Do your research before you go so you wont walk around aimlessly looking for help or your purchase item. Very friendly staff, pet friendly and clean and organized. It had all the essentials for my Bi-coastal move.

Went in to look at butcher block counter tops but I had no idea where to look. I asked a very nice gentelman in the kitchen dept and he took me right to them and was a great help in answering my questions.

The best time to go is early morning weekdays. Has everything you can need and you do actually get very good service when theyre not real busy. Just like any good stuff

Cant seem to get it together. Better training needed for delivery and set up people. This has been going on for years though so nothing new.

The associates were great and the young man, Chris, in flooring was absolutely wonderful! He gave us his undivided attention, explained the different types of materials we needed for our project and helped us load two flat carts filled with materials. One of the worst ones I’ve been to. Truly understaffed. Asked three people to assist me in plumbing. They couldn’t help me, but said I’ll find someone that can assist you. I waited over 20 minutes. No one came, so I left. Y’all lost about $500 today. Guess this store doesn’t need revenue.

Im giving it two stars because Tim one of the assistant managers kept his word, was kind and helpful! The customer service employee however was rude, aggressive and argumentative! Tim told me I could purchase a flower pot that was coming in on the next delivery truck but when I took the item number to the customer service desk the employee slammed down the paper and aggressively said that Tim was a liar because there were no trucks coming in and there was no way he could tell if that item would be on that truck so he lied to you. I again tried to explain what Tim said and how he confirmed that the item would definitely be on the next truck and it would be available for pickup two days later which would Tuesday. The employee got louder, more aggressive and again said well hes lying to you. I asked for the paper back (item # written by Tim) and said nevermind! I gave the paper back to Tim and thanked him while explaining what had just happened and pretty much chalked it up to oh well Ill just return the other matching ones (about $200.00 worth). Tim apologized several times and said he would take care of getting that item for me. Upset and irritated I left the store. Tim followed through and called and said I could pick that item up from the managers office on Tuesday. I picked up the pot but the manager who bought out the pot made it seem like Tim and Home Depot did me a favor. No apologies/ explanations from her or the rude employee. Needless to say I wont be shopping here again.

I am not a fan of Home Depot. Their customer service desk has improved greatly, but their aisles, item location, etc make no sense. You go to one end of the store for building materials, and back to the other end for electrical... wait, go to the very back walls for more electrical. So confusing and employees never help. Most employees point, or say......not my department.

Luke from appliances helped me to get a washer and dryer over the phone I was out of the state and needed help. He was extraordinary his service was excellent answered all my questions and gave me suggestions, (he met my husband in the store this is how I got his contact information). I spoke already with Renee and Tim Managers on Duty to reward him for his awesome customer service.

Top of the line customer service! Walking into the store we were greeted. Walking down various isles, we were able to find someone not just available but knowledgeable & courteous. Each person we asked walked is directly to the item(s) we could choose from. Questions were asked of me to better understand what product would suit me best. Loved this store!

If you need any Christmas supplies light, trees what ever. They have it. Also check out their large supply of cleaning supplies if you should need them as well

I went to get help with a Home Depot project, using an umbrella in a flower pot. The young lady helped me get everything I needed and loaded me up ! My umbrella in flower pot is a real hit and looks beautiful on my patio! I would love to post a photo!

Not enough help in the garden center. Went to get help. Someone was suppose to meet me. They walked right by me. So I went and asked for the manager. She came and got the same guy that walked right by me. Asked him for something and after all they didnt carry Blosom End Rot treatment. That said, lot of trouble for something they didnt carry.

Quick trip in for Ryobi Deals, people were pleasant and pointed me in the right direction. Got my weed Wacker and blower combo deal, quick check out by a nice lady, and was on my way home. Good, quick trip and got what I needed.

Looking to build a wall? Home Depot has got what you need! From indoor and outdoor walls they have a solution for you. Need a chain link fence to build around your perimeter? They got you! Heck you can put that stuff in your house and theyll advise you on how to do that too! Just dont be surprised when they know exactly how to properly install chain link fencing indoors. Great group with excellent service.

