Pay-at-the-Pump not functioning, I dont know if its broken or disabled. Either way, it is NOT acceptable. So, if you want to fill up...which I did...you must go in, surrender your card to them, go out to pump your gas, go in to pay and recover your card, then go back out to leave. I was going to be a first time customer. I wont be back.
Ive gone in this store only a few times in the past year because of the people who work in this store now are real rude to the customers. I use to go in there quite a bit before the new owners took over and hire a woman who treats the customers like they are bothering her when they come in.
God helps you if anything happens in their store, for they will accuse you of being intoxicated so they wont have to be liable. By the way, did you know that BP has an instore daycare where you can bring your child to work behind the counter? I am guessing to train them at an early age to be a cashier.
