Michelle who is one of the customer representatives at the door, helped me with the issues I was having with a brand new phone I had picked up the night before. She tried several different things to get it to work and called corporate for even more help. She was patient and very kind through the whole situation which helped me keep my cool, as I had already spent several hours myself, then two hours with Verizon, before going to Best Buy as a last ditch effort. I greatly appreciated her help and if we were not under this virus, I would have given her a hug.

If you call Verizon, be prepared to stay on the phone for hours. However, when upgrading a phone on my account, I called to see if there were any deals. The only deal they offered was a buy-one-get-one-free for adding a new line, which I did not need. Because they didnt have a deal that I could use, the sales associate gave me 40% off my monthly bill for 12 months! Well worth the wait. She also suggested to go to my local store and see if they had any deals. I went to the Knox Ave. location where I received excellent customer service and $200 off my iphone upgrade.

Very disappointed with the lack of knowledge and customer service provided. My husband was due for an upgrade with his phone and so we went to the North Augusta location. We expected protocols to be in place so we didnt mind waiting. We waiting outside for 45 minutes. There was a sign out front saying please wait for assistance. 20 minutes after we arrived someone came to check us in. When it was our turn, we were brought to a counter with an associate. We let him know that we were needing to upgrade and were interested in the Pixels. When we went to look at the phones, we were told that he only knows about the iPhones because thats what he has. We werent offered to work with someone who had more knowledge or training. My husband decided to purchase one and wasnt asked what color we wanted or anything. We had to ask about the add ons such as case, and screen protector. After checking out, the associate handed us a bag with the items we bought. He refused to assist in the transfer or set up like we have always had before. Other locations offer to help with the set up and make sure their customers are satisfied.Wouldve ordered online if we knew this is what we should expect.

I am currently sitting in front of Verizon and 29 minutes ago he said it would be 15 minutes. I also asked to use the bathroom and they have no public bathrooms. They also helped the couple that got here after me first. I also feel like just because I have my volunteer work shirt on for the fire department I am on I am getting treated different I could be wrong but how is it right to help people that got here after me before me.

Its great to have a store, but neither the manager nor the associates care if they help you or not. I get qn I cant attitude EVERY time, but then I call in and the reps are quick to get me taken care of. I prefer to do business in person, but these guys just cant handle it.

Excellent location, service, and showroom. Ordered a upgrade phone from online after visiting the Evans, GA Verizon store and the Evans store could not accommodate me because for some reason it was not an eligible location to pick up my online order. So I chose the North Augusta Verizon store for my order. Very large, spacious showroom. The Evans, GA store is extremely small and cramped in comparison. I also noticed more phones and accessories on display with accurate labels/prices.

My wife went to upgrade her phone today without me. I put her on my account when we got married ten years ago. However apparently old accounts like mine are no longer cared about by Verizon and especially the North Augusta Store. After signing in my wife sat down and waited for over an hour before a service person approached her. It was at that time that she informed my wife that they could not help her without me being physically present since she was not listed on the account. I can understand this because of security reasons. However, it would have been a lot more considerate of the North Augusta store if they had informed my wife of this when she checked in. Instead of making her wait an hour. Also, when informed that they could not reach me by cell phone to confirm my information they just told my wife that they could not help her and turned her away. U mm Verizon.. are your service people so digitally focused they never thought of calling my work line??? There are more ways to communicate with someone than their cellphone. I have been a customer with Verizon for over fifteen years and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I honestly liked Verizon when it had a smaller coverage area for phone service yet a clearly better coverage ability for customer service.

Super helpful employees and they made upgrading my phone to a new plan a lot easier. Verizon gets a lot of bad rep from their higher prices, but in my opinion its worth the extra money. Ive dealt with a few issues where their customer service has always been awesome and helpful. If you go into a Verizon store with a good attitude and a little understanding that these employees are not personally responsible for your cellphone issues, youre going to have a much better experience. While in a Verizon store Ive seen people come in already angry and berating the employees. So if you read other reviews of this Verizon store, always make sure to check and see how theyre talking about their experience if you want an accurate representation of the store.

I went in to trade my IPhone 6S for a iPhone X and “Jessica”, was the solution specialist that help me. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without being pushy. She didn’t mine giving me time to think and she also answered all my questions The store was supper nice and has everything you’re looking for. I had a bad experience at the VERIZON store in Augusta on Robert C Daniel, and never want to go there again. The extra distance I drove was well worth it and so was JESSICA. She made my upgrade easy and without taking a lot of time.Great experience all around!!!

