Replace my windshield through my insurance on my old Mercedes and did an excellent job. The girls in the front desk were a pleasure to deal with and they arranged for the extra parts my car needed. I hopefully wont need their services again, but would not hesitate to go back if I needed to. Highly recommended.

Nice people, very organized & friendly. My 1st Windshield replacement, And it was on my first luxury suv. (retired but busy) So I made an appointment, my insurance & all paperwork done for me prior to arrival. Good coffee,too! Just sign & drive. Looks so much better. Great service, but man were they hard to find!

Had my back window of my small truck broken out by a large truck throwing up debris on I526 West. This was on a weekend. Called Glasspro on Monday to see if they could get me in and replace my back window.Within three hours I went into the Dorchester Road branch and they took care of in less than two hours covered by my USAA auto insurance. Polite, courteous service with confidence it would be done right.

I saw the commercial on tv for Glasspro. I called the telephone number at 8 pm and the owner picked up the phone. He then had the office contact me for an appointment. The entire crew was outstanding from Tammy Bowman to the installers. They even went over my entire car to make sure any and all dents, etc. were noted on the sales form.Great job. Called on the day of my appointment to confirm the time and was told around 1:00 pm. 2:45 comes around and no call and no show. I called again and they couldnt reach the technician by phone or text. Oh well someone else will get my business.
