Alex & his and his crew took great care of me. My new to me wheels and tires w/ my old tpms sensors are great, and now my old wheels and tires w/ new valve stems hold air and can now be used on my friends Jeep. Thank you all so much. I told Alex after the tread wears down on these and Im ready for a bigger tire, Ill be back!

Got a nail in my tire and stopped by today around lunch time. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly and fixed my tire in under 30 minutes! They even found a second nail that I didnt know about and fixed that too! The best experience Ive ever had at a tire place in my life. 5 Stars highly recommend.

It would have been a 5 star. But, the manager Bryce walked around the shop like he was God. Never made contact with the customer. He or someone worked on a car, he drove it around, can in lobby and yelled last name (small waiting area and 2 other people and myself was in there, that was not needed). Only to be told by staff the car was a drop off. If you are the manager, why you dont know whats going on in your shop?However, Tyler who actually worked on my van was very nice and knowledgeable. I like the way he handles customer service. He repaired the issue and it was of no cost to me. Shocked and elated with his service verses his boss, I offer to buy him lunch. He refused and I asked what do you like he said pepperoni pizza, so I went and bought him one and a soda. Maybe he should be the manager. He has excellent customer service skills and explains things fully.The only reason they got 4 stars is because of Tyler and the young man who checked me in.Thanks so very much

My daughter and granddaughter were visiting from Maryland for 2 weeks. On the day of their return they ended up with a screw in their right front tire. Discount Tire was very professional and efficient in repairing their tire to make sure they had a safe return. I highly recommend them them for your vehicular tire needs. If I could I would give 6 stars. We were 6 hrs from home had a 2 bad tires that needed replacing. Arrived 30 min before closing and all staff extremely accommodating and more than eager to help us out. Replaced the tires, staying after there closing time to make sure we were taken care of. So thankful for ever they did. Excellent customer service would highly recommend this business

Simply the best i have ever experienced...customer service, tire deals unlimited, they meet their expected work times, and then stand behind their work completely...free air checks, free tire rotations, lifetime tire warranties against hazards....have bought over 4 sets of tires from them, and loved all of them...this is how business should be done!...login with your car info and they will take care of the rest...Our west these are the same as Americas Tire, and I BOUGHT from them too!

North Myrtle Discount Tire did a fantastic job for me today. I had specific tire needs and I was able to find the specific tire at a great price but thats just the start. Today was the first day I have ever walked into a Discount Tire. I was impressed with everything from the design of the building and use of cool AV tvs to the clean bathroom to the floor to ceiling windows in the lobby! The lobby gives a wide open light and bright feeling with plenty of space if one is worried about social distancing. I love the large windows looking into the shop as I am one who like to see what is being done to my car. I have had a $1,200 rim damage done at another local tire shop that was done behind closed doors.Its important to be able to see your car at all times but most tire shops would not want you to be able to see the shop! This place looked as clean as a operating room and the employees were working fast, like a well oiled machine! Just watching these guys work via the large shop windows is better than any TV or print commercial as you see this place and employees are simply better than any place else! Everything was so bright and clean, not even a oil drop on the shop floor! I was IMPRESSED! I have never seen a shop as clean as the Discount tire stores. The employees look professional and act professional. I can tell a system is in place from properly greeting the customer, to the tech handing me my key and paperwork at the end. I could tell everyone was trained on how to do it the right way! Some other tire stores are dirty, disorganized dark and some are scary places! I can truly appreciate the level of training the employees must have been given from corporate and management as it shows, even on the phone. These folks are happy to answer any questions and I found just happy in general! Back in the day some of us remember just what hard work and great, professional customer service is; I thought those days were gone but not with Discount Tire!The entire process from the first phone call to the clean bathroom to the tech thanking me made me feel comfortable and because of the level of service I witnessed today I feel Discount Tire earned my business! I could tell today during my visit that Discount Tire corporate plan or culture is designed to earn my business and give me zero reason to shop the competition. . What you are doing is working Discount Tire, The many tire store competitors have no idea what you are about to do with the marketshare as once someone experiences all I did today I simply cant shop any place else!Fantastic Job everyone!

