Im only reviewing based off emissions testing. Ive been coming here for at least 10 years for Emissions tests for both of my cars. This is the only place to go. Everyone is so friendly and they have you in and out in no time. I dont even live in North Haven and make it a point to come here. Excellent A ++++

Came in for emissions. Staff was informative, the guy who serviced my car I believe the form said his name is Elvis was very personable and friendly! Overheard them giving advice and they know what theyre talking about! May be back for services in the future because of this experience!

Even the front desk guy is nice to talk to!! First time going there and was treated with respect and in a timely manner with my oil change. They truly do understand how to conduct business. Not just your local Autozone who doesnt really care. They care.

So Ive never used this repair shop before. I went there because they honor My GWC car warranty insurance. I thought I had a leaking brake fluid issue, come to find out I did not after they ran their pressure test on my brake system ( I was misreading my brake reservoir ) So that was good news... What was even better news was when I asked how much I owed them They said youre all set Well catch you the next time !!! Thanks Mike !! Your the best !! And youve got two new customers for life Thank you so much !!

After several other dealer repairs visits without completely fixing my vehicle, JP Automotive fixed the issues and did a pretty complete diagnostic of some stuff that could cause issues in the future. The GM, Mike was pleasant.

Very friendly very professional. The work I had done involves a lot of Labor but they had it done in a timely fashion. My car hasnt run this good in years. I would definitely see them again if I needed work done

Came in to get an A/C system fixed. Was told that it will be $1,200 for it to be fixed. When I decided to not get it fixed because they were obviously trying to over charge. They charged me $140 dollars just to get my car back. $140 dollars just to look at the car, nothing fixed. Outrageous. And when I decided to mention it, they were very rude about it and sent me text messages in all caps harassing me.

Very honest people! Bring all my vehicles here. They never pressure you into getting services that you dont need! I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Found this place to get a quick oil change and the staff was so great. They were quick and gave me an update on what I needed for my car on my next visit in spite of being really busy with other customers getting their emissions completed. Two thumbs up and thanks!

Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable--a pleasure to work with. They got my car in right away and worked diligently with me to get my claim in from my after market warranty provider-- which was a headache. I always came over for smoke tests for every car in our household and admired this guys attitudes. Always friendly and honest. I decided to bring my audi to replace my audi wheel bearings. Got the best deal around, so I dropped off my car overnight, and for y surprise they called me early morning next day saying it as done! Its been over a month and all is well.Very happy with the service. Thank you!

I have never taken my car somewhere where the people are so friendly and honest. The service is fast and they do a great job. One time they even gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on and picked me up when it was done. They are awesome!

Thank goodness for NAPA warranty. I went in & asked them to check my oil. They told me I was EMPTY and put 3 quarts in. I was 4 states away from home. Within a few miles, white smoke was pouring out of my car. A tow, rental car & new spark plugs plus complete clean-out & filters changed later, they claimed the problem had nothing to do with the oil they put in. (As it turned out, I was NOT low). The manager claimed the other service station (that FIXED the problem) had bad-mouthed him, when he absolutely hadnt. Mistakes happen, but you own up to it.

Came here to get my emissions done once again and just like last time they got me in quick and were courteous and professional. Thank you!
