Came here to do a very simple return and had the worst experience! I was told that my girlfriend has to wear a mask despite the mandate being lifted when we initially entered. We aren’t insane so I complied and asked the employee if they could give us a spare mask to which he responded “oh, we only SELL masks here. Sorry bro.” So we left…and are sad… Thank you Uniqlo :)

This was my first time visiting the store and I liked it. Uniqlo appears to have quality basics. I bought a few items for my daughter because they had t shirts for her favorite Anime. I also purchased a sweater for me and another outfit for her. I am plus and there still a few options for me. Ill be back.

Nice store with good basics for layering. I love the heatteck line it really helps keep me warm in the winter time. Overall everything is priced right and the staff here are very friendly and helpful.

New return policy (which was hidden in fine print) is terrible. You cannot return purchases to store anymore. Have to send it back to warehouse and pay for shipping. Seems they changed in Oct 2020 and it by far the worst and most restrictive of any clothing retailer I have shopped recently. Shame as I loved a lot of their product, but will not shop at UNIQLO any longer.

A very well laid out Uniqlo location with a large collection located near a metro station. DMV area so far has Uniqlo locations in Tysons corner, Union station and this one. Union station location is too small and Tysons corner is very out of the way. This is a perfect location.The layout of the store is quite logical for the most part but some areas have mixed male and female merchandise so you should take a look around the store at least once before spending all your time looking for what you like in a particular gender specific section.Overall, it is located in a convenient location, easy to reach via public transportation system and also large enough to carry a considerably large collection unlike the DC counterpart.

It was my first time at a Uniqlo store and it was definitely a good one. The staff was constantly folding and organizing the merchandise making it easy for customers to find their desired styles and sizes. One of the staff members even took the time to look for a particular shirt for me that the system said they had one available in store and she successfully hunted it down for me. Also perfect location; its right in the middle of the strip. I would definitely come back to do some more shopping.

Good quality clothing, but customer service left something to be desired. I had called ahead to ask if I could return an item that I bought online, and they had said yes. Upon coming into the store, the store manager did not allow me to return the item. The manager was also not responsive to my questions or concerns when it came to product details/exchanges

Beware! This store has return policies that are worse than any store I’ve ever shopped at. Even worse, they are constantly changing and not apparent up front as you are purchasing in store or online. Do not assume that policies follow industry standards. Shop elsewhere!!

Great clothes for crazy good prices. Their quality is so much better than something like H&M or Zara but priced around the same. Employees are all wearing mask and signage is up to make sure customers do the same.

Bright lights in this store, loud music seemed to be louder near the checkout, store was empty but no service by the staff could either be good or bad depending on your point of view, good if you want to be left alone bad if you want help. Lots of good product at various price points. Store was clean, and as stated well lit.download the app get tracked but they pay you a few bucks to do so, so theres that. Heat tech clothes great for winter

Unpleasant! Not allowed to use fitting room; and not even the display ones asked by an assistant.Lastly, Uniqlo changed their return policy! They do NOT accept any returns ordered from online. I have to pay an extra $7 for returns. That doesnt make sense at all. DONT BUY ANY FROM UNIQLO.

Amazing products, the best quality you will find for the price. Very polite staff, they always go out of their way to help. Love the atmosphere of cleanliness and order as well as well as the organized and meticulous customer service.

I went to pick up an item I purchased online. The place is very neat and bright. The sales representative was very kind polite and I didnt have to wait long to receive my items. I even tried them on before walking out the store.

Love the clothes. They only go up to XL in store (although thats fine for me). Great prices.

I’ve made my order 7 days ago, but never receive any update email.They canceled one of my item and just sending an email to notify me. If you don’t have the item in stock then you shouldn’t sell it! That very disorganized and unprofessional for doing business!I check the shipping status from my order history that my other items were delivered on the next day at their location after I made the order. Because I would pick up at store. But I never receive an email for pick up!I’m so disappointed and it’s such a terrible shopping experience! This is my first time shopping at your online store and will be the last time shopping at Uniqlo!

Smaller than NYC, of course, but still good selection of their clothing products and sale items. Good crowd on Saturday. Reasonably fast service in spite of that.

Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Lots of different stores around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A must stop for the Uniqlo fan.

Very disappointing experience here. I had bought a bunch of clothes, got home and realized two were the wrong size and too large for me. I missed the 2 month return window, so I called the store and was told I should come in and speak to the manager on duty and they could accept a return at their discretion (clothes never worn, tags on, had receipt). I head in, grab another sweater to buy, and wait in line. At the front I am told by an individual in charge right now (not a manager?) that they can never accept returns after 60 days. A huge waste of my time- why wasnt I told that on the phone? Really frustrating customer service, seemingly for no reason.

Placed an order online for dry pique polos at a nice discount with free shipping. However, the next day I received an email saying that my order was cancelled because the items I ordered were no longer available. Apparently Uniqlo likes to sell things they dont actually have in stock. Yikes, online buyers beware.

I love this store! It is moderately priced and very unique. A lot of natural fibers.

This store is larger than most Uniqlo stores, and the staff is very helpful with any questions. The prices are unbeatable for the quality, and theres free hemming on pants above $20 (and theyll be ready within five days).

You really cant go wrong with Uniqlo. Their clothing is well made, simple, minimalist, and goes with basically everything.

Location is small and doesnt have a lot of merchandise. Tysons location is better. However, staff is super helpful and friendly.

A very large uniqlo with great selection. Uniqlo always has quality clothes for a good price. One feature about this store was that the men’s section was actually very large. It was almost the size of the women’s section. This meant a lot of choices and a lot of colors. If I’m in the area I will be back!

Store layout is alittle odd, mens sections was definitely spaced out differently. Service and selection though were top notch. Had to exchange an item i bought online a few weeks ago and experienced no issues.

The staff here are always really friendly, helpful, and efficient. It can get pretty crowded so get here early if you can.you can usually get a few bucks off if you get their app too.
