The service was incredible. Chris, Sabrina, and David were fantastic to deal with. They had my repairs done 2 days prior to expectation and all the time updated me on status. They handled the insurance as well as rental car for me. Just Great Professional service and good people. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Even though Im deploying they wouldnt hold my car in there yard till they could work on it. Coworker told me the place is pretty bad. Then VW collision center told me caliber uses substandard aftermarket parts than are prown to failure, and that not only could they hold my car in their lot, but will install OEM parts, with a VW garentee. Do yourself a favor, if the insurance is paying out on it, go with your dealership.

I unfortunately had to use a body repair place, twice, due to car accidents. We have used Caliber collision both times and it has been the best choice for a bad situation. I have used this shop in the past and they always go far above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I cant even tell where there was damage on my vehicle. They even stayed late to ensure my vehicle would be finished by the time they promised. They helped me with the claim process and were very helpful. They even let me know my battery may need to be replaced as it had a low charge, and that wasnt even part of the repairs. They washed it for me before returning it and it looked great 👍

I purchased a brand new Volkswagen earlier this year and not even a month into ownership, a deer ran into the side of my car and did about $5,500 of damage to the headlight, the panel, the fender, and the hood. I asked the saleslady from Stokes Volkswagen, where Id purchased the car from, what company she recommended for repairs and she said Caliber Collision on Ashley Phosphate. I also have Liberty Mutual, who listed them as a recommended provider for customers. Overall, the process was pretty simple and not at all stressful. Paperwork and dropping the car off took all of 5 minutes. They called me with updates on the repairs and when I called about an issue with one of my cameras, they immediately offered me an appointment and a rental car at no cost to me. They were very professional and friendly staff. I definitely recommend them.

Caliber Collision did body repair work on my truck. The work, service and communication, so far, has been exceptional. There is a delay on Ford parts. Caliber Collision will notify me when the parts are in so that they can complete the work.

I have been in the Charleston area for almost two years. Unfortunately, this is the second time I needed body work done to my truck. I first used Fender Mender (FM) but decided to give Caliber Collision (CC) my business this time around.I was very pleased with the quick drop off system CC had compared to FM. Matt was my agent and he spoke to me in a professional way and explained everything to me. I wasn’t spoken down to nor kept in the dark like FM made me feel.CC has a text update system that Matt used to keep me updated. When they ordered my parts, when the conducted the work, and when they figured my truck would be ready. FM never gave me that courtesy.When I arrived for pickup, the front desk process was quick. I received my paperwork and made my payment. No wait or hassle. FM made me wait almost 45 minutes to get my truck.Matt showed me exactly what was done, even tho I had the paper explaining the details, patiently and wanted to assure I was satisfied with their work. FM walked me to my truck and was in a hurry to go back inside.My truck looked like it did when I drove it off the lot. I was very impressed with their work. The repairs and painting was done perfectly with no signs of repair. FM work was not perfect. You could see where they tried to smooth their work but left ripples.I’m very impressed with CC and will use them again in the future if I’m in need. Matt was very professional, completed my repairs to my satisfaction, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

My car was being repaired and when I received it back it smelled like mildew. Come to discover that my whole passenger side floor was soaked with water. When you touched the carpet water was covering my hand. They also left off my emblem for my car.

These people do what they say they will fo, so rare these days! They finished my car within a week. And did a beautiful job! They did the work for less than the estimate! My husband had his car repaired at the same place several years ago, and got the same outstanding treatment! Hopefully I won’t have to use them again, but they have our business for life!

Beyond excellent service! These guys we’re able to give me a fair quote and set an appointment instantly in the same week. They gave me an estimated time on how long it would take as well. After dropping my car off they also gave me a ride to work. When I came to pick up the car, they weren’t finished but again offered me a ride back home. Jason then told me they’d finish working on my car and drop it off to me at my house. Once i received my car back, the quality of work was excellent! It looked like nothing was ever damaged. They truly went above and beyond with the service I received. From the receptionist, to the mechanics, to the manager, it’s a great group of people working here. Let me tell you this place is FANTASTIC! I had a unique issue happen with my car and they absolutely blew me away with the quality of the repair on my vehicle. From the paint to the glass replacement, everything was done with upmost precision - I couldnt tell that there was an issue. Color is spot on and the paint shines. Jason and his team were polite and went up to bat for me against the insurance company to make sure things got fixed right. I appreciate everything they did for me. Very happy and impressed with the services. Jason was very professional and accommodating. The snapshot estimate of cost was competitive and it took less than ten minutes (other centers took 30 minutes or more to give me an estimate). My wifes car had a significant scratch down the side doors and back panel. Professional body repair is not cheap! He gave me alternatives tips including DIY and had his tech buff out and touch up the scratch which made a huge difference. After being very disappointed about the scratch, my day brightened up after going to Caliber Collision. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee, drinks and candy. I highly recommend them!

Great staff and quick service! They did a great job on the body work my car needed and provided a quick estimate. They even provide fresh popped popcorn and bottled water while you wait in their very clean and comfortable waiting area!

Went in for a quick estimate on some minor paint scratches and they were able to fix right away with little wait. Friendly staff and great crew...they even washed my entire truck before I left. Would highly recommend to family/friends and would go there again for any future needs.

