I can not say enough about this location! I recently had a bad experience at another location and was going to move to another provider. While I was in the area I decided to stop and give one last chance. I am so glad that I did!!! The Team Leader, Ian Lange, was absolutely fantastic! His customer service was impeccable. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly help me with my phone and account issues. Not only did I not leave for another provider, I went back in a few weeks later to have Ian help me get a new phone! Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.
The customer service provided by Elexia Lieberman was awesome! Elexia helped with the activation of my new device and made the entire process painless. I purchased a cell phone case and even returned to the store to purchase protective glass for my phone.

I came in at 7:15 p.m. and she wasnt upset at all and easily stayed with me pass closing time to make sure my number was ported over successfully and everything was taken care of and set up correctly! Best experience thus far, thanks to Shawn Hall at the Edgefield location! The drive from Augusta to Edgefield was WORTH IT! I HIGHLY recommend their store, especially with Shawns expertise!I went in unsure, worried, confused, and annoyed from other Verizon stores. The moment we walked in we were greeted and instantly helped by Shawn! He went above and beyond for my mother and i! She had questions and phone issues which here was able top solve. I went into the North Augusta store in Edgefield. I was helped by a young lady by the name of Jennifer Mustafa. Right away, she was very helpful courteous and professional. I told her the issue I was having with my other phones in the past and she made me feel really comfortable that I came to the right place! Overall, she helped me find a great phone for my needs and made me feel like I got a Great deal! Im referring everyone to Cellular Sales from now on!! Thank You!!

Customers need to understand that this is a Verizon authorized retailer, not a Verizon corporate store like the one on Knox Ave. Their customer service is no where close to that of an actual Verizon store. They do not provide Verizon business customers the full discount (25%) that they are entitled to because of their middle man status as a retailer. Additionally, they do not have as many promotions as a Verizon corporate store would. If you are looking to switch to Verizon, or are looking to upgrade an existing Verizon phone, stay away from this place. Its worth the extra five minutes to drive down to the Knox Ave store.
Ian Garcia was the best representative I’ve ever talked to at a Verizon store. He went above and beyond and took his time to fully explain everything to me. Highly recommend this location and this Verizon representative.
Came in to pay a bill and got fast talked into a new phone that didnt want. Xavier said hed get all my stuff from my old phone and I lost everything. Good store normally since its never a long wait. I just will never buy from him.

TYLER at 1057 Edgefield Rd North Augusta, SC was the rudest, Most unprofessional sales person I have ever come across at Verizon. TYLER would NOT sale me a new phone unless I purchased something or let him charge me to transfer information from phone to phone because he would not be making the 40.00 commission. When I told him that was ridiculous he shrugged his shoulders at me and said oh well. If the service at Verizon continues like this I will let all my Friends, Family, know that they need to look for other carriers to do business with. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER 😡
Employees very friendly but phone accessory costs are rediculously high. I went in to replace my screen saver. I was figuring around $20. WRONG!!$55. I told the rep Id order from Amazon. Came straight home, got on Amazon and ordered a 2-pack for $13.

