Terrible customer service, I asked to get two items separately to get 40$ cash back, and they could not do that, lady was rude.

*May 7th 2019 @4:40 -5:10 pm*Very disappointed.Waited 15 mins for strips that was only gonna take Marshall 5 mins to cook.After the older lady kept saying only 5 mins to everyone no chicken was being cooked after 20 mins went by, and over 12 other customers was upset about the same thing. I got bk in the line had 10 people who hasnt ordered etc. In front of me.To get a refund for the chicken only. The chicken also cost more this wrdk than last wk it was $16.99 instead of @ $11. She had already flipped the 🍦 sign over in said no more. The other cashier chick (Ashleee) said your gonna get me cussed out for that. Then the employee started arguing with Ashlee in front of 15 plus customers. Even the customers asked them to stop and fill our orders etc. Marshall never dropped chicken until after 5:50 pm.I came across town for this 🍦 before 10 PM and chicken.Not only did we waist our time and gas we ended up with nothing not even an sorry.Straight BS.Who is the owner any idea how to get ahold of them? We know some people who needs and wouldnt mind working in an fast speed gas station.Horrible Team working today.However Marshall did ask the older lady how much, wht did he need to make. He could of used commonsense and dropped wht was on the tickets etc. Come on its not that hard.Ive wrote this review out twice and some how its getting removed.Ashlee is always on top of her customers doing an great job.

They have a BIG sign outside that states 24Hrs Thrifty Ice Cream but they close at 10pm 🤷Ok. Employees have the worst attitude in the evening shift. If I can give no stars I would. Manager should hire people that actually WANT to work here.

Horrible, worst employees ever. My daughter is about to pee her pants and the employees wont let her use the restroom because they just mopped the floor. Lady that mopped and guy at register were very rude. Highly recommend going across the street to 7-11 instead of here.

I dont think they like their job they have a sign that says 24 hours thrifty ice cream but they close it at 10 thats false advertising I want a discount Everytime I come and see the sign the cashiers are rude and talk bad about the customers in there face 🤦🤦🤦bad customer service theyre wrost than the cashier at walmart

French fries still raw inside. Chicken is ok just to expensive for those small pieces, I gonna end on that note, just get gas.