The staff was very nice and cordial. Jason went above and beyond, the foglight on my daughters car was ajar and hanging inside the bumper. I went to another body shop right down the street they told me to come back in the morning they would have to remove the bumper and it would be at least 1.5hrs of labor. Jason took a look, told me to make my self comfortable and he would let his guy take a look. 15 minutes later he came back with my key and told me to have a nice day.....It was fixed~~Its great to know that there are still honest people in business. Ive been to them two times in the past and they always do excellent work-- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM--

Great service, super friendly. Eddie installed a spoiler in my Nissan in less than an hour - even though there appeared to be a design flaw he had a solid workaround and it looks great!

Pretty bad experience. They said they would have my car ready in 2 weeks with at least 2 status updates a week. Were currently wrapping up week 4 and theyve called twice for status updates and once to inform me theyd need AT LEAST another week. So now im looking at more than double the said wait time. Youre better off at another location.Update: Were now looking at 6 weeks for a 2 week repair.

The staff is good but as far as mechanical work I dont believe they try. They tell u they can but I dont think they have a mechanic shop to send cars to. They total lost my car behind $50 worth of parts,that my cousin put on in 15 mins. I think they find other things wrong because they dont have an actual shop. When I asked who looked at it they say they cannot disclose the information about my car. Which makes me think they are hiding something.

I have been in my fair share of car accidents and dealing with insurance and then the repair place can get super frustrating! However, Caliber Collision on Ashley Phosphate really made this process super easy and hassle free, not because the whole entire staff was extremely nice and helpful they were also very professional. They took the time to explain to me what exactly is going to be done, and if something extra needed to be done they called to check if I wanted to move on with the repairs. When the car was ready to be picked up i just signed the paper and left. Also they did a fantastic job on fixing my bumper where someone rear ended me. They made sure to make the car spotless when they cleaned it, Im pretty sure they even detailed the inside because I know it didnt look that nice when I dropped it off! All in all great place!

Very unprofessional! Not satisfied at all with the service. We had to take our vehicle back 3x for uncompleted work they said they done only to find out it wasnt completed. Instead of Caliber calling to let us know that our vehicle was ready, Enterprise called to let us know that Caliber was canceling service on the rental and for us to pick up our vehicle today or we will have to pay out of pocket. Still today not completed!! Instead of replacing the parts that are under stress and strain (metal) they ignore and try to fix the problem with the same parts. Instead of listening to the problem they talk around it and ignore the issue all together. sure you test out/check your vehicle before leaving.

They worked with me on my vehicle and they kept me on loop on whats going on. Also they fixed my vehicle ahead of schedule.

Always very friendly and accommodating. We had paint chip from a previous job they did (another vendors error), and they didnt hesitate to ensure that it was redone and a rental car arranged.

So today was definitely a terrible day as far as weather and typical Charleston traffic. Fortunately I had planned on having my vehicle towed, so I can finally begin to get back on the road after a recent accident. The insurance company set us up to have Caliber take a look at our damages, but unfortunately after 4 phone calls whilst in bumper to bumper traffic, they informed me they were going to send the driver on another dispatch since someone hadnt quite made it to the house seeing as traffic had the roads in disarray. So were discussing now with the insurance company recommending a more trustworthy and reliable facility where the team actually enjoys their work and what that entails. If you cant be accountable when circumstances call for action, dont enlist yourself to be of service to your community. Hope you all find yourselves a more motivating source of enthusiasm to fall back on throughout your difficult days together. Despite making my day difficult, its just disappointing to see a lack of ethic. I took 3 hours out of my work day to deal with the insurance company today, your entire company has the same choice to make in regards to circumstantial importance.

I dropped my car off to get it repaired and received a call asking for my permission to have my car sent to the Summerville location as they were pretty booked, which I appreciated. The repair was flawless and I could not have asked for a better job done. I picked up the car and they noticed a bad overspray job on one of doors from a previous repair. Although it was not their fault, the manager (Jason Stuff) offered to have it taken care of. I got the car back not 10 minutes later to find the door also flawlessly done. They were professional, courteous, and kept me in the loop of important updates. If you need your vehicle repaired I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Yes the staff is cordial but the service is horrible. All i need is tire rods ($40 parts) and they try to total loss my car with extra costs. My wife got u ended in a 2017 and they total lost it leaving her upside-down with payments and they are trying to do the same with me. They put rust from my floor pan in my estimate but that wasnt caused by my accident. They added my custom wheels and valve stems ($20) which i already have and all this brings my car to a total lost id rather fix my car myself than have them take it and leave me with no car and payments.I would be crazy to let you and your business to get my car again. Its been there for a month with no repairs whatsoever. I think that you should state that you only do body work. I believe that your shop is not equipped or fit to fix any car and will not try to fix it. Once again i believe that the shop finds any excuse to total loss a car just to get paid not caring about wat the customer has to pay. I dont believe that u sent it to a mechanic because they will not say wat company looked at the repairs and try to tell me what i want fixed

Got Tboned in my car, Russell took care of me and made sure everything was 100% brand new, painted everything over, retinted windows, car was in better shape than when I bought it at the dealership 100/100 if I could.
