I love lowcountry ENT. I got my hearing aids from them and have been going to there for a year now. Everyone is so respectful and nice. I see Dr Grady and Dr Julie and they are both very caring and helpful. Im so glad my family doctor recommended me to them. If you need hearing aids and anything concerning ears, nose or throat they are the place to go.

Dr Grady is exactly what someone should look for in a doctor. Very personable and very good at explaining exactly what is going on. Also, you never have any doubt that she knows what she is talking about.

The doctors were extremely unprofessional. We had an we waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Multiple times we went up concerned about the time wait as I had to come on my work break. At one point I said I would have to reschedule when we were threatened with a $50 cancellation fee if we did not stay for the appointment. I was told by multiple office staff this happens every day and the wait times get longer as the day gets further along. Our appointment was at 9 am When we got in we’re finally seen the Dr was very quick and did not even give us care instructions but chose to Bill is 2 times. One for a dr visit and one for treatment. Worst Dr facility ever. Post review. Don’t let their response fool you. This is the correct office. The physician was Dr Kitch! And my son was the patient he’s a minor so he doesn’t have an account to review on google. The provider below response is even more shady since I wrote this while on the phone with their office complaining and told them I was doing so.

Dr. Grady and the allergist nurse seem to be in too much of a rush. Both of them talked over me while I was explaining. Other than that they seem knowledgeable but need to learn some manners.

Dr. Grady and Dr. Kitsch are awesome. My little guy always feels comfortable and relaxed with them. If I have any issues they will be my go to.

Best doctor east of the Mississippi! All staff is friendly& helpful. Both doctors were outstanding. She goes way above & beyond the call of duty. Took a culture of ear than suctioned out infection the blew powdered antifungal directly onto eardrum to get rid of infection. Amazing. This woman could heal the world! Coming from a 35+ yr nurse, thats saying a lot!!

After I finished filling out the new patient forms, I was taken to the back within about 15 minutes, and the doctor was in immediately. I absolutely loved her. She was extremely thorough, and after suctioning the infection out of my ears, I felt 25lb. lighter! She had me come back the next day for a hearing test and to see her, & Ill see her again in a few weeksI felt the staff was awesome, friendly, helpful, & would recommend Dr Grady to everyone!!!!

It was ok... Star was nice. I wasn’t happy that I had gone to see my family doctor he said I needed a hearing test and put in a referral. I get to the ent and pay my co pay I see the doctor for 2 minutes and she says yes I think you need a hearing test .. set up an appointment... so now another co-pay and another trip across town

I am very satisfied with the care that I received by Dr. Jennifer Grady for myself and my children. The front staff is very helpful and the Medical Assistants are very caring. The wait time is not long at all and she had us in and out of there in under 20 minutes. She is very proficient, caring, and listens very well.I would definitely recommend Low Country ENT.

Staff is always pleasant. Just had surgery and am so glad I went here. Been to another popular place, and results from surgery years ago were not good. Can already tell a huge improvement!

My son and I had a wonderful first experience in the office. Dr. Jennifer treated my son with great security and sympathy. From the front desk to our departure we were treated with much education and kindness. Best of all, speed and satisfaction.

Dr. Scott was great. My husband always has fluids behind his eardrums when he has a cold or sinusitis Dr. Scott has had to put tubes in his ears three or four times. It drains the fluid out of the ears and clears up his hear.

Horrible experience. Appointment was at 2 pm we got there at 115 so that we had plenty of time to get paperwork done. Got put in a room at 2 the nurse took her height and weight and left the room with nothing else said. 35 minutes later I walked out the room and asked the nurse about how much longer, I was met by a very rude look and statement of approximately 5 minutes. 15 minutes later still no doctor or update from the nurse. This is extremely disrespectful behavior. My family will not recommend this practice to anyone nor will we go back. With all that said the lady at check out was very nice and apologetic and the lady at check in was very nice.

Great people, but the wait time is ridiculous! When I have an appointment at 8:45, I expect to be seen NO LATER than 9:00! Plus, this last time, I was referred to another facility, and they really confused me on the time.

Nothing. Jenn Grady is very condescending and rude. The wait times ARE ridiculous(For my last appointment I was10 minutes early and they saw me 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start) Ive been dealing with chronic sinusitis for about 5 years and wanted a second opinion. Big mistake. Dont waste your money...
