its​ convenient, but youll get way more money if you sell your old stuff on CL even a garage sale.

5 stars because all of our interactions with employees have been great due to the employees being so friendly, helpful and kind. I have watched YouTube videos condemning some of the ways Gamestop conducts business yet the employees deserve 5 stars based on the excellent service I have received every single time.

No one tried to sell me something I didnt want, clerk was knowledgeable and friendly, and found a game for me that wasnt on the display rack. The prices were comparable to online prices. Their selection of toys and shirts has gotten much better. I had an unexpected better shopping experience than I wouñd expect from a Game Stop.

This location is the best one in the CSRA. First class customer service of any that I have been to.

It’s a GameStop. But more than that, the staff is hilarious and friendly. No pressure to buy, just a cool place to go and talk about games. It makes purchasing from them much easier, and I wouldn’t buy from any other GameStop.

The customer service was horrible.The manager Brandon was extremely rude. He allowed others to cut me while I waited patiently. I have never been to a Gamestop so unprofessional. I would stop playing video games before I purchased anything from that store. Ive never walked into a business establishment and felt that disrespected in my life.

The sales associate Virginia was absolutely sweet. Very helpful and I hope I can get a VR there soon. :-)

Salesperson by the name of Brandon is always snappy on the phone and rude in person. Always talks too long when there is a line, and constantly berates the games I choose to buy and the games my friend chooses. Had great service until he started there.

Please go to any other GameStop in the CSRA before going to this GameStop. Since Im already local Ive been a loyal customer for about as long as Ive been down here for the past 8 years. This night in particular, because I knew they were about to close, at 8:52 p.m. I called in advance to tell them that I was about 5 minutes down the road and that I wanted to pick up the game. The guy said sure cool, that wont be a problem. Upon arriving at the GameStop at 8:59, I see the doors are locked and the gate is down. So I called again to tell them hey Im here I just wanted to pick up the game and go...well as you would no one picks up the phone. Its bad enough they already have the worst trade-in values for any game store on the face of this Earth. For me though, if you had just told me that you guys probably would be closed up two or three minutes before your actual closing time, I wouldnt even have made the trip out there, put if I verbally confirm with you before even getting there that Im on the way and I get there still before your actual closing time I would expect you to have the decency to Stand by Your Word. Safe to say,I wont be going to this game stop for a while.

I had a problem with a game that I had purchased for my son from Amazon, It has been over 90 days since my purchase so I was out of luck with Amazon. We took the game to this location in North Augusta and asked if they could help, I did not expect them to be able to but did it for my son. The guy working that day was not only SUPER friendly but he helped us even though he did not have too. I have purchased games from this store in the past but from now on it will be the ONLY store that I purchase anything game related. Bought a brand new Mortal Kombat X limited edition, came with a season pass that had already been used. Called and asked about another, was told they had them, went up to get one and was told they were all out. Bought a PSN card to purchase additional characters, hasnt worked and phone calls to the store go unanswered. Very unhappy.

My son and I tried to bring a game back that we purchased the day before that did not work. The CSR we got gave me a story of not having enough money to refund a $20 dollar game..but they had been open since 11 a.m. and we went in after 4 p.m...it didnt sit right with me so I called another Gamestop to see was this actually true! Come to find out they had never heard of this at all!! So basically he lied..he knew it didnt sit right with me so he watch us walk outside to my vehicle. While sitting in my vehicle I called another Gamestop..I was outside for about 8 to 10 minutes on the phone with another Gamestop he came out to my truck and knock on the glass and said he could refund the game now! At this point I just wanted the money and to go elsewhere. He kept trying to explain... I was of few words because he had lied! Then he has the nerves to say maam you dont have to have an attitude. (Confused I didnt say anything wrong, because I barely said anything at all) But he was the one that took the game out of my hand really fast. Also when handing my money back he made one of my coins fall intentionally how he gave it back to me! I dont have anything against Gamestop, all the others CSR thatwe have dealt with were awesome..this one was not! And to find out he is the Asst. mgr! They can do a lot better with one of the other CSR as a mgr.
