I will tell you I hadnt had the best experience with this Rent-A-Center and I live in Brunswick county North Carolinathey have gone out of their way to make sure that I am a happy customer and to get the things that I was looking for and needed. Janice is top-notch and the best salesperson I have dealt with and the other manager Tri-C I believe thats his name has gone above and out of his wayI will continue to do service with them as long as I can they deserve a raise in their bosses need to know how much of a phenomenal job that they do and that they go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy. this is the only Rent-A-Center that I would put in an application for him work with because the atmosphere is amazing and they are very polite and friendly and help people out and if theres something that they dont have at the store they will do whatever it takes to try to find what it is that youre looking for. I am very pleased with everything they are very nice and friendly and easy to get along with. I was in need of a window unit because ours went out and I have a seventy-two-year-old handicap paralyzed grandmother and you dont see people going out of their way to try to help thats what we did. I would love to have a job here and show everybody how nice and how hard of a worker I am I appreciate everything yall mean a lot to me I love you allif theres anything that we can do to help you all please dont hesitate to ask

These people are crooks! They wanted to charge me almost $800 for an all dented up used most basic model refrigerator! And that was the so called discount price which they kept me waiting 15 minutes while they figured out the discount. I will use a cooler before they get my business!

From the first day I entered the store and met Ty and his group of guys that work there it has been a good experience tie his went out of his way 2 satisfy my needs and to help me get what I need to furnish my home they have work with me when I needed it and have nothing but good things to say about his team I have bought several things from that store and will continue to do business with them

After 5 dryers, one finally worked. However in the process of taking out dryer #4, they torn the vent out of the interior wall and punched a hole in the sheetrock. Hoping their insurance will take care of it!
