ZALES is a fkn joke. I complained 3 times about a wedding band thinning. Each time its ok.. is all I am told, then the band snaps... you all then charge $300 to repair it. Really.. How much would have cost when I requested it 3 times prior.... I hope your whole company goes bankrupt. This is not the first issue I have had but it will be the last
Horrible experience every time I go in there. I was there last Jan. to get my ring inspected & they advised they had gone digital, so I didnt need my paperwork anymore. A little thing called COVID prevented me from going in June, so I went into today. Asked me for my paperwork, advised didnt need it. Couldnt find my purchase from 12/23/2015 of an Aquamarine w/diamonds on the side. Although, they could tell that a watch was purchase. (which was the same day by the way back in 2015). I have receipts to back everything up. NOTHING but issues every time I go into this store. Looking to upgrade today, so they probably lost about a 2K. sale today. Will take my business elsewhere so I dont have to deal with this hassle anymore.

Ordered online. Website said they have the ring. 1 month later still havent got my order. Online customer service is unhelpful. says they cant cancel my order. The local store wont answer their phones. A company that charges customers thousands of dollars should give their customers a better experience 0 stars.

My first experience in Zales (Northwoods) was tonight and I would prefer not to go back after my in-store experience. My husband bought an additional wedding band last year and no paperwork was provided for the diamond bond warranty. Upon entering the store; my husband asked questions regarding the paperwork and how we go about getting my band inspected. The young lady said we needed the paperwork and that there was no other way. I asked if we could provide a phone number, she sucked her teeth and proceed to ignore my questions. My husband proceeds to step in, locate the receipt & warranty (in his email) because he can clearly see I’m annoyed and then asks for the store manager. Store manager says there is absolutely nothing that can be done and the next time I needed to print my paperwork out and they would back date the signature. I’m thinking he’s joking because what if we were out of town...what if we didn’t own a printer? I was mistaken in thinking it was a joke. I called the corporate office and gave my complaint. The corporate office had to call the store and ask them to printout the paperwork and sign it. Either way the customer service and first time experience was terrible. Employees willingness to help and provide superior customer service starts with the store manager, Andy failed. As a result, now I know why EVERY KISS BEGINS WITH KAYS!
I will never buy anything else from zales. I bought my fiances engagement ring from here. The day I proposed to her there was a diamond missing. OK we can get it fixed. Take it back to have it fixed. Waited weeks to get it back. The waiting was not the issue. The fact that after waiting that long after getting the ring back, three days later the same diamond came out. So we take it back only to wait even longer this time because there going to do a full inspection on the ring. Only to receive it back and it fall right back out. So we go back again. This time they tell us there going to build us a new ring, so we wait for the new ring. I get a phone call that the new ring is in. I tell my wife and she drives down there to get there and it be a totally different ring than what we originally had. They ended up telling us that they dont make the ring anymore. They have done very little to make sure there customer is taken care of, especially with all the headache that we have been through and all the trips to the store we have taken which is about 40-45 min. They have the WORST CSR of the country. Ive returned a gift Ive got from a friend on 01/06/2019, to the store at Northwoods Mall. Since then Ive been waiting to get the check refund of almost $350.00 and Ive never received it. I lost COUNT OF how many times Ive called to the store, talked to many employees and managers, and complained. I basically begged to then to give me the refund. Its been more than 4 months and the store didnt give me the money back. I called last week and they said I should call the main office and get an answer. What? They not even gave me a call to let me know what was happening? Is that normal? Im shocked with this situation and dont know what to do!
A few days ago my fiance and i were browsing the cases at the north woods location. What my fiance and i witnessed at this location from 2 employees was absolutely disgusting.Tabitha from what i understand is the assistant manager. I do not know the process zales go through to to choose their assistant managers. Assistant Managers are there to help customers and employees at the place of business, not to sit there and scream out instructions from one end of the store to the other end of the store at an employee. First off it makes the employees look incompetent. Personally i feel like thats the last thing a manager needs to do when you are selling marked up jewelry. It was tasteless and embarrassing for the company name.I witnessed Tabitha and Ulani stand behind the counter WHILE customers were in the store and talk bad about there employees. I dont know if they are still in high school or what. I feel there should be no reason why employees should have to worry about there ASSISTANT MANAGER talking trash and more or less spreading rumors about other employees.OVERALL the other people at this location seem great. I honestly feel bad for the other employees who work at this location. I would hate to go work with adults who still have the mentality of a high school teenager.
Bought a ring from there 2014 a week before we got married there was a diamond missing. They swapped out the ring for a new one. And a few months later the diamond fell out that ring. I got that ring fixed 10 times we have only been married for 2 years at that point ... I went in and talked to a manager and he let us pick out another set for the same price we paid. This new one is holding up
Zales jewelers offers a wide variety of quality jewelry. The sales associates are very professional, helpful, and knowledge.
I will never spend money here! I DONT appreciate being racially profiled by 2 Zales employees today. Went to look at a wedding mens/womens wedding ring set and the first racist white female behind the counter helped but was hesitant when I asked her how much. Then a second racist white female came over and we noticw the fact that the second racist female left her jewelry cabinet open and why does it take 2 white females who are either obviously racist or have a problem with inter racial relationships. Well we are married and wont be buying anything from there.
