Not a good experience. Plaster was being put in at 9:30 at night in the dark with flash lights. This resulted in foot prints and hand prints in the plaster and the tanning deck is discolored. We had a date of Nov 6 for re-plastering/repairing. No one showed and now no one seems to know anything about it. The Wet Edge rep stood and shook hands and said it would be taken care of. The man we spoke with from Pearl was just downright rude. Now we are being told that its the pool companys fault not theirs and we will have to wait for the Wet Edge rep to come to town again. HE ONLY COMES TWICE A YEAR. Clearly they do not honor their word nor do they stand by their workmanship.Re: Your responseUnacceptable response. This is your issue you should be reaching out to US. We have talked to Doug who told us WE will be contacted by John from Wet Edge - who has not reached out to US, and is apparently only here 2 times a year. Im done reaching out to you people. You need to reach out to US and hold to your word. This is not my responsibility to fix, I didn’t plaster the pool. This is between you all and Crystal Clear to figure out who did what wrong and fix it. I’m over the run around with all y’all.
I had a very bad experience with this business. They instructed application of 12 gallons of acid to treat bleach stains on the pools surface, resulting in deep damage to the surface of the pool. Currently, the surface of the pool is rough and dangerous to stand on, or to rub the skin against, as doing so would either result in scalding of the feet or sustaining cuts to the skin. Two repair attempts failed, and the personnel at this business have been avoiding me, refusing to return our calls for 10 months.
Pool is LIFE