They changed out my spare, put it up in its correct location, replaced my tire, checked torque of all lug nuts and air pressure in all 4 tires. Was in and out in under 30 min. The guys ran like a well oiled machine of a company. Was very happy

Nothing more aggravating then to have a flat tire while on vacation, drove to discount tire, spoke with Alex who was very accommodating, they fixed the tire and remounted with no charge. In/out in 30 minutes. Superb customer service!!

Great service. Low pressure showed up on dashboard. Stopped to get tire pressure checked. Found the right rear tire was at 22psi. Found nail in tire. Went inside and filled out paperwork. They pulled car in and removed the tire, found nail, removed and plugged tire replaced sensor remonted tire. Came in and said I was good to go...... No charge. Bryce Westmoreland store manager was great. If you have a reason to visit this store, say hi to Bryce for me.

Cannot say enough about Discount Tire! Was in a bit of a tough spot with a bad valve stem on some new tires. Further, one of the lug nuts wouldn’t come off. The guys at Discount Tire took care of it in no time! On top of that, total charge… nothing, they said it took no time at all, so don’t worry about! Wow, if they take care of new customers who are just in town for vacation, why would you take your business anywhere else?

Very reasonable prices on their tires and other services. The staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. Ive been getting my tires at Discount Tire for many years. And I will continue to do so. Their facility is kept very clean and comfortable.

The guys at this shop are by far some of the best in the business . My son had a flat and was almost 45 mins away, and these guys closed in 30. I did not get the guys name that I spoke to but long story short he was great. They waited on my kid to get there, after hours, on a holiday weekend. They got him back on the road even though their system was shut down and they were going to give him the tire and let me pay later. I was 200 miles away but the guys at this shop took care of him like he was one of their own. I Highly recommend this place. You dont get service like that anymore.

Brice (I think thats how hes spelled) was AMAZING!! They gave me the best price around for one of the best tires you can buy for our truck and actually had them in stock! Everyone told me a week but he said to bring it on over. 😉 I was trying to get it done secretly for Fathers Day for my husband and they were fast, attentive, and showed he actually cared. I received a call at work today, my wife is headed to the ER. (Now after the fact, shes ok) But of all things that can go wrong when youre trying to get to the hospital, I picked up a screw in my tire and a moderate leak. I called Discount Tire in North Myrtle at 4:40, they close at 5, they waited for me before closing shop and I was able to make it at 4:52 before losing all the air in my tire. They quickly patched my tire for free and got me back on my way to my wife in about ten minutes. Thank you Bryce, Daijah and the other two (sorry I couldnt see your name tags) for waiting for me and fixing my tire. This kind of kindness and service will keep me coming back to you guys and referring you to my friends and family.

Do not go to north Myrtle Beach location! They are super slow and incompetent! I prefer the Surfside location—Brent, Cody and grace will get you in and out and be upfront with you! It’s further away but they actually help you and don’t treat you like second class citizen!

We picked up a nail in our back tire and the Discount Tire team were amazing! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Joe checked the pressure in the other 3 tires plus the spare which only had 6 lbs of pressure! Great place!

If I could give them MORE THAN 5 STARS...I would!!!! This tire store has just recently opened...they were AMAZING! ALL of their staff were very friendly! They gave me all my available options and then let me make up my own mind! No pressure...just an honest assessment of my options. They had excellent COVID precautions in place. I honestly cant say enough wonderful things about my experience there. I actually decided to go ahead and get all 4 new tires (while I was on vacation) just because I knew I would need them soon and I would rather give them my money than waiting until I got back home to TN...their kindness is the reason why. And I appreciate going to a business where being a female didnt mean I was an easy target or incapable of making smart decisions... there actually was a woman that helped install my new tires...Im telling you...its very rare and very refreshing...and it is not typical when getting new tires!!!!!!!!

Discount installed new ST Carlisle trailer tires on my 40’ Fifth wheel. They’re 14 ply tires with a super rigid sidewall so it was no easy task to remove the old ones and mount the new ones. They got it and did a really good job. There is enough room in the parking lot to maneuver the rig, which was great

I needed tires for my Chevy Colorado. The representative met me in the parking lot and showed me very easily which tires were in need of being replaced. I felt like the price for the set of four was reasonable. The waiting area was very comfortable with plugins for my smartphone. I could even watch through the glass windows to work with being done.
