I was happy that gamestop survived having to close down because I love browsing the figures because lets face it. Video games are mostly digital nowadays and the only reason I even go to gamestop is for collectibles. I pre-ordered 2 demon slayer figures 3 months in advance and they never shipped them to the store i preordered from and they became sold out on the website. I had to get a refund for the figures because they couldnt get it for me. Maybe they didnt account for how popular of a show it was but if they really cared about their customers they would work harder to get them their preorders.and when handing me the money the associate had the audacity to ask me if i wanted cash back or if i would like to preorder any games. Mother Fer upsaled me lol I will never pre order anything else from this store and I would advise anyone else not to.

I am very very picky on the games I play. I asked the employee for a game that is somewhat in the ballpark of the games I play. The game she offered is now my new obsession (very well priced). I was very happy with my experience.

Team member explained the new pre-order policy for the Black Series figures... Needless to say Game Stop has left me very displeased.

All game stops are the same. What made this s different is its employees. Sales guy couldve sold me a PS4 n then Id probably went n got a PS5 but he told me dont waste my $ wait for 5🤔😁😅

Very friendly and knowledgeable about everything that has to do with gaming entertainment. Doesnt mind just being friendly when they arent busy and talking with potential customers.

Cool store, but your better off selling used games to private buyers than to get pennies on the dollar for them here.

Smaller store than the ones Im used to. They have a lot of overwatch stuff, which is what I went for. They had everything I wanted for my Switch also. Great one stop shopping trip.

Probably one of the best GameStop Ive ever been at. You can tell the guy running the show there truly cares about his job and it shows

Horrible experience. We went in to buy a refurbished old-style Xbox 360. Simple... Wrong. They gave us the new style. We called them and told them the problem. They said just bring it back and we will exchange it. We took it back but forgot the receipt. They refused to look up our order by her phone number. We were told we could get a picture of the receipt and use it. We did that. We were then told no we could not use the Picture of the receipt to return it even though it had all the information on it. 3rd trip back we just wanted a refund. The staff and assistant manager were very rude to us. They lied to us on several theres different occasions as well during this whole ordeal. Once I pointed out his lies he told me he would call the police on me because I was causing a disturbance. I asked him to please do so so I could please get a refund and get out of here. He continued to argue with me and even went as far as saying I could not be a real customer that I had to be a plant from another store. We stopped going to this store years ago because the staff was very rude. We will NEVER return.

Great place to get your gaming things

My son was in the store looking at games when a store employee asked him if he was going to buy anything. When he said no he was just looking the employee asked him “Then why are you in the store” what a wonderful business model you have I guess if you are not buying anything you are not welcome in the storeDon’t worry we will never walk in the store again or any other game stop and I will tell everyone I can about what happened

The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were a bit high though.

One time they changed the display super funky (managers idea) and it made it very difficult to browse. This was over the summer, not sure if its the same way? Hopefully not!

Always get my pre-orders and collectibles from this one. The ASM Matt is one of the best gamestop employees, if not the best, Ive have had the pleasure of getting merchandise from. Hes a great guy. Always ask for Matt!