This store is definitely open for business. The staff was friendly and well versed in answering the questions that you might have for setting up a new phone. The first Verizon store I visited in North Augusta on Martintown Rd (2 stars) provided less definitive information concerning the different deals available and their subsequent prices. However, I didnt award the last star ⭐ because once again I was fed the gimmicky sales pitch and despite wanting the cheapest option for a quality device, I walked out with a free iphone that took nearly two hundred dollars from my pocket with a promise for more upcoming charges and costs in the first few bills of a new contract. And sadly, this for an iphone SE that are probably on the verge of being discontinued with little to no resale value probably....oh well...
So out of all the problems Ive EVER had with a cellular sales. This one takes the cake. So guys, not only do they mark up phones but they also have no idea what theyre doing or what customer service is. When I tell you, I have 2 business accounts with Verizon and neither one of them will EVER touch a cellular sales again. I mean NEVER. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST THE EVANS STORE, KNOX AVE, OR HELL, DRIVE TO COLUMBIA. AND THEY JUST SWAP BETWEEN GROVETOWN AND THIS STORE SO DONT GO TO GROVETOWN EITHER. THE TCC VERIZON ON PEACH ORCHARD IS MUCH MUCH BETTER. - THE GUY TOLD ME IT WAS HIS DISCRETION WHETHER TO DO SOMETHING ON MY ACCOUNT OR NOT WHEN I HAVE AN AMAZING HISTORY AND JUST MADE A $1700 PAYMENT DUE TO A MESS UP THAT CELLULAR SALES CAUSED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Arbitration here I come.
I came to the North Augusta location and purchased 2 phones, one for myself and one for my daughter. The representative Merci greeted me at the door with a great smile and she went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues with my phone! I had pictures and videos that are very important to me and could not lose. She took the time to sit with me and make sure that everything transferred over correctly.That is more than I can say for the other store in town. They just give you a paper and tell you that you can figure it out on your own!If you are looking for a great store with amazing customer service from Verizon, this is definitely the place to come too!I got my first bill and when I opened it I was surprised that everything the representative told me was accurate and nothing more and nothing less! They perform their job here in a way I have never seen before! I am happy to say that this will be the only store I will visit from now on!
My husband came in today to buy a gizmo tablet. Greg Creeson told my husband they didn’t have any and up sold him on another tablet costing us moreMoney upfront. I went inside and he very condescendingly “mansplained” to me how this was the same tablet in the long run we are getting a better deal blah blah blah. Not listening at ALL to what I was trying to say. So I walked out of the store. My husband ended up purchasing said tablet anyways.I will not being stopping by this store to do business anymore, we will be going somewhere else. Terrible experience.

I stopped at a verizon owned store with a phone that had an invalid sim card notice on the home screen and was told that my phone was out of date and had to be replaced they would not even look at it. After trying to get service by phone and kept getting cut off I got frustrated and decided to visit another store. They were very helpful. The service rep Taryn listened to my problem and took my phone to her desk popped the sim card out and reinserted it and it worked just fine. These people were interested in customer service not just selling me a new phone and extending my contract.They will get all my business in the future.
I visited to clean up my account and see if I could save some money. Maurice met me at the door and was absolutely great! He suggested changes that I didn’t know existed. I really enjoyed meeting and talking to him. He made the experience a pleasure.

It was about 15 minutes before closing time when my wife and I walked in the door from a nearby restaurant and was greeted by Joe and Reagan. We were interested in upgrading but wasnt sure. After reviewing different phones we chose the ones we wanted. Being respectful of the fact that the store was now closed I offered to come back the next day. Well Mr. Joe and Ms Reagan said we will work with you as long as it takes. Gregg joined in to help expedite setting up the new phones. You just wont find better service or friendlier people that go above and beyond what is required to help their customers. Thanks Joe, Reagan and Gregg. You are the best!
Verizon has a great network coverage, good technical service but this visit has been off the charts. I could not be more pleased with my representative Paul Lass. My Droid Turbo was no longer charging and was at 15% battery. He not only got me into a brand new phone but changed my plan to give me more data for the same price I was paying previously. He then was able to transfer my photos and my notes from my previous phone with only 1% battery to spare. This saved my personal data, business data, and financial data.
My experience was excellent. Systems were moving slow which I don’t fault her. I understand that due to high demands of the new releases of the iPhones, the systems would move slow or have a glitch here and there, but she was very patient and was able to make sure she was still able to get what she needed done. She discussed with me on how much my next bill will be on a monthly basis and was able to switch me on an unlimited plan to SAVE me money!! Thank you, great experience. My sales Rep was Lynn Lee. Make sure to go see her at any cellular sales location or by appointment.

