Not very happy. Brought a ring. I was told it would be back in 5-7 days. I called and checked the status, just to be told, it wont be back until the 27th at the earliest. No communication at all concerning the huge increase in return time. Definitely not a great impression with a 1st time customer!
Sent a ring and necklace in for repair that I had bought from zales, when it came back it was a complete bodge job that had been done, you will definitely need that lifetime warranty they have with their products. Honestly I’ll just take it elsewhere for repair before they actually mess it up.

Zales Outlet at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston is one of my favorite jewelry stores in the area and a great place to shop for gift items for a good value. I like the quality of the inventory that they have available and all of the variety there is to choose from. The staff is very warm and welcoming and available to make sure that you find the perfect piece.
They are really nice,respectful and experienced. I always do business with them and will continue

Because of the pandemic I can understand things taking time, however after two weeks plus I should be able to get an update on the ststus of my repair. As much as the salesman tried to ve convining that progress could being made, he was not able to give a cost estimate, it may be no cast at all.
Matt is absolutely amazing. One of the most helpful guys in the business. If you need assistance Matt is the guy for the job. If I could of afforded to buy more I would of just to help Matt’s sales. I can’t stress enough how easy he made my trip to this store. Go see Matt!

I love going here and just meandering and looking at all the jewelry. Matthew is my go to guy. He is always so friendly, patience and helpful. I only go to him for my jewelry. He knows the style I like and never tries to talk me into things just lets me make my own choices!
My fiancé and I got my engagement ring from here, and weve had nothing but wonderful service. Amelia has been the one to help us every time weve gone in, and shes the absolute sweetest person. Thank you, Amelia! :)

The staff seemed uninterested in helping my fiancé and I once we walked in the door. After waiting for one of them to approach us, we were shown a few rings within our price range. We happily ordered a ring in my size and then paid. After we signed the bill, we were told we would have an additional fee for sizing the ring to fit me, making the ring’s total price out of our price range... why weren’t we told this from the beginning? We were told the ring could be made in my size, but nothing about a (expensive) fee. It seemed pretty sketchy and I was very disappointed at how it was handled after we addressed it to the manager. We will not return.
Stopped in and got my Citizen watch resized. I didnt buy the watch from them so it was $20 but 5 minutes later I was out the door and happy.

I feel extremely scammed by Zales. After I swiped my card for $450 for a wedding band they told me that I have to pay $53 for a resizing fee. I tried calling the customer service hotline and was left on hold for 15 minutes. I feel very deceived by Naja & Jacob. I will never step foot in a Zales again. Also my first name is Richard. They tried to leave a fake google review in my name after I went into the store to complain

My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas similar to one that I had and he paid cash for it. I took it back for a refund but the sales lady was very rude and said that whomevers name is on the receipt had to get the refund and they would have to send a check instead of giving cash! It was a gift so now its mine so I should get the refund and it does not state that on the receipt. So if you buy someone something for a gift then they cant ever take it back. Now my husband has to go all the way back down there to get it refunded by a check in the mail instead of the cash that he paid! Heather was so rude also.
No one seemed to actually want sell anything . spent about 20 minutes in the store. Got shown one ring. Said i wanted to look at another. The guy walked off and never came back
This store offered my wife and I zero flexibility regarding a return of merchandise 3 days past the cutoff. We are a military family and explained to them that my duty and movement to another duty station had forced us beyond the return window. Instead of working with us the manager chose to pass responsibility to someone else and dismiss us out of hand. Do not give this company your business.
Avoid this zales at all costs. All of my jewelry comes from zales, so over many years and many different states I have visited several stores. This is by far the worst, the service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and visit any other zales.
Horrible service every time I visit this store, the last experience was by far worst and my family and myself will NEVER return. No one ever knows what is going on, they forget about orders quickly, and to top it all off no one is even sincere.I mean after all, THEY made the mistakes, not the customers. Horrible horrible service at this Zales. It seriously makes me never want to shop with them again. Sales guy Marti has been in the business for 30 years, seems like 30 days...

Went to buy my wife a gift for Christmas and the sales girl seemed like she was not interested in making a sale, I almost left and finally she came to help me and I bought a necklace that I paid cash for but to get a refund now they say they have to mail me a check.

Female and Male (with earrings in his ears) managers on duty 2/4/17 were VERY rude. Treated me as though I was dumb and that they were doing me a favor to wait on me...my service earns you a paycheck!
