We recently purchased a home in NMBeach and because the previous owner utilized Ford’s services, we also became a client. Every single time I’ve had to contact the company, in the last few weeks, the service has been very professional, very personable, and extremely prompt. They are very accommodating, and flexible, and even agreed to move our 800 pound tank while our garage floor is being resealed. I wish I had a menu to contact these people before you make a decision about this type of service.

They will not sale or service a new customer looking to get a propane tank for a generator unless you purchase the generator from them.

Contracted with Fords for purchase and installation of a vent free gas fireplace. Sales reps helped me explore the many options available and made recommendations based on my expectations. Delivery and install within 10 days resulting in a beautiful functioning fireplace. There were some issues with install but management took full responsibility for same. This demonstration of accountability speaks volumes for the company. Highly recommended.

We have an issue with our Propane fireplace. Ford sent some very good techs out and they identified the problem and said that they would order the part and we would be called to fix the problem. After 4 weeks, we called and their Service Manager, Mike, changed the story....Maybe lied!!!. He said your husband agreed that it was his problem and they werent going to do anything. He got angry on the call. Guess his feelings were hurt. Ive been in sales for forty + years and never would treat a customer as he did. He needs sensitivity training or another job....Our fireplace was operable before NOW IT IS NOT ALL DUE TO FORD. They seem to have a lock in this area. Perhaps we need some competition. W

Spectacular service/availability during Hurricane Florence. I was able to contact them during the height of the storm to discuss propane needs for my home generator. When I called to have a gas line to my grill removed due to construction, I was told maybe January and when I balked at that, I was told that they would take out the tank. A day later they came and took the tank, the same workers that would have cut the gas line. I had over half of the gas in the tank and have not received a refund. So now I am without gas thanks to them.

Two times now they have been called to our home for a problem with our gas logs and they gave a 3 hour window in which to service our problem, both times they never showed up and when we call they say we cancelled. I am very upset today as we made it through this last storm thank goodness but the next one we may not keep electricity and we need our fireplace working. If they cant do this job, we will call another company. This is the last chance they get, after waiting 3 hours for them to show again, they want us to wait even longer. Not good business.

I got gas here and they decided to hold the money I have on my card so I was not able to use my debit card they stole my money they are thief’s

We use Fords - They deliver Propane to the House, It is nice to not have to worry about refilling a tank. In the summer, we use it for the grill, but winter time, Angela loves her Gas Logs!

I got $1.86 worth of gas and they took $75 dollars out of my account told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get my money back. They are playing with my money

Got a serious run around. Called another company and fuel was promptly delivered with one call.

One of the few places in the area where you can purchase kerosene at a reasonable price. I do wish they were open on Saturday.

Went out of their way to make me a propane hose, nice people
