Ive had to utilize their services twice now. Ive had two Mustangs over the last 7 years, one Grabber Blue and one Velocity Blue. Both vehicles were paint matched as expertly as though it came straight from the factory. The damages that were repaired disappeared and you cant even tell anything ever happened. Theyll give you a quote upfront and keep you updated if anything changes. In both of my experiences, the initial quote was what I paid. They work fast to get you back on the road in your vehicle. This is the one and only body shop Ill ever use.

Can’t say enough great things about Mike, Jamie, and the rest of the guys down there! Had a run in with a deer on the road (unfortunately) and they completely redid the front of my Honda CRV, it looks brand new! They do fantastic work in a timely manner and are very professional. They do their best to give you great rates and their work is STELLAR! I cannot recommend them enough. If you need a place to get your car fixed by people you can trust, you have found the spot!

These guys did great work on my ‘08 Dakota! Had my front fender repaired, rear bumper touched up and a bed panel repair. They were very fast and easy to work with. I highly recommend and will be back if I need body work on any of my vehicles.

Mike and his folks are always on the ball and provide excellent service at great pricing. This is THE body shop to use in the area if you want honesty and integrity in the repair of your car. Don’t trust hack jobs and big corporate places that only bow to the dollar. These folks will treat you, and your vehicle like family.

Top notch shop! I had bought a work van with a smashed up door (at a great price!) Mike, the owner, helped me out, finding me a used door and painting it. The paint match was spot-on. He also gave me some tips to remove the glue residue all over the sides. (The van had previously had decal signage). I got all the work done at an excellent price which still kept the van within my budget.Thanks, Mike! Customer for life.

After side swiping my Tundra along a parking garage entry, I was so distraught! I then googled body shops and found Palmetto Collision. I liked that they had a way to upload photos to try to get an estimate for repairs. I worked with Mike and John who made the whole experience seamless. Work was beautifully done - couldnt tell there had been a problem. Cost to repair was fair and work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Mike and John, I certainly would. I had an issue with my insurance company and had to pay for repairs out of pocket. I explained my situation to Mike and he gave me a fair price, the repairs were done in a timely manner, and their work is flawless. These guys are genuine, courteous, professional, and they went above and beyond for me. It was already a stressful and upsetting situation for me, but they made the repair process seamless and I am eternally grateful. I hope that I wont have a need for their services any time soon, but if the need arises I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Thank you, John and Mike!

I was referred by a guy at Geralds. He was not wrong. What a great experience. They did an amazing job fixing the disaster that was the front end of my car. Very reasonable pricing and quality service. They even stayed after hours to make sure my rental car arrived, and Mike Sr. drove me to Enterprise to drop my rental back off in a pinch. Great small business!

I have had a couple of great experiences with this shop. Both were for minor issues, but I was treated as if I were spending a lot more money with them. These folks are straight-shooters, and I feel they are honest with their pricing and recommendations. Owner, Mike Stallings, is the best. Bonus, that you can enjoy a beer at Holy City Brewerys tap room, just across the alley, while they take an initial assessment of your vehicle. :-)

I had some minor damage to the paint on a nearly new car. These guys handled the job very professionally, for a reasonable price, and the results are perfect! I hope that I dont have to use them again, but if I do, I am confident in the level of work that they perform.

I am surprised this place doesnt have any reviews. The guys are Firestone suggested I go here, and I was not disappointed. The area is a little shady, but it is right near Holy City brewery, so the area isnt so bad.The prices were more than fair, and the guys that work there seem extremely honest. (And really easy going)Would recommend.

Excellent job

This shop is a joke, and the owner BRIAN is the biggest liar alive, I wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy.. The experience here was horrible, Brian had my car for over 5 months and still wasnt able to fix the car. Told me the car was ready once he had it for 3 months pulling out of his shop my tpms sensors turned on on the dash, then driving down the street you can hear something loose in the rear, the whole subframe was loose in the rear, had to take it back for him to have my car sitting for another 2 months. Had to go pick up my car from the dealership because I was told by BRAIAN (shop manager) that he couldnt do anything to fix the car, and that its my problem now to figure it out.. he took my car to about 10 other shops to get done, No one wanted to touch the car because of the garbage work that he had already done to the car.. Im currently now getting the car done the RIGHT way not using palmetto collision joke of a team! Frame is still bent BRAIN and his team installed the rear subframe with out pulling the frame straight, causing the rear tires to be side ways, and the car driving like total garbage! STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE FRAD SHOP, MONEY HUNGRY FOR GET ABOUT THE SAFTY OF PEOPLES LIVES!ROBERTPS:GO TO A REAL BODYSHOP! And make sure your insurance company accepts the joke of a shop you go to
