The staff at Elite hearing in North Charleston; hearing specialist, Adam & patient care coordinator Kendra, were very professional and courteous. Adam was very attentive to my husbands needs and explained everything very thoroughly. He listened to and answered any questions that we had and explained and demonstrated things in a way that we could undestand them. I believe Adam truly enjoys what he does and it is evident in his work. Kendra has also been courteous and helpful with anything I have requested of her.

My husband and I had a great experience at Elite Hearing Center! Adam did a great job of explaining how the hearing aid works, and how you have to retrain your brain to be able to hear correctly. I think my husband will be surprised at how much better he can hear! We highly recommend Elite Hearing Center of America!

My wife and I wanted to have hearing tests. She did not wear hearing aids, but I have for several years, and I thought my current aids were not working well. We had no trouble getting an appointment at Elite Hearing Center in North Charleston. The receptionist and the audiologist were both very kind and pleasant. My wife and I were tested and opted to get new hearing aids. I believe the whole experience was top notch and very thorough. We are enjoying our new aids and hearing much better. My wife had been on me for at least for a year about getting hearing aids.As we watched TV i would always ask her what did he or she say?? my wife would get so mad and yell, I wish you would go get hearing aids!!!Later, I turned on my PC and searched the areas close to my location. There were many to choose from, but there was one that caught my interest, Elite Hearing, free hearing test! I made my appt, my life of not hearing well was about to be restored.Adam was on duty the day of my appointment, Adam made me feel he was truly sincere about my hearing problem and would do everything he could to help me.Adman took the time to explain all the different devices and benefits of each one. When Adam had concluded the hearing test, it proved my hearing values was in a crisis situation. Adam explained all my options of devices and cost. I went home with those options and told my wife the same. Being a long time user of hearing aids I expected very little. Adam and Kendra did handle the business in a very comfortable, straight forward manner. BUT I am sitting here without the pain of non sense (ben there and done that) and Adam was right. These are very different devices. I can hear and am not aware of the hearing aid sound. It is a level of hearing I thought I would never enjoy again. WOW! A fine experience with no razzle dazzel just efficient meeting my needs. Nice

Im a traveling Tech and I needed the wax traps for my hearing aides.I) tried 3 other hearing aide places that wouldnt answer their phones.I called elite hearing and the front desk lady answered on the second ring.(kudos #1)She had the hearing tech return my call.He called faster than what I was told (kudos #2)They took care of this veteran with a smile and a handshake.

I was real skeptical about getting hearing aids, but once I me everyone at the office I was at ease. They are great down to earth people that care about your comfort and well bring. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to share my experience with Elite hearing centers in North Charleston. I was really impressed with the service how personable Kitty was at the front desk. Tony was amazing very knowledgeable very kind and honest he could’ve sold me a pair of hearing aids that day but fixed the ones that we had for no cost you really can’t find that anymore today. From the front desk all the way till we left it was a wonderful experience I sure will be going back again whatever they’re doing they’re doing it right!!

I made an appointment with Tony to check my left hearing aid which was not working correctly. He ushered me into his office and discussed what my issue was. He removed and replaced the receiver and then adjusted volume and tone for both hearing aids. At zero cost to me. All of this done promptly and professionally. In just twenty minutes I was walking out the door. Thank you sir!

This place is amazing!!! Tony Peck and the receptionists have been so friendly every time I have gone here with my mom for her first hearing aids. It is a pleasure to “hang out” with Tony while he adjusts my mom’s hearing aids. She has had a wonderful experience every visit.This is truly a special place!!!

The Phonak M30-R hearing aids are amazing. Tony Peck was able to tune them up to my needs with ease. After 9 years of wearing hearing aids, switching to Elite Hearing Centers North Charleston has been a real pleasure.

I went in for a hearing test, but my ear was was full of wax deep down, I left with instructions to have it cleaned out, a week later I returned Dr. Baxter was working he greeted me with a very friendly hello, he checked my ear and found it was still half impacted, he offered to clean it for me without pain, long story short, great cleaning, hearing test done, excellent hearing.Wonderful staff starting with the patient scheduler/coordinator, who always greet with a delightful smile. Fun loving office. Great bedside manner!

My father and mother who are customers from elite brookfield wi, on vacation one hearing aid quit, found elite hearing north charleston. Tony scheduled visit and quickly and promptly solved the issues with it. Great service and would recommend again.