This review is for Verizon Wireless. This is NOT a review of this store.Having been a longtime user of Verizon Wireless. I decided to switch carriers. My billing period was June 5, 2019 to July 4, 2019. I had two lines with Verizon that I ported to another carrier on June 13, 2019. This is just 9 days this billing period that my phone was active to VerizonThe other 21 days were put in suspended service by VERIZON and I was charged for all 30 days. At the same time new carrier is providing my phone service for these same 21 days. I am getting double billed for phone service and VERIZON WIRELESS IS GETTING PAID FOR SUSPENDED SERVICE AFTER I PORTED MY TWO PHONE NUMBERS . SO BEWARE, if you leave Verizon during billing cycle and not on last day of billing cycle. They dont care cause they got paid for service I didnt receive. I say this activity is unfair. I would NOT RECCOMEND VERIZON WIRELESS.
Customer service at this location is always extremely poor. I honestly cant think of any time I have been in there, that there wasnt some sort of issue, lie, or misled information. This store alone is about enough to make me drop verizon all together.

Steve went over and above to make sure I selected the right new smartphone for my needs. He set up my new phone as close to my old phone as possible, and made sure I understood any changes before I left the store. He was so knowledgeable about the product, patient and thorough. I had a great experience purchasing my new phone thanks to Steve.
On our way to Mississippi from Sumter SC, we stopped by to pick up a car charger for our phones we got a week ago. Kellie Drake greeted us and helped us with our purchase. She also helped my husband with his VA discount and several other questions he had. Lets just say by the time we left he also had a new tablet that was 50$. Our plan which was 100$/month is now 130/month, with extra 4GB data and a tablet. Excellent service.

I went into the new store in Edgefield to check on prices for a new phone. The sales representative, Cody Connor, helped me upgrade my phone, and offered me a new tablet and a new HUM device for free. I ended up upgrading my husbands phone too. He was very professional and was able to adjust my bill to save me money, even after upgrading our phones. He even gave me his personal number to contact him if I have any needs or requests. Verizon should hire more reps like Cody! Glad to have a personal contact for all of my Verizon needs.

Megan H. is an outstanding professional who rendered the best service a customer could ever possibly want. She was meticulous in solving a huge problem involving numerous twist and turn because I lost my phone and had little information to provide to her. She pushed through and the phone situation was resolved. In words, I cannot in great detail all that was involved but it took well over 4 hours of phone calls not because of Megan but because of the many different service reps we had to go through to finally get to the right person. Megan lead the way and I am a happy Verizon customer. Thank you Megan, on a scale of 1-10, you are an 11 for customer service and professionalism.

Walk into store, stood around for approximately ten minutes, and not one employee acknowledges my presence. Although they were assisting other customers the location is small enough for at least a simple greeting and someone will assist you momentarily statement. Courtesy goes a long way in customer service. This was my first and last time visiting this new location as even though during my departure from the store there was still no verbal acknowledgements from any employee.
Was stuck in an old plan with AT&T and wanted to get out… Stopped by the store today and met with a representative name Steve Mauney. The guy was great. Got me out of my old plan with no strings attached and into a new iPhone 7. Had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Did I mention how friendly and nice they are in the store? Especially Steve. I couldnt of been happier. The place is brand-new, nice and clean, with easy access and parking. I will be going out of my way to visit this store, and to see Steve to do all my future phone transactions. Bravo!!

I love the new Verizon store located in North Augusta on Highway 25. I was having phone issues and Greg was so helpful. Greg did everything he could to make sure I walked out with a fixed phone and a happy customer. He called the warranty people for me and handled everything.

Poor service, inflated prices poor management. Extra fees you dont get from the corporate Verizon locations or on line. In full disclosure, I worked there, but my conscious got the best of me. If they put the customer 1st and management did not push to upsell things that arent needed it would be ok at best.You will literally pay $60 MORE than if you got the same phone on line from verizon. $40 set up fee they shove down your throat and the activation fee from Verizon is DOUBLE if you go through them. $20 vs. $40.

Well I came into the store because my phone was talking gibberish . A young man with a bow tie on waited on me . I wondered if he knew what he was doing . I sat here and I waited and I waited while he tried different things. When he got my phone to speak the English language I was so happy . The man would not give up until he made me smile .
