Jared and Dan have to be the nicest and most helpful two people you will ever meet. I was on vacation at N Myrtle Beach and our car was hit with a mis firing cylinder. I had no tools with me. I had already scanned the car and found a misfire on cylinder #2. Figuring it was probably a coil/boot assembly I bought the part from Jared. Had to borrow most of the tools I needed from them. Also had a weak hood shock so Jared came out with me and held the hood while I changed out the coil pac. I mean where else would you ever get that kind of service? They turned a bad experience (the breakdown) into a great experience . Still GREAT people in this world!! Thanks Auto Zone, Jared and Dan! These two men are definitely an asset to Auto Zone.

I give it two stars because there is one guy in this place that actually helps. He left b4 I was able to get my spark plug wires on AND I still need 3 replaced but most employees here dont care to help their customers. I asked if I could borrow a car Jack but no one was willing to help. I was stuck in the parking lot because they were not going to let me borrow a jack that I needed and for that reason I will not be going back to this place anymore. I will drive 40 minutes out of my way b4 going back here.

I drove there after my car kept dying, knowing the battery was due to be replaced. The car died for good there despite the battery actually needing to be replaced and being replaced. The service I received there was exceptional. From being greeted walking in, prompt service, checking for a warranty on my old battery, thanking me for my military service, the number of employees that looked at my car trying to help, the different things they looked at, calls and internet searches to find possible solutions, offering me a chair inside... They were wonderful and I highly recommend this place! Its not the first time Ive gone there and service has always been exceptional.

The BEST customer service. We broke down on the way home from vacation and this autozone had the parts in stock that we needed. We got towed there and my husband fixed our car in theparking lot. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you John Fox and the entire team for getting us back on the road!

Guy working the counter (Gio) took great care of me. There were several vacationers trying to get back on the road and the staff was all very helpful.

Being told he had other things to do....not exactly professional! I called ahead told them I would be on my way to go ahead and pull the part....wasnt done. Then I got attitude from the employee who had to get it! Andrew did not want to help me! I sure will be glad when Advance Auto is back open across the street.

Just want to say Felix deserves 5 stars himself. Very helpful, and hard working. My battery died while I was next door. Felix and Andrew has me fixed up in no time.

Battery are to much but good customer service

Went in and bought an alternator. The guys were very nice and called around to shops because I needed it fixed quickly to head back home. The auto shop they sent me to said they could get me in that day. They never called. Went back in the morning and my car was still parked in the same spot, front desk was extremely rude and said it may take another day so I could take my car keys and leave. Went to another shop... the alternator doesn’t even work that they sold me. I am going on my third day stuck due to the fact they sent me to a horrible, rude shop... and now another entire day due to the fact they sold me an alternator that doesn’t even work. An entire day and they still have not delivered a new alternator to the car shop.

Battery died while on Vacation. They checked the battery and alternator, as well as replaced the old battery, all in 25 minutes. Life saver!!!!

Need wipers today, and young man was friendly fount the product I wanted and he came out and installed them on my car without asking. Thank you young man sorry I didnt get your name.

We had the opportunity to go to auto zone on Thursday for a couple of things for our daughters car. We had the pleasure of having Corey get some items for us and install wiper blades. Amazing customer service. We were out shopping and our check charging system light came on. We stopped in and they quickly diagnosed that the battery had low voltage. We purchased a new battery and they retested the charging system was working as ot should. They saved us a tow and trip to service center. In and out in under a half hour.

Apparently this AutoZone picks and chooses who they want to assist. Went into the store and told the guy what might be wrong with my car, no help only a suggestion. Then I needed assistance with something else and after helping, another employee decided to make a smart remark. He was the younger Caucasian guy with a bald head with glasses. It seems these associates would rather take a smoke break instead of helping customers, which one is a priority?

Just went to AutoZone earlier today to get new headlights. Casey was helping me out and installed both my low beams and one of my high beams after I had been told( by jiffy lube) that it wasn’t the bulbs but some kind of electrical problem. Casey was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All other employees were also very attentive and made sure I was being taken care of! Thank you!!

Management and staff are really friendly and helpful. They helped us come up with a way to create a visor for our 96 Dodge RAM camper van when they weren’t able to find one in the system. The most helpful we’ve EVER experienced here in Myrtle, let alone SC! We feel so safe and confident to go to them for any and all our auto repair needs.

I’ve had a few bad experiences with online ordering & curbside pick up previously, but store employees at Shallotte location made up for company’s poor IT issues ( online curbside ordering) I noticed today that the app& online ordering and payment system appears to be improved. That being said, I ordered a “specialty spray paint” (2 Cans) & my store did not have them. The app directed me to a store 20 miles away that had 2 cans. I got there & they only had 1 can. Autozone’s IT missed again & no courtesy call to say “we don’t have it”. My time is valuable & Autozone does not value a customers time.

I went to the store today after I had been to advance auto down the road and had a terrible experience. When I walked in the door at auto zone the lady there greeted me and was so nice and helpful. I just came to get oil she offered to help me and she checked all my fluids they are truly awesome here! In the service industry you have to put customers first if you want to do well and they went above and beyond for customer satisfaction! Thank you auto zone I will never give my business to another advance auto in my life!

I walked in there to get new headlight bulbs and was greeted right away by a gentleman name Corey I believe. He asked if he could help an got right on the computer an found what bulb number for me. When I asked him a question about what bulb he recommended he came over an explained them. If you go into this store I recommend talking with that gentleman.

As a female, knowing nothing,the guys that work here are so helpful finding you the right part you need for your car. The price is usually good and if they can theyll show you where it goes or put it in for you. Will always recommend AutoZone for all your car needs!

Found what I was looking for in the store. Went to the front where Gerald checked me out.. He asked me questions about my vehicle, however, one of them I wasnt too sure about . He gave me a rude response and said, Well if you dont know, then I dont know and cant do anything about it. Really? Smh .

They must have high margins, cause at least in the winter time they have more employees than customers, at least whenever I go in there. Their service is phenomenal!

Manager is very nice and helpful even if he don’t make a sale. He helped me look for antifreeze that had certain requirements. They didn’t have it but he pointed me in the right direction. I definitely will go back there again!

My battery died tonight 2 days before I move. With no time to spare, drove directly there before they closed, and was able to purchase a new one and have them install it for me too. So that worry is off my mind. Great guys there at N. Myrtle Shop!
