He helped us understand the differences between the fresh water salt tubs and traditional tubs. The installers were professional, courteous, and effective at installing our hot tub exactly where we wanted it. As first time hot tub owners, Craig has answered all our questions promptly, even months after the sale.

We love our CalSpa Hot Tub! Palmetto delivered it with care and they provided all our startup chemicals and test strips. They also went through all the startup procedures before leaving.

I was blown away by the knowledge that Craig had about the different models of swim spas. I appreciate the reasonable pricing as well. The shopping center where they are located seems unassuming, but well worth the trip. I would go there if you even consider any type of spa.

I highly recommend Palmetto Hot Tubs. We recently purchased a hot tub from their new Myrtle Beach store. Their price was competitive and they had tubs in stock for quick delivery. The owner, Craig, has been very helpful and responsive throughout the purchase and even after the tub was installed.

We are thankful to have found a saltwater hot tub that was available for delivery to our home. The delivery team did a great job positioning our tub. When supplies were not easy to find online the Palmetto staff was willing to ship the supplies we needed to our home. We enjoy our tub most evenings!

Extremely pleased with the experience. Took a lot of time to explain differences between brands and models. Pricing was great - we comparison shopped. The one and only individual working in this company was extremely disrespectful of individuals attempting to social distance in the line at the company next door. Even while he has an empty store with no customers. It appears this is a recurring problem.

Players Sales did a great job from start to finish with are hot tub purchase. I went to the store in North Charleston that sells Jacuzzi there price for the same product where a lot higher. My Sundance hot tub is great and we use it everyday.