4th of July weekend and a grill failure (Less than a year old Weber). Called the store and an associate said to call Weber. Not going to work in time for a next day holiday cookout with a large family at our waterway home. Asked to speak to a manager and the ASM on duty said to bring it down and they would make it right. Assistant Manager Tim and Heather from hardware fixed my grill in the parking lot while it was on my trailer in 100 degree heat. Got the Weber back up and running and saved the weekend. Great job guys. Additionally, Rick got me set up for a generator estimate/install with the Generac folks. He was a wealth of information and was awesome to speak with. Got everything I needed. From play sand to bleach and a spray bote and battery operated motion light . The employees definitely have the store down to a tee. Home Depot was awesome.After working with other businesses to get information on product and installation for a kitchen remodeling project, my wife and I were at a breaking point. We were mislead, request were ignored, and price for any deviation from what they typically offered was upcharged by over 150%. We were either going to have to accept something we didnt really like,, or pay a greatly increased price or not do the project at all. My wife was ready to forget about doing the project all together.While driving home from another disappointing visit with a supplier my wife suggested we stop at Home Depot to see their selection of items for a kitchen remodel. While looking at countertop samples an HD employee asked if we had any questions. To shorten the story, Ill just say all questions were answered, we were able to get exactly what we wanted (installed too), and while cost was a little higher than the lowest price froremodeling (supplying product we didnt like), it was thousands less than what others quoted when we requested products other than what they were trying to push on us.Denise at the NMB location is fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating.

Sad day for home depot.We purchased a LG washer and dryer today. All went well, till time to check out.We have always enjoyed the military discount at home depot and now we were informed no more military discount on appliances, lumber and certain purchase.1st time I have ever been turned down at home depot. Its even getting hard to check out as cashiers almost dont exist.I have always been a home depot fan butI guess all good things will come to an end. Time has come to move on. Nice store, I just wish the staff was more helpful when you need them.

It is easy to find the items you are looking for in this store. The aisles are spacious and unlike other stores, it seems that their app matches their inventory.

My Husband and I picked up some Fiberon Decking Boards today. Some of the boards came unfastened. We lost eight boards. We pulled over, to walk back up and get them at the light. A Gentleman in a Jeep got them out of the road for us. Other people told us we lost some boards. While we were walking up to get them someone in a Truck and trailer got there first. He loaded them up and took off with them. Home Depot came to us and secured the load for us, again. Thank You so much for the excellent Customer Service!

TERRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN! GO TO LOWES! I Approached 2 employees where 1 was helping a customer other just standing there watching asked 4 time for help and he just walked away like I wasnt even there. So I waited for other employee to finish work other customer and asked him I literally had to yell EXCUSES ME! So loud 5 customers turned around and looked at me that were over 20 feet away. Then I did a employee walking by to put a 50 lb bag in my buggy again ignored me. So I managed to get it in cart. Asked cashier to ask if someone could put 50 lb bag in my car. Her response was I dont got no body another customer helped me get it in car. Oh and Im disabled and was on a riding cart so maybe thats why I was treated like I didnt exist. No worries Home Depot will never get another penny of my money.

Went in to look at custom blinds, women in department said she couldnt help me said she would call someone. I never saw her call anybody. Then she said I dont work here but will try. I asked questions she could not answer them, then said this representative use to work in this department, well she wasnt able to answer my questions either, so I left.Here in SC, Lowes is much more helpful. They seem more interested in your business. Sorry to say HD, but the many times I have been in your store I have gotten little to no help. 🙄

Hard to find help.

Bought trailer at this location. After seeing rust on wheels I called spoke with manager about having them switch out the wheels. Was told would be called back in a few days because it was labor day. No call. Wheel bearing seal went up in the trailer within a couple weeks, after 2nd use. Grease spraying everywhere all over wheel well. Perhaps go elsewhere for trailers this was 829.00 triple crown 5x8 Im currently dealing directly with triple crown to resolve issue.Home depot manager lady came off as arrogant and accused me of being someone else saying my number wasnt the one they had on file. Verified with receipt of 917 dollar purchase. Still no solution after being put on hold 4 times. Would expect more from customer serviceUpdate: Will add that trailer manufacturer repacked both wheel bearings and sent me new set of wheels and tires after I contacted them. This was after 2nd use of trailer, grease spewing out from bearings. Glad triple crown trailers took care of fixes but you would think a new trailer would be good to go.

The only place Ill shop for all my tools and building needs! HD is the BEST!!!
