Called to make a simple inquiry and while I was mid-sentence, the man who answered the phone began singing and intentionally ignoring me and then hung up on me. I was nothing but polite from the moment I said hello. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!

Good service. Had an issue with a clip and Tyler the sales rep found a solution quickly.

Worse experience i have ever had with a company NEVER do business with them unless you want to get horrible service and a staff that think their better than you i have worked in this industry for awhile and never came across a worse company.
