Very disappointed with the customer service at Lexus of North Miami. Service used to be better. Last time they held my car for 3 hours, it was a oil change appointment, had to look for my service advisor to get my vehicle released. Today, had a 9:30am appointment show up to advisor in booth 8, tells me it’s a 2 hour wait and I have 3 cars before me, maybe it’s a wise idea to call the customer to come in later due to schedule conflict, totally ignored the idea claiming cars keep coming in, I told them to get me my car back and left. Never again, waste of time, 2-3hr oil change. And no loaner vehicles!

Im a four-year customer of Lexis of North Miami. Overall it has been an average Lexus experience, which is by definition a quality experience. The service department is very good, and the 800 number Lexus customer service is an excellent back up for what the local team does not know. I feel that my car is in good hands with them. I was so pleased with my car buying experience. Matthew, one of the finance managers, introduced me to Frank and he helped me pick out the perfect model with the exact exterior and interior design I wanted. After going for a drive, I was sold! Go here if you wanna get finessed. I’ve been a customer of Lexus for about 7 years and every time I have signed there have been a multitude of details that they failed to mention. The last time I was there the rep, who I shall not name, gave me an attitude when I wasn’t sure about the deal. I always feel uneasy here. I have been told that the location at Pembroke Pines is better but as of this past Sunday I returned my lease and left to a different company. Not anything against the cars but against the representatives.

I gave Lexus of North Miami to many chances. I have called to schedule appointment and asked questions no one seems to have the correct answer for me. Secondly my advisor every time I come to see him he has the worst attitude ever his customer service skills are TERRIBLE. Third of all I don’t understand how every time I have to get service done there never any loaner available. It would be nice when I’m getting service done to have a shuttle as an option to take us home if needed.

Awesome experience! I drove 3½ hrs from Bradenton to Miami to check out a certified 2019 RC350 but couldnt make it happen. Instead I ended up with a 2021 IS350 with 10 miles on it. There were plenty of people working on this deal. My credit stinks and they still managed to get me in car an an amazing interest rate. I WILL BE BACK!

I am your very loyal customer, I am currently using two Lexus, leased from you. But today i had a very bad experience. I got a call and was offered to change one of the cars for a new one on better conditions. Arriving at the service, I was met by sales manager Jeff. We discussed the details of the new contract for a long time. I have many friends working in this dealership, so I have always treated this dealership with respect. During a conversation with Jeff, I just POLITELY and CALMLY pointed out that the offered conditions are even worse than the current ones and probably it will be better for me come here at the end of the lease in the hope of getting a better offer. I understand that pressure on the client in this business is an essential part of the job of any sales manager. I have no complaints about this. Extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness is when the sales manager Jeff got up from the table, knocked me on the shoulder, said Good luck and just left. Instead of just ending the conversation in a civilized and mutually respectful way and saying goodbye normally. This was a very unpleasant act on the part of the sales manager towards your regular customer. Next time i have to think about which Lexus dealership to choose for the next two cars.

The worst service I have ever had! Our service consultant Bobby Rahmani. We made an appointment for service. By phone they said that everything would be free of charge for us, but when we came Bobby started to ask us papers to prove that we have complimentary service, he said that he could not call to the manager to figure it out, that he would not do anything… The worst service and spoiled day!!!
