So we needed help with multiple things and we went to the AT&T on the strip we were stuck there 2 hours and came out with nothing that we needed help with then tonight we went to this AT&T and we met this worker named Kayla M. Very kind and sweet she helped up along side with the not so great customer service and got all 4 needs taken care of in a little over an hour. Thank You Kayla For helping me and my grandmother with are service ☺️

I went into this location looking to get a new phone. There was complication with the transaction I wanted to make and I would have had to figure things out with customers service, which is fine. I was in the store for no more than 30 seconds to find out that information.I have a sister that works at another location. The employees have a group chat and my sister(who is at the other location) is in this locations group chat. My sister informed me that the staff had texted my her to say very unpleasant things. Only a few words were exchanged between myself and the staff, so I am very disappointed to hear about the lack of professionalism in this facility. If I could give this negative 5 stars, I would. Do better.

I stopped into the store with a printout of the phones and plan I had selected. Betsy was the only AT&T worker in the store and not only assisted me with a high level of knowledge and grace but all of the customers who were coming in at the last minute as well.I waited while she assisted one individual with getting back into his account and then right at closing time she had 2 more individuals walk in that had come from another store for a specific phone.Betsy maintained her composure through working with me, the other individual in the store, and assured the two new customers she would not leave until she had made sure to take care of them, despite the fact that it was past closing time.Betsy got me through my transaction — 4 phones and new lines being moved from another provider — with no trouble. She was very knowledgeable about the products and asked me great questions to make sure she was helping me get all the accessories I needed.Once my transaction was complete she moved along to the other two new customers and did not act as though she was in a hurry to get out of there. I am very happy I had the opportunity to work with her and hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

Went in looking for a new phone and making sure my plan was good. Got a new phone updated my plan to unlimited and saved money!! Thank you Kayla for your help!!

I have spent hours trying to resolve issues with payment and autopay service it has been 8 months and I still haven’t been able to get this autopay to work I’ve been to store over and over and still not working. the reps are wonderful and they need payed more for what they do last night the rep was on a three way call to fix all of the issues with billing tech support and myself in the store and still today I’ve spent hours trying to get theses issues resolved and as of yet. They are not resolved

Isaiah was extremely knowledgeable of the apple products and benefits of AT&T he got me signed up with AT&T! Leaving T-Mobile with better service. Less expensive monthly cost and an absolutely fantastic customer experience! A+++

Isiah and his manager on North Main Street North Canton were wonderful in helping me lower my monthly bill and help me select the best deals in upgrading my phones. They were very thorough and made me feel like I made the right choice. Thank you guys, you both were wonderful!

My visit today was great korey was excellent. I had to call several times to customer service to order a phone and every time they cancelled the order for security purposes. Which I am not sure why but all together I was on the phone for 4 hours and waited two weeks to still have no phone. Korey was able to get me in and out within an hour and he made the process so easy and less stressful. I was able to walk out with the phone I wanted along with wonderful service.

Went in to look at my options coming over from Tmobile and didnt expect to buy a phone. But after talking with Isaiah for a short while I left with a new Galaxy S21 Ultra! He made everything super simple and explained the details of the transaction just as easily as he described how to use my new phone. Definitely impressed with the customer service 👍

Isaiah helped out a ton getting me on my own plan as well as getting me a new upgrade! I highly recommend it and him!

I got my new phone today. I went in and it was really easy and the people that work there on sundays are the best. He really explained everything to me and i have a really great understanding of my phone payments now.

AT&T on North Main Street helped solve all my problems I was having with my account! We changed my plan and added 2 (bogo) apple watches without even raising my bill! Great and friendly staff! Amazing location!!

Caution doing business with this store. Get any agreement in writing, do not trust that you will get the agreement online until you see it in the e-mail. To keep the story short, went in to get a prepay plan, they did not offer it in the store, but they gave me a better offer with a different type of account. I did the whole transaction on their touchpads. End result when I got the bill, there was an activation fee that was not supposed to be there ($35) and the contract had to be paid at the full price for 3 months before the discounts they promised kicked in. When I went to look for what I signed up for, online showed me nothing that I verbally agree to. I as able to work with AT&T directly to get me out of the mess. I strongly recommend staying away from this store.
