The owner and operator is one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met. The products she makes, designs, and sells are top quality and, frankly, just freaking cool. Love shopping at Black Octopus Mercantile at the Station in Park Circle. I enjoy being able to purchase T-shirts. Hoodies, and hats and other items with one of our own local artists unique designs on them. They by far are some of the most comfortable T-shirts and hoodies I have owned. I always get compliments about them and asked where did I purchase them. There are so many unique stickers, hand made ornaments, and journals with unique designs on them, as well as many other items, that it makes buying gifts for someone a pleasure.

Original designs, very soft shirts, and the owner is so friendly! I’m glad I shopped here and I plan on making more purchases.

One day I was google searching for octopus images. My almost 4yr daughter is in love if them. Came across Black Octopus Mercantile. Clicked the link, instantly fell in love. Im a basic girl living south of Cleveland. We have plenty of grey days. To see great casual beachy tshirts or hoodies (which I live in what feels like most of the time) I started following them on Instagram. Missy posted this amazing hoodie and I had to get it. Ordered it as a Christmas present. Missy called me (not many business do this anymore) it was great being able to chat with her like you would if you were at her store. After speaking with her I was sold. When my hoodie came in it was roomy, soft and the perfect shade of mustard. My daughter fell in love with mine, I had one made up like mine but slightly different. I cant wait for her to open it up Christmas morning. I will recommend Black Octopus to anyone.
