Im very impressed with the professionalism of this entire dealership. We called and negotiated a deal over the phone, so we wouldnt waste any time when got there. As soon as we arrived, the paperwork was ready, and it wasnt a penny more than the number we had previously discussed. I test drove the car, asked a few questions, and signed the paperwork. This was the 6th dealership I visited over a week, with one bad experience after the next, but this dealership - and everyone in it - was beyond pleasant. Eddie was very knowledgeable (and hilarious) and gave us an informative lesson on lowering our insurance premium, even with a lease. Jazz and Amanda were very helpful in getting us to understand the technology in the vehicle. And Chris was a total gentleman and a man of his word.This dealership truly understands what being a team player means. We were helped by practically all their employees, and they were all such a treat to interact with. Clyde and Mike gave me a great deal on a great car that Ive been looking for.Following up, I bought my vehicle from this dealership and did with it contingent on getting new tires on front of the vehicle.  When I went to have them installed at their service center, my inspection revealed that they were chinese tires. Tires that were not run flat like the vehicle required. Management would not pay to have a comparable tire on my vehicle, unless I came out of my pocket for the difference.  I still have not received my tires! Where Im employed has over 6000 employees, I have numerous friends and family.  I would not recommend or would do any business with this dealership again. My sales person Clyde did try to assist me, but it seemed like he was restricted by management.Follow up 5/21/21I went to pick up my tires today and I had to pay over $300. I had to pay half cost of the two front tires plus shop fees and they even wanted to charge me for installation. How am I paying for these extra expenses for something that is owed from the dealership. I took the tires with me and had them installed elsewhere. This issue wasnt about the money, I didnt feel that I was properly taken care of as a customer. I will never do business at this establishment ever again. The review stars keeps going down!

The sales experience was pleasant, I purchased a pre owned vehicle in February. The vehicle didn’t have the lug lock key, but the salesman assured me that the service center would take the locks off. The service center told me that I would receive a call with an appointment. A month has passed and no appointment. I went back to the dealership to get some help with getting an appointment and this is when it went down hill. The sales manager said it’s nothing that they can do about my getting the locks off of the vehicle, the total opposite of what I was told before I purchased the car. I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership so I didn’t doubt the promise to take care of the preexisting defects.
