I have been going to East Coast European for years. The team there is fast and thorough and I always feel like I’m being charged fairly. What I think I like most about the staff is that they always EXPLAIN the work they are doing on the car. (Even if I have no idea what they are talking about!) I don’t just get a quote and large bill. They have, on multiple occasions, found time for random issues or quick checks to get me going and then promptly scheduled for full repair. The staff is so friendly and polite and always acknowledges their appreciation of MY business. I have recommended East Coast European to friends and family and would to anyone in the Seacoast area looking for an honest, hardworking automotive service facility.

I bought a 2010 Audi A4 wagon from East Coast. TJ showed me the car, answered my questions and met in off-hours to accommodate my schedule. The shop is well kept and the work they did to the car prior to the sale was first rate. Highly recommended. I am a former Euro car shop owner myself and was very impressed with this business.

Decided to sell my Audi and was told that East Coast Auto was beginning a new consignment service. Spoke to Mark and decided to leave it in their hands. Car sold within a few weeks and at a good price. Very impressive and seamless. In addition very nice people to work with. All-in all a very positive experience.

These guys are true professionals and do great work. I had my rear brakes done on my 2015 Q5 - dropped the car off at 8:30 and it was done at 11:00 am that same morning. They return emails quickly and have very competitive prices. Truly a great experience. I’ll be back again.

Dylan and his team did an excellent job on performing a timing chain service on my 2006 S4. This is not something a rookie monkeys around with (4 timing chains). Dylan explained thoroughly the bulk of the labor time for the repair of the Audi V8 Chain Engine is spent on tear down and re-assembly as the time required to physically replace the chains, guides, and adjusters is rather quick for our experienced team.As with all internal engine service / repair, great attention to detail is spent to ensure proper steps are taken which allows our work to last the remaining lifetime of the vehicle. They are my go to guys now for all service/repairs!

I live in Maine, and I drive to New Hampshire to see these guys! While its not too far away, there are certainly closer places I could go to in my area. But, after bringing my last 4 Audis and Volkswagens to them, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Mark and Dillon are great. They are super friendly, down to earth guys that do awesome work. East Coast European comes HIGHLY recommended by me!

First time needed a real repair I couldnt get to on my 06 A6. I just had nothing but great communication and interaction with them. I never felt like I wasnt getting what I expected. Very clean place, friendly and professional people in my interactions. I will return for something I cant do. Nice to find these places where its what you should expect.

2nd experience at East Coast, these guys are extremely professional, fair pricing and deliver top quality results you can trust. I only service my Porsches at their facility for this reason. Tires, service, modifications they do it all! I will save you the time, look nowhere else but these guys. I have sad-fully dealt with enough bad ones to know when you have a great one right here. If you have an Audi or a Volkswagen, this is the only shop you should be considering. Their rates are very reasonable. They will fix only what you need to have done and the guys working here are very pleasant and trustworthy. I took my wifes Beetle here expecting to pay $800 for a new catalytic converter but the guys at East Coast did a little digging, found out it was a recalled part, called the dealer and gave them our information so we could have it fixed later that day for free. Take your Audi or VW here, you wont be disappointed.

Mike, Dylan and the team did an excellent job with some extensive work I had completed on my car. Professional, courteous and very well qualified. Communication was outstanding, and no work was completed without prior authorization. We will be bringing our cars to East Coast European going forward.

I use to go to another European auto place in Greeland for years. they where not very professional and always took a long time to fix my cars.Then I found East Coast European. East Coast is extremely professional, polite and honest. Unlike their competitors in the area in which are not.I will only bring my 2000 Saab 9-5 and my 2000 Saab 9-3 to East Coast European and I highly recommend them to everyone.

We own two Audis and have been customers of East Coast for over 5 years. Always happy with their work. My wifes car has over 180k and still runs like a new car. She wont consider parting with it as it so well maintained. They are the best in my opinion.

I brought my 2010 VW Passat in to have carbon buildup removed, which has been causing cold start misfires. I just dont trust the dealership, so they came recommended to me from Paul at Aamco in Portsmouth who did some work on my car a few months ago (theyre also great by the way). Anyway, it was a good experience all around for a few reasons: 1) friendly, straight forward service, 2) transparent about the work they did with some photos and videos to back it up, 3) quick turnaround, 4) reasonable prices. Definitely worth checking these guys out!

I have been looking for a place closer to where I live or work to maintain my Range Rover, I was tired of taking it to the dealer and spend $$$ on just regular maintenance. This place not only has reasonable prices, but the gentlemen there are fantastic! I cant think of any other place than taking my car for maintenance.