Took my father here to upgrade his phone, worked with Eric. He was informative when selecting the phone but not helpful with the set up process. The store was not busy and although I was there, it is not my job to set up the phone and answer my fathers questions. We didnt buy all the extras so it felt that he didnt want to be bothered.

Ne and my mom went here. We was getting a new I pad and a few other things. What made this visit so amazing was Alberto (I think that was his name.) He was so nice to us. I was in a lil pain because I just got a tooth pulled and he told me and my mom a story about him getting his tonsils removed. It was hilarious. I said all that just to really say he was great and we enjoyed talking with him. I hope he gets a BIG FAT raise one day!

I bought a car charger for my phone. Plugged it in and it failed to charge. The cord lit up getting power. Instead of a snug fit. It was sloppily loose fitting. I returned the charger and got my money back.

I would first like to tell you that this is an official Verizon corporate store. It is not one of those contracted third party stores. However, the staff and the manager is clueless about their services. They actually tell you that they dont provide corporate services for business clients.They need an experienced manager that can train their staff effectively and monitor the quality of service.

Was sold a replacement phone and went to get service that was not working corrected. As of today this is the worst phone yet. They just want to run you round the mulberry tree without correction. However, they just want to charge more for nothing. Am very disappointed with their service!

There are many other great service providers in the area, Id shop around. Personally, they changed our plan and did not tell us about New Line Access fees, because apparently youre supposed to pay $40/month to actually have a phone number under any new two year contract.Completely scummy people that Id avoid.

Really knowledgeable people.They do it so fast you feel stupid!Great people and great service. Just not a good billing department.They have pay by the month and cellular service is always fast and reliable.But I went with them in 2000 and every month if I went over my gigs theyd ask you to buy more or cut you off.After i cancelled i thought things were fine until this month 4, 2019 when my credit dropped 54 points because they didnt cancel and say i owe then $112 past due from 2000.So get your cancellation in writing.

I am so very disappointed in this location. No one even acknowledged that we walked into the door and then after 20 minutes I was told I had to sign in but when no one acknowledged that we even walked in the door, how was I to sign in? I was looking to buy earbuds for my son and a tablet for me but walked out only with earbuds and no tablet because I refused to purchase anything for myself and would not have even purchased the earbuds but my son was so excited to get the under armour pair. I would not even rate one star but I had to rate something to even leave this review.

We will never go in the store to purchase anything else. I love Verizon but the rep that assist me was horrible, she was in such a hurry that I couldnt even ask questions. So I get and finally activate my phone and look at my bill, this heffa done added $59 worth of add-ons to my account. Thats why I never go in the store but I needed a phone ASAP.

Horrible experience. Last minute changing of store hours for the holidays. Saw representative tun and lock door when i pulled up. Only needed to put on screen protector before I cracked my screen on my galaxy 7 edge and have to pay 200$ insurance for replacement. Was not trying to help. Once door is lock cant unlock it..store policy he says.Worst experience

This is one of the most uncouth verizon stores that I have ever visited. I was placed in the cue and was next in line. The store manager took a family that just walked in ahead of me. I expressed to the rep that placed me in the cue that I was being skipped and she tried to tell me that the manager was just getting their information. Needless to say, the manager proceeded to escort the family to her register. When I pointed out to the rep that the manager was not just getting information but was skipping me as I suspected, she came up with the excuse that the manger probably did not look in the cue. I lamented that of all people THE MANAGERSHOULD FOLLOW STORE PROCEDURES!!!!!!! at the point the rep dismissed me and said have a good day. I will not give that store anymore of my business!!!!!!

VERIZON CUSTOMERS DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU: I had a refund promised to me by Verizon. Every month I called, wrote down name, spoke to supervisors who PROMISED they would take care of the credit. The last time I called they said they closed the claim and would not be crediting my account. According to Verizon: YOU HAVE 90 DAYS TO SUBMIT IN WRITING A DISPUTED AMOUNT. EVEN IF YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT VERIZON IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE, IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM IN WRITING YOU DO NOT HAVE A CLAIM.Verizon promised me a refund until the clock ran out and then told me I was stuck with the bill.

I have been at this location before with mediocre results. Today however, we went to activate a phone we purchased from Amazon. Here, we encountered Jolisa and boy was she a ROCK STAR at what she does. She made this entire facility shine. Activated, deactivated existing phone, set up acct, had all the answers, had a total can do attitude...I was totally impressed. You just dont get this kind of knowledge, service, with such a can do spirit as Jolisa had. We were so lucky she waited on us. Jolisa....you Rock girl!!
