THESE GUYS SUCK!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Ive used this company before for many projects, but always have to go down in person. I will not be dong so anymore. I dont have the time and it is inconvenient in the extreme when I am trying to co-ordinate a large project and cant even get someone on the phone to check the status of an order. I called at least 8 times and tried most every extension I could to get someone on the phone to place an order so my contractor could pick up materials. All to no avail. I have never experienced a company that is so totally unresponsive to the phone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Awful customer service. Never answer the phones. Project got delayed for a week, because they couldnt get my order straight. Will never shop here again. Not good for business.

Great company to work for and when I get a home Ill be purchasing my doors from here for sure, strict policy of quality work that leaves this company and I respect that wholeheartedly.

They NEVER answer their phone, that should have been my first tip off. The wrong door was delivered, 3 months after ordering it and now they refuse to deal with me. I got a door from them 10 years ago and all was fine, but somehow now working with them is a nightmare.

Sent one of my guys to pick up a door from Will Call at 7am (their posted hours are 7am-4pm) No one was there. My guy waited until 8:45am to get someone there to help him!!! Everytime you call them they send you to voicemail. No one answers phones at this place! Used to be A1 Door and was purchased. This lack of caring about customers and irresponsibility in running the business will not get them far. I dont appreciate paying my guy to sit there for over an hour and a half for someone to show up to work!

I ordered a pair of pre hung interior french doors. I paid extra for delivery, they did come when they said they would. However, they sent two doors that were both different and both boken-damaged. Both of which were not pre hung and both were not even the right door. On the second go around they brought the right doors but they were not pre hung nor was there a frame to actually hang them myself.Very unorganized, havent refunded anything, have waisted my time and I taken off work twice to receive the doors. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.Beware

They werent really helpful and didnt carry the door that I need to replace. The only good thing that came out was that they recommended me to another place which ended up recommending me to Doors and more.

Good products. Terrible responsiveness via phone and email. They just dont answer the phone. Has caused huge delays in our project.

Horrible customer service and rude! I dont know who the girl with the brown hair is upfront but she acts like she cant be bothered, no greeting no acknowledgment of the customer. Called her for a quote and no return call. Paul is a little better but not much. I dont know how ths is company stays in business.I miss Ron
